Accidently closed my top 2024 results: how to view it again?

I was in a rush to the airport and wanted to listen to some music. Deezer showed me my "Top 2024" artists/tracks etc, which I closed, thinking I could view them later. However, now I can’t find them anywhere in the app or on the website.I usually save my yearly top songs as a playlist, so it would be sad to miss out on this year's tracklist

Random volume increase to maximum

For about two weeks, I have been having a problem with the music randomly turning up to maximum volume. I thought it was a problem with the old iPhone (XS), after several reinstallations of apps and updating the phone to iOS 18 the problem persisted. I replaced the phone and on the iPhone 15 the problem still occurs, but surprisingly at a lower frequency. Normalizing the sound in the app options did not help. Please help or I will have a heart attack.  😭

Stats don't work

I’ve been trying to watch my Deezer year. Both on my phone (iOS) and my laptop (macOS), the “video” stops at the same moment, when the extract from the first song I listened to this year stops. I’ve tried closing the app then reopening it, choosing the roast over the nice things, to no avail. I’ve been able to find my Top 50 but I would like my stats. Help, please?

Deezer works slow on Samsung Tizen

Does anybody else have the same problem that Deezer app works very slow on Samsung TVs (Tizen)?  When you are going thru songs or albums, it works with a delay of few seconds. Also, sometimes plays a song with a cover of another one and display some error. All other apps works perfectly fine and fast.

bug: app fails to play downloaded music when offline

This was working for the last couple years and stopped a couple weeks ago. I deleted all 35GB of downloaded music and cleared all cache/data in the app, then re-downloaded it (which sucks because I’m on a metered internet connection). The bug is still present. Steps to reproduce:pay for premium account download playlists close app switch off internet connection (airplane mode + wifi off) open app open “downloaded music” (which correctly shows playlists as downloaded) click on a downloaded playlist app won’t load the playlist or play Among other issues, the app seems built to load static resources (album thumbnails, song titles, playlists, etc) from the internet every time we open a playlist, even downloaded playlists, instead of using a cached copy. Maybe that’s the root issue? It seems that’s why the app is so slow to load playlists of downloaded music when it’s ONLINE.

constant crashes on ios

One week ago the app started crashing after about 1 minute into the song. Closing it and reopening it does not solve the problem. Never happened before, now it happens 90% of the time. I’m on ios 18.1 deezer 10.24.0.2

I have a new iPhone. I synced from my previous phone with no problem - except all my Deezer downloads - playlists and albums - are no longer downloaded.  Is there a quick fix?  Thanks David

Random my music feature doesn't work.

Hi. I'm experiencing issues with the shuffle playback feature—the one that sets your entire library on random playback. Once I click on the button, a message appears that I must first add music, as if I don't have any.

Deezer premium wont play anything at all!

Deezer worked fine yesterday. This morning nothing will play, not even downloaded tracks. Every time i press shuffle play ( play has also disappeard) i get an advert to upgrade to a family subscription. Please help me fix this.

Kinnen reeds verschillende dagen deezer nier via onze Nuvo installatie afspelen. Cache leeggemaakt helpt ook niet. Via app op carplay hebben we geen problemen.

Listening to music offline still doesn't work

Hello dear Deezer-Team and dear community,I already have this problem for a few months now: When I try to listen to music offline my downloaded content isn't avaible. It's always a fifty-fifty chance if I can listen to my playlists without using my mobile data, which is incredibly annoying when you're on vacation.If I change the "normal" mode to "offline mode" I get almost the same notification.I've read on other posts that this problem is going on since 2020…When does this bug get finally fixed? T-T

Why do some uploaded tracks work on Windows app but not Web?

I recently uploaded several albums of tracks through the Windows App. Strangely though, certain tracks will simply refuse to play on the web version; A little error popup shows up. If I swap to the desktop app though, it will work. All tracks in question are 320kbps mp3, CBR. What is happening?

I can't play songs from My MP3 on playlists, (Error: MS0675)

When I'm listening to a playlist I can no longer play added tracks from My MP3s anymore.When I play those tracks on my cell phone, the error code it tells me is "Error: MS0675"The little I've tried on the computer hasn't given me any problems.I have a paid Deezer subscription and deleting the application or the cache has not worked.

New releases: The page didn’t load error message

I’m trying to access some new releases, namely aespa’s Whiplash and HOYO-MiX’s No Dazzle, No Break but every time I get the error message “The page didn’t load. This content is currently unavailable due to a technical error or poor internet connection. Check your connection and reload the page.” Is there anything to be done about that? I’ve done most of the basic troubleshooting methods like turning the phone off and on again, logging out and back in etc. It’s also worth mentioning that both of the albums mentioned have multiple identical albums suggested when I search for them and all of them give me the same error message. As far as I know all of aespa’s and HOYO-MiX’s other releases are available with no problem.Something similar happened when I tried to access Come Play by Arcane and League of Legends but it also had two identical albums when searched for and one worked while the other didn’t. I’m on iPhone 14 iOS 17.6.1 and Deezer app 10.23.0.5. I’m located in Canada if it’s a lic

Deezer no longer on Alexa Netherlands?

For years I have used Deezer on my Alexa in the Netherlands. I go away for three weeks in 2024 and I come back and now it doesn't work. I get told that Deezer isn't supported in my location. But it was for years! What has changed? Why can I no longer use Deezer via my Alexa in the Netherlands? (Obviously I can use bluetooth but that isn't the point right now)

Sound getting choppy or blroken lately on PC

Android - Home Screen Widget - Breaks when Casting

Hi! New to Deezer, just checking it out for the first time today after Spotify removed the Android widget feature. Unfortunately, I'm having a little trouble with Deezer's widget too. It starts out working as expected, I can start/stop, skip, etc... But then I open the app to Cast, and upon returning to the homescreen, the widget no longer displays playback controls, rather it just says "Open Deezer". This is not ideal, but fine.... Except that if I click the widget to open Deezer, Deezer does not open, rather the widget goes blank, and will no longer work until I uninstall and reinstall the whole app! I tried just removing and re-adding the widget, but unfortunately, after initiating a cast apparently, the 4x1 playback widget ceases to exist in the widget picker. Troubleshooting steps: I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app, this works until the next time a Cast is initiated. I have moved to the beta version of the app, this worked until the next time I initiated a Cast. I have a

I’m online. I do run adblockers. Its running fine otherwise, but this message shows up constantly so feels like it might be do some detection with analytics perhaps. How Does I Will Upload All Their Broadcasts via Feed on Deezer?

I've noticed that MyInstaFollow.com website seems to upload all their broadcasts directly to Deezer through a feed. How are they able to automate this process so that each new broadcast is uploaded efficiently? Do they use a particular RSS setup or tool that integrates well with Deezer? Any insights or best practices on how to replicate this for my own broadcasts would be really helpful.

Audio quality doesn't switch to Google Cast when connecting to Cambridge Audio CXNv2 Chromecast

When I connect from the Deezer app to the Chomecast in my Cambridge Audio CXNv2 streamer, the audio quality remains in the ‘wifi’ mode instead of the ‘Google Cast’ mode. Yet, if I connect to my separate Google ChromeCast Audio device, the app *does* switch correctly the streaming quality.Why? Is the built-in Chromecast different?  I reallly would like the app to change streaming quality to Google Cast when connecting to my streamer’s Chromecast.Thank you.
