Security certificate issue on a number of devices

Deezer playback stops randomly when connected via Bluetooth

Deezer playback stops randomly within songs or audio books when either connected via Bluetooth to a car or headphones. It does not happen on the direct playback via phone speakers (never).Sometimes it automatically returns after a while also when not unlocking the phone.It seems to continue playing after you unlock the phone and return to the app.Also the controls on the lock screen and on the car or headphone seem not to help (pausing or jump to the next song)It seems to be buggy for a few weeks now and I assume it came with an deezer update. I am using a Samsung s20+. Hope you can help me getting back deezer to the quality level I was used to. Thanks. Felix

Since a while I am unable to listen live to NPO Radio 2 (Netherlands) anymore. Does anyone have an idea what is going wrong? I have already installed the app again and logged in again as well a few times. It's giving the notification: try-out again.

[BUG] The app is automatically scrolling to the top of my playlists when I unlock my phone

Hello, I've had a bug for a few weeks and I don't know what to do. I have a playlist of ~978 tracks and when I scroll down, play a music, lock my phone during ~20 seconds and then unlock my phone, it automatically scrolls up to the top of my playlist. I don't know how to prevent this, I've tried several things as clearing the cache, deleting all the data stored on my phone, uninstalling the app...Nothing seems to work out.  It's really impacting my user experience and I saw that some people already posted about it a year ago and this bug has never been fixed in my opinion (or maybe it got fixed but it came back later somehow).  I have a Google Pixel 6 and Android 15. I recorded a video but how can I share it here?

Kinnen reeds verschillende dagen deezer nier via onze Nuvo installatie afspelen. Cache leeggemaakt helpt ook niet. Via app op carplay hebben we geen problemen.

Deezer only downloading half of a playlist

So I created a playlist and tried to download it. Deezer is only downloading half of it and then stops for no reason. I tried all the workarounds found in the web and when I try to download again, the same happens, it stops at the same song and the rest of the playlist is not downloaded. Any hint?

Hello. I decieded to use the Deezer widget on my S24 ultra but when i play music, it doesn't show on the widget. I either have to click on it or slide down the notifications to show the controls.Is there a way this can be solved? I've read that this is s common problem in the community…

Login unsuccessful

Today suddenly I was logged out of deezer in all my devices. I tried to login again using my Google account, login unsuccessful, then password, login unsuccessful, then email link, login unsuccessful.And that's happening in all my devices, I have 3 tablets, my phone and my computers, but only in the phone I download music, I never had this problem before.  Edit:A user in reddit helped me, now I cwn oniy use deezer with a VPN connected in my own country,  I'm in the same country but i need to use a VPN the whole time if i want to ise deezer.

Sonos

I have both the Sonos app and Deezer (premium). I open Sonos app, press on the Deezer icon, I log in my account and give permission. I am then told to go back to sonos and play deezer. It is not connecting to sonos, just playing on my phone.  When I look at connected devices the Sonos is not showing.

Ho cambiato cellulare un s20 ultra con memoria piccola ho messo sd da 512 di fascia alta classe 3 a2 v30 samsung,ho installato deezer sul cell e la musica (scaricata) perché mi serve scaricata su sd,ma dava il problema sopra,quindi ho formattato tutto ed ho messo sia app che musica su sd,ma continua a darmi questo problema...da cosa dipende? Non posso usare sd con deezer? Può essere altro? Ripeto il cell è nuovo.

HIGH mobile data usage

After numerous tests and multiples un-installed and re-installed processes, i had no other options than sharing my frustration here.Deezer will consume a LOT of mobile data and despite using the BASIC sound mode for mobile, it will consume up to 4mb/s resulting in an average of 50-70mb per tracks. I downloaded GlassWire and monitored each and every settings from Deezer and even found that the STANDARD mode will use a less as 900kb/s whereas the BASIC used a minimum of 1279kb/sI made use i stopped the app after each settings change and restart it before testing. Today, i cannot enjoy my trips to work without stressing about bursting my monthly data plans..Things were fine 2 months ago, just decided to act weird after every updates…Using the latest deezer with Android 14Come on Deezer, you claim millions of users worldwide which makes you USD 11,000,000.00 per month if we consider only ONE million premium members. And you guys cannot make sure the app is working as claimed and advertised

Android Auto playback sounds corrupted

This just started happening to me recently.Whenever I try to launch the Deezer Android Auto app, every audio clip sound corrupted. I don’t know how to describe it aside from “choppy, stuttery playback”.No other audio app does this (Youtube Music works fine).Download quality is set to standard, I’ve re-installed it on my phone and I’ve even tried it on a different loaner car (same model, newer year).It’s so bad, I’m considering leaving deezer.  Anyone have any similar experiences?

Deezer mobile app keeps closing unexpectedly (crashing)

Hi,Over the past couple of weeks I've noticed that whenever I open another app (e.g. WhatsApp) or when my phone screen turns off due to inactivity the Deezer app closes and I have to reopen the app from scratch. This never used to happen in the past. Whatever updates you have done please undo it as this is highly impractical and extremely annoying, so much so that if it cannot be fixed I'll have no choice but to find another music app. I have tried clearing cache and restarting my phone, it didn't fix the problem. I'm using an iPhone XR, fully updated with latest available software.

Stuttering/halting playback both in the browser and in the Windows desktop app

I am using Deezer from Central Europe (Hungary), and in the past few days encountered issues with playback numerous times. The song simply stops for a few seconds or even minutes, likely because it cannot download the next chunk from the server. This theory is supported by the fact that downloading a song has also become significantly slower (once downloaded though, the songs play normally). Seeking into the song helps sometimes, but then it gets stuck again a minute or two later.Please take a look at the servers serving this area because something seems to be amiss.EDIT: I’d like to note that all other sites and apps work perfectly, so my own Internet connection is not the issue.

Deezer keeps on cutting out before a song is finisbed- What do I do?

Hi,Recently every time I click shuffle on a playlist or favourite tracks, the song will start playing, but after about 45 seconds Deezer completely crashes and the music stops playing. I then have to go back in to Deezer as if I had completely closed the app, and find my music again. It also loses any previous songs that i have played, meaning any lineup that I had is completely lost. It is very annoying, as I then can’t listen to music for more than a minute, and then I have to restart my music, just to do it again in a minute. I have tried restarting my phone, deleting the app, signing out and back in, but nothing works. If anyone has an idea of what to do, it will be gladly appreciated!

Samsung TV: Progress bar is moving

On the Samsung TV app you put Song timer, few spaces, progress bar, few spaces and song length time. But you used proportional font for timers!The reason is the progress bar is moving every single second (because e.g. 0 is widder than 1). It’s very annoying. Can you check it?
