Problem with android mobile app

Need help! I have paid turkish accaunt.but now I live in Russia. Today mobile android app asked to log in. And when I tryed to enter my email, app indicated: “sorry currently you can’t sign up in you country”. Tryed to use VPN including Turkish server, but nothing happened. But on a desktop I still can log in my deezer accaunt

Everytime I open the app the song I was last listening to restarts

Everytime I open the app the song I was last listening to restarts. If I am listening to a song and pause it while not in the app and wait over 5 minutes and then try to play the song again it doesn't work and then I have to open the app and then start the song at the beginning again. I just want to know if there's a way to get Deezer to remember where I was in a song and keep playing from there.

Shuffle downloaded music bug

When I select "shuffle play" in the downloaded music section of the Android app, I get the message "in offline mode you can only listen to previously downloaded playlists and al..." There are two issues here: 1. I am trying to shuffle downloaded music, which can be played individually as albums; 2. I am not in offline mode.I have already uninstalled and reinstall the app, but the problem persists. Can anyone help please?

Why do some uploaded tracks work on Windows app but not Web?

I recently uploaded several albums of tracks through the Windows App. Strangely though, certain tracks will simply refuse to play on the web version; A little error popup shows up. If I swap to the desktop app though, it will work. All tracks in question are 320kbps mp3, CBR. What is happening?

I can't play songs from My MP3 on playlists, (Error: MS0675)

When I'm listening to a playlist I can no longer play added tracks from My MP3s anymore.When I play those tracks on my cell phone, the error code it tells me is "Error: MS0675"The little I've tried on the computer hasn't given me any problems.I have a paid Deezer subscription and deleting the application or the cache has not worked.

Deezer for Windows App - Unable to Open App

I’m encountering an issue with the Deezer for Windows app. When I try to open the app, it automatically launches my computer's default browser, asking for my Deezer login details and requiring me to complete a Captcha. After successfully logging in, I press "Open Deezer Music," but nothing happens.I’m currently paying for a subscription, but I’m unable to access the music I’ve paid for, which is frustrating and disappointing. I’m reconsidering my subscription because of this issue.Additionally, I don’t believe I should need to be online or use a browser to log into an app where I have downloaded music that I’ve already paid for.Could you please assist in resolving this problem?Thank you.

Album available on web, but not Android? But, can start listening on web and continue on Android...

This album by The Avalanches does not show up in the Android app, but it does show up on the web.https://www.deezer.com/en/album/84945272 I have favorited the album via a web browser and the album shows up in my Favorites on the Android app, but when I try to play the album via the Android app (Favorites > Albums), I get the following message:“Unable to load page. An error occurred. Retry.” Retry doesn’t seem to do anything. However, if I start listening to this album via a web browser, and then switch over to Android, I can switch to Android app and continue to listen to the album on the Android app! Unfortunately, this is not a great workaround, as I am unable to download and/or start the album when I’m not at a computer. Not to mention, it’s rather inconvenient.Anyone have any idea what’s going on here and/or how to resolve the issue(s)?

Song skipping like a scratched cd

I am using a Moto z2 play Android phone. In the last 6 months I've started to notice my songs are skipping like a scratched cd and have been producing this popping noise. It started out on just one or two songs but not is like every 5th song. And it is always the same songs. I have I downloaded the playlists that seem to be affected and have uninstalled the Deezer app, restarted my phone and then reinstalled Deezer. It fixes it for a few weeks and then its back.

Why is Deezer for Android so bad now?

I have been using Deezer for a very long time over the course of several different accounts. It has gotten progressively worse for at least 3 years now. I want to know if it’s going to get any better, because I’m on the brink of switching to Spotify. Below are my issues with Deezer for Android. For context, I’m using a Samsung S20+ with no damage or anything with plenty of spare storage and my system software and app version are all up-to-date.Painfully slow search feature. I have Wi-Fi with 30mb upload and 30mb download consistently. The app continually struggles to search ANYTHING. Sometimes it works fine, but usually it buffers for several minutes before returning a result which is sometimes not even what I search for. It never used to do this, it started maybe a year ago or so. I have tried mobile data and that doesn’t help. Low download integrity. I had about 30GB of downloads which I’d say is on the small side for audiophiles like myself. They worked without issue for years until

Deezer App disconnects from Google cast but music keeps playing

I am able to cast music successfully from my iPhone X Deezer app to my google cast device enabled speakers. I notice that if I swipe the app away and use my phone for other things and re-open the Deezer app, it forgets that it is still casting to my speakers. As such, I’m unable to skip tracks or adjust volume through the app unless I cast again - anyone else experienced this issue?

Web version 'Featured in' no longer visible

Why is the 'Featured in’ section no longer visible on the artist page for the web version of Deezer?I use Windows and have used Chrome and Edge, both don't show the section.The Android app and Desktop app still show the section, but I use the web version to search for recent features, not from the main artist. The apps are not useful for me because I can't filter out albums with various artists(compilations) and sort by release date at the same time, without opening every album individuality.

Yamaha Musiccast and Deezer connection problem

Hi, Since a month i've got troubles with Deezer and MusicCast via the Yamaha RX-A4A over and over again. The problem is that after a song or 2 or 3 Deezer stops playing music, also searching in my favorites does not work. Besides that a lot of times "no music" or that i'm not logged in anymore. This is becoming very annoying. I've read several forum topics but none of them gives me an solution. The weird part is sometimes it works again for serval hours, but it is not a specific time or day you can pin point. What i've tried:- Removing the MusicCast app from my Android (version 14) phone and reinstall the app (tested multiple phones) (version 5.70)- Resetting the Deezer password- Factory reset Yamaha RX-A4A- Restarting network modem and router- Setup a static IP address in the router for the Yamaha- Turning off battery management in the MusicCast app - Updating the Yamaha receiver with the latest firmware (2.03/3.14) None of them did the trick. Hope someone from support has an solution

Deezer mobile app keeps closing unexpectedly (crashing)

Hi,Over the past couple of weeks I've noticed that whenever I open another app (e.g. WhatsApp) or when my phone screen turns off due to inactivity the Deezer app closes and I have to reopen the app from scratch. This never used to happen in the past. Whatever updates you have done please undo it as this is highly impractical and extremely annoying, so much so that if it cannot be fixed I'll have no choice but to find another music app. I have tried clearing cache and restarting my phone, it didn't fix the problem. I'm using an iPhone XR, fully updated with latest available software.
