Is there a time frame for Deezer HIFI Heos support?
I keep getting this error pop up, not sure how to fix it. I've tried a few things Remove SD card, uninstall Deezer, clean phone cache, restart phone, reinstall deezer. Same error pops up straight away again. I only started noticing this error recently. I have an Lg g6
I've been a subscriber for around 12 months without any problems. Then from yesterday I've been unable to access the Deezer app on my Samsung 6 tv. I've deleted and re-installed it without any result apart from a message advising me to try again later. I can still access it on my desk top and iPad. Can anyone help.
I've read many topics about the problems with Chromecast Audio and I'm suprised that the Deezer people doesn't do anything about it. Of course, we all had wanted that streaming to Chromecast Audio could be lossless but for the moment I could have lived with the current bitrate. But I can't live with the unstable connection to Chromecast Audio. Sometimes it works fine but most of the time when choosing a new track, the message "Reading data... almost finished bla bla bla" appears and it is never finished. If I turn off the Chromecast Audio, the track works fine. I'm in a trial period and if the Chromecast Audio connection isn't improved I have no need for Deezer. It's very sad, because I really like Deezer and was about to skip Spotify. Now, I have to get back to Spotify. Their Chromecast connection works fine. So, my question is: Why don't you Deezer folks do anything about it? /Alf
I have a couple of Onkyo devices with built-in Chromecast functionality. However, this is not working with Deezer. When I try to play on the Onkyo via Chromecast, Deezer states "loading" and never finishes, or only plays very short sequences (few seconds) of audio before loading again. Bug appears for both beta and normal version of Deezer since a few month. Please fix. This is working for me with Spotify, Google Play Music and many other music player apps.
When closing the app down the music i am playing still plays in the background so i then have to open the app again, pause the song and then shut the app. It never used to do this...any ideas??
I have changed phones and cannot log into my deezer premium account. It keeps displaying the error message Require API auth. I have tried reinstalling deezer but still getting the same message. I am using an android phone. Could you please help. Thanks Divya
When playing a playlist or an album I would expect the next song to automatically start after the current song ends. The current behavior, however, stops the playback after one, or just a few songs. When this happens I cannot manually switch to a new song, all play/pause buttons control the song that just ended. So until I reload the page all I can do is listen to the same song over and over. Hello everyone.I have a Deezer family subscription, and in the Google Home app on Android, I cannot get Deezer to show up in the list of music services. Note that Spotify does show up in the list (see screenshot).Also, when I tap on “other music services”, nothing happens.I really would like to use this because I have a Google Home device and I cannot play music on it if Deezer is not added as a music service in Google Home. I can, of course, cast Deezer to my device (like I’m casting to a chromecast) but I cannot use the speech recognition of the google home device and tell google “play Michael Jackson on Deezer” because it is not in the list of music services.Thanks for any clue on this.
Hi, I can't login to deezer via Samsung multiroom. It keeps advising the ID or password is wrong. I've re-entered multiple times, even changed the password a couple of times, logged in and out of deezer directly using the same credentials (to prove it is correct). Have reset the multiroom twice, uninstalled and reinstalled the app. Powered off and on my mobile twice. Still advises wrong ID or password? Is there a known problem currently occurring? Cheers

After link my Dezeer account with my Echo Dot in Brazil, I recieved the message "Deezer is not currently supported in your region" In the same WIFI I can use Dezeer in my mobile, without restrictions. This region restriction in Dezeer in only for the Alexa app?

Not downloading* Hi all! I recently added a couple of tracks to favourites, but alas, they aren't downloading. Never happened before. Before you ask:- Yes, I am on, WiFi and it's working.- Yes, I have the download toggle switched to green.- It doesn't download on cellular either. - Yes, I have enough storage space on my device. - Smart cache is > than Deezer files size. I would rather refrain from cleaning the cache completely, as it will take me hours to download everything again. Thanks in advance for all your suggestions and workarounds, I really appreciate it!
Can I use music from Deezer and apply it to my Serato DJ software so I don't have to pay for songs individually through iTunes? If so, how can I connect the two together? Keep in mind I want to go from Deezer > Serato DJ. Any help I can get today would be greatly appreciated.

Hello, if I use my iPhone to play music from Deezer app and a hifi subscription, and redirect the music (normally FAC format) via airplay to my audio system (old system, with an airplay receiver), is the sound will be degradated ? Or is it a valid option ? Is Deezer hifi (launched on my iPhone) is compatible with airplay ? i really try to find a wireless solution with good quality, and by using my existing audio system… thank you for your help
For some reason the desktop app (OS 😵 doesn’t keep me logged in, so I periodically need to sign in again. Doing so requires spending 2-3 minutes clicking on pictures of traffic lights and fire hydrants. This is absolutely ludicrous behaviour for a *desktop* app. Honestly, the desktop app shouldn’t auto-logout at all. If you are so worried about robots, then switch to 2-factor authentication or something.
