Features & Feedback

Can anyone suggest even a single track on Deezer in hi-res?

Here's my info, just for reference.Samsung Galaxy A73 5GAndroid 14One UI 6.1Deezer Premium 8.0.20.3 Out of all the music streaming apps I use on my phone, including Spotify and YouTube Music, Deezer's app is unequivocally the worst by far. In fact, out of all the various different apps I use for work, social media, etc., Deezer is still the worst. It is extremely laggy and resource intensive, and is also very heavy on RAM and CPU usage. It bugs out so frequently that I have to force stop the app at least once per day, otherwise the following features can break: can't pause/play/skip songs inside the app or using the notification; notification doesn't even show up; can't play or shuffle playlists; it will behave like the full song player isn't open even when it is, so it will just start pressing random buttons and playing random songs; widget won't load; it will refuse to add a song to a playlist or favourites; and more issues I can't even remember right now. Probably the most frustrati

random isn't patterns !!! pls fix !!!!!!

I heard Deezer was coming to fire tv do you know when this will happen

Fairphone 6, android auto, English only.My general experience with voice commands - google assistant - has been quite poor. Since getting into a driving commute this has been my experience over the last year. I never give any vibe requests, it is always “play x by y (“on Deezer” too if needed) or “play x (artist)” or “play the top songs by x”. Some issues:Asking for any request to play any artists results in a mix that will only feature that artist for the first 2-3 songs and then never again. Especially for “play the top songs by x” or “play some x”, I expect to only hear x, ideally having the songs actually sorted by popularity. Asking for specific songs to be played - usually popular ones - occasionally results in it choosing some random alt version instead of the most popular studio album version. This alt version will be a live version or a censored or reduced version. Drastically higher chance for popular artists with a lot of live material on the service. This might be a google

Across multiple artists when I try and play some of their top tracks it starts playing random songs that were not selected from the list and refuses to play them until you add the specific song with “play next".I am just wanting to play some songs from the top list but it just ends up giving me 5 random songs instead. Any advice would be appreciated 👍

hi folks, I’m a new subscriber and I am losing my mind a little bit, not being able to cast music from the Deezer app on my iPhone to the Deezer app on my Samsung TV. That seems like such a table stakes feature for 2026. It looks like this is what Deezer Connect used to do, but now they’ve discontinued that, does anyone know if they’re planning on bringing it back? This is a real point of friction in my day-to-day use that is driving me up the wall, and I’m looking for any signs of hope. Thanks!

I think Deezer could make sharing music to Instagram Stories more useful for people who regularly create social content. It would be helpful to have more control over how a shared track, album, or playlist appears in an Instagram Story, especially for creators who want to add their own visual content around the music.I often work with Instagram content and also use browser-based tools such as Indown.mobi for managing Instagram media, so I’ve noticed how important simple sharing workflows can be.Would anyone else like to see better Deezer-to-Instagram sharing options, such as customizable story previews, better artwork placement, or more control over the shared format?

I’ts now almost everytime I open the deezer app that there’s a banner telling me to restart for an update and after the update there’s no change, or at least not a change that I can notice. Why is that? All I want to do is listen to music or podcasts but I’m no longer sure I have the patience for this disruptive behaviour. I left Spotify for Deezer because Spofity is just a greedy, unethical company and to my knowledge, Deezer was the only other European option at the time. Thats no longer the case and though I much rather stay with Deezer, that change is nowjust one click away. Looking forward to hear why this keep happening and if there is something I can do about it.Edit, this post was triggered by an update and right after writing it there was yet another prompt for and uclear update and restart, are mocking me Deezer 🤔

Hi everyone, I’ve been pretty unhappy with Flow over the last few weeks. Most of the time, it now plays songs I already know, have liked, or already have in my library. That also happens with Flow Discover, which is especially frustrating because I thought the whole point of Discover was to help me find new music. Flow is actually one of the main reasons I still use Deezer. Spotify has quite a few features Deezer doesn’t, but Flow has always been one of Deezer’s biggest strengths for me. So if the recommendation algorithm stops working well, it becomes increasingly frustrating. I also noticed that Flow seems to ignore the mood and genre settings. For example, if I select Dance or Disco, I still get completely unrelated music like Hard Rock. Maybe I accidentally changed some setting on my side. If so, I’d really appreciate it if someone could tell me what I need to change to get Flow working like it used to. Otherwise, has something changed with the Flow algorithm recently? Because for

