Samsung Multiroom App Feedback: login and other issues

Hi,
I can't login to deezer via Samsung multiroom. It keeps advising the ID or password is wrong.

I've re-entered multiple times, even changed the password a couple of times, logged in and out of deezer directly using the same credentials (to prove it is correct).

Have reset the multiroom twice, uninstalled and reinstalled the app. Powered off and on my mobile twice. Still advises wrong ID or password?

Is there a known problem currently occurring?

I have this problem too! I had to change my Deezer password and now can’t log in on my Samsung multiroom speaker. Is there any news on the better app integration that was mentioned in a post 10 months ago? I’ve tried all the suggestions listed in the thread but still not working.

Just tried using my Samsung multiroom for the first time since the summer and guess what…….Deezer doesn’t work on it again.

This frequently breaks for some reason. I think Deezer need to develop a similar approach to how it works in Spotify…...

Can’t login to deezer now for 5 years. I don’t know how slow you guys are working, but it is ridiculous.

Any new information on the login issues in the Samsung MultiRoom app?