I am getting really annoyed with the 100% play list when asking for a particular band/artist. If I ask Alexa to play any band/artist. She will reply with 'playing 100% by xxx from Deezer' When asked previously the entire back catalogue would be played. Is there a way of turning it off? Or asking a specific way so that ALL songs are played, rather than the odd few.

Hello. I’m developing Discography Pro, a desktop app that helps users explore artist discographies. We would like to use the Deezer API for catalog metadata as a secondary source, while Spotify remains responsible for playlist creation. Is there an authorized application process, whitelist, or partner access available for this use case? If so, what information and terms are required?

When I choose to play a song by a band or artist. I don't want other artists inspired by the artist I just played to play. I want the same artist to continue playing. How do I turn off his very irritating feature? There are no visible toggles in settings. If want random music I would choose a random list. Why the hell am I getting Velvet Revolver or Slash after choosing a System of a down song. They are nothing like what I chose and I hate Velvet Revolver, I want more System of a down... the band I chose.I don't listen to that rubbish you have pushed on me!!! And you are generating stats for artists I don't support. How dare you use me to do that. How is this even acceptable?Trying to use hands free, say Hey Google..  play System of a down. And you thinks it's appropriate to play MUSIC INSPIRED BY SYSTEM OF A DOWN.Are you kidding me?So I have to pull over, switch off my car ( so I don't break the law and risk a fine) and try and stop the irritation that you have decided I want to hear. I

How is it that I type in the song name and artist first name and the song is the 5th on the result list and the top 4 are unrelated.

I received an update for deezer app which came up with high-res audio quality! Iwant to be sure that is true! If there are other people made this update i will appreciate to see their opinion on this topic!

Just keeps coming up with error message.... Add your favourite tracks, albums or playlists, then try again.…Driving me mad!

Pourquoi avoir supprimé le “Top titres” de l’artiste ? C’était un moyen pratique et rapide de découvrir l’artiste sans avoir à ouvrir album par album….

Hello there. I use Songkick to be aware of concerts in places around me. Songkick can scan some music libraries like Spotify but not Deezer. I think it is great to have concert recommendations based upon my music activity. Would Deezer plan to develop an integration with Singkick. Are there similar services as Songkick that Deezer integrates with?  NB : integratiin with Sonos is not working. These 2 integrations make reconsider Spotify vs Deezer.

Hello,I’m contacting you regarding our use of the Deezer API on HexaLive, a French non-profit music media project run by a “loi 1901” non-profit association. Our website is completely non-commercial: no ads, no subscriptions, no sales, and no monetization of any kind. Our sole purpose is editorial and cultural: helping people discover artists and explore music. We currently use Deezer data, including 30-second preview clips, in a few discovery-oriented features and small music games such as blind tests, audio comparison, and artist discovery by genre. We do not offer audio downloads, we do not permanently store audio files, and we are actively implementing caching and request-limiting mechanisms in order to keep API usage as low and respectful as possible. Before expanding these features further, we would simply like to make sure that this type of usage is compliant with Deezer’s current API terms, and to know whether there is any specific framework or process we should follow for a non-pr

I can no longer add a selected song or album to the end of my queue using the Add to Queue button. It just makes it the immediate next selection just like Play Next does.Step 1: Begin playing album 1.Step 2: Find a new album (2).Step 3: Press Add to Queue on album 2.Result: Album 2 will be added to queue after the first song of album 1, not at the end of album 1 as would be intended.

While listening to music, the track that's currently playing shows a small white animation on the album art thumbnail in the Now Playing list. This indicator is very hard to see, especially on light colored artwork. Please highlight the entire row in the list or improve the contrast of the animation so it stands out better.
