Hi allMy notifications settings are all « on » so I should receive all notifications. Some of my favourite artists have recently released new albums and I never received any notifications. How is this possible ?

I would love to have the option to search for albums, artists and songs inside the Android Auto app - on my previous car I had thousands of songs and hundreds of albums on a usb stick I could select. Why is it not possible to search for albums or songs, but is possible to scroll hundreds of radio stations inside the app? Having to preselect or having to use the phone to select albums inside the car is majorly inconvenient.
Out of frustration with the lack of basic features for queue management in the Android app (see forum posts going back 5 years) I have started using playlists instead. However, I haven't found a way to make the list play *only* once, instead of looping continuously. How can I do this?
This is making me crazy and it is an absolute deal breaker. Without a solution to stop playing unwanted music after my selected track the service is just annoying. Why should I listen to something I don’t want (even if I paid)? Why someone/something has to choose my music instead of me? I wrote to the support but I was dismissed with something like: “sit and wait, maybe in the future someone will decide to implement such feature”. That’s very, very far from acceptable
Hello, when I try to get into my Deezer Year 2024 it says I didn't stream enough to get one even though I use it every single day. Do you know how to fix it please?

I have had over a month of horrible service from Deezer with my BluOs. It usually doesn’t work at all. Or, if it works it plays music for 3 seconds followed by a silent gap of 4-5 seconds. After telling me that the problem is BluOs, but finding out it was not, Deezer admitted to a bug. I get the message in the title when I try to play music. I’ve logged in and out of Deezer and BluOs as well as rebooted my entire internet system so many times I’ve lost count. Unfortunately my paid subscription is for months to come, and Deezer refuses to compensate. All I want to to listen to music, but instead I am paying for service which I am not receiving. Anyone have any suggestions?
A while ago the feature of including concerts on artist pages by addig them to songkick.com and being fetched automatically by Deezer worked. Now it’s not working anymore and the Deezer creators dashboard is so rudimentary that I can’t even check if there’s a problem there somehow. Screenshot is from Songkick.I can’t find the dates on the artist page in the browser or app. It’s just gone. The show has been added on Songkick weeks ago and is displaying on bandcamp for example.Why has it been removed? Or is it buggy and needs a fix? For us as a small band it’s super important to use this feature. Please fix this :). I’m trying to move so many people from Sp*tify to Deezer but there need to be a lot of fixes before the UX is smooth.
I have Deezer on PC and my Samsung phone. I have noticed that when I add songs to my favorite tracks and then reorganize them in a different order on my PC, they only play in the new order correctly on my PC, but not my Phone. My phone shows the correct order that it should be playing in, when I sort by default. But when I select a song, most of the reorganized songs play correctly but some of the songs don’t show up in the queue and it skips them completely. I had a LG phone before this and it had the same issue. I have included and example of what the new order should be playing as and then what the queue shows on my phone when playing my favorite tracks. This happens to mp3’s, album’s, and regular songs. I do not have shuffle on. Has anyone else experienced this issue? Also the add to queue buttons doesn’t work for me when I play songs normally or in shuffle in the favorite tracks however the play next button does work.

It was great, one of my favorite features. Now, instead, it is broken. Paradoxically, it was better when I had fewer favorites, as if surpassing a certain threshold made Deezer's algorithms unable to manage them anymore. Now it seems to consider only the recently added favorites from the last month, which it cyclically replays in a repetitive and annoying manner, while ignoring all my history from previous months and years, which it never selects. This is not normal. It has never been like this until a few weeks ago.It does not seem like an issue with my devices at all, because it occurs with both the Android App on my phone and the Web Browser on my notebook.I also noticed "Shuffle my music" i
The full flow selection does not show on Deezer. Christmas is missing and it’s the same for the app in my car. All the additional wheel options do not show either (genre). Why is this? Surly it is reading the same data as the app?
I like some Portuguese artists, and suddenly Flow seems to play random Portuguese artists that I don't even know every couple of songs. Is there anyway to turn off these recommendations without having to choose 'don't recommend this artist 'individually? This is so frustrating. I would say that my liked Portuguese artists are less than 10% of my overall liked artists, why am I being bombarded with Portuguese music by artists I don't know and genres I don't like?
I used to be able to sort my Playlist by artist, or alphabetically but all these options have disappeared. Please help?
Currently with the new redesign, the scroll bars are the same color as the background with only a 1px border, which makes them extremely difficult to see, especially when scrolling a long playlist. (This might not effect macos) I think this would be better if the scroll wheel was at least the same shade as the border, so that I could actually see it.
Hello, when using Deezer in the browser or the Deezer desktop app, I noticed the volume slider is very hard to use at low volumes. A big part of the volume slider’s range doesn’t change the volume a lot, but at the very low end, the most significant part of the volume change happens. This way, it is very hard to set a low volume conveniently. I think this is because the volume slider just sets a value from 0 to 1 linearly with which the audio samples are being multiplied. My suggestion is changing this linear behavior to a slider where you can set a volume from, say 0dB to -80dB/-infdB. That way, it would be way easier to set deezer to low volumes conveniently. When I first got my Pixel 9 Pro XL, and downloaded my Deezer account -it had an equalizer. As did all the music services on this device, but Dezzer has an equalizer as default. Now all of a sudden it's disappeared completely. I have no idea why this happened, It's a very important feature to me; It's actually a deal breaker as a subscriber If it's gone for good. Can somebody please tell me why I'm losing features on my pixel device that I just bought? My Apple devices are all the same in all have equalizers my Android device took it away, and I want to know why.
How many years are going to go by before this message is removed from the desktop app?
Two issues driving me insane right now with Deezer. 1. All of sudden I don't have a Download button. I sometimes need to play songs in offline mode because I sometimes go where internet is almost nonexistent.2. In a Playlist of 400+ I shuffle bit the freaking app keeps playing about 20-50 songs over and over!! Same each time. And please don't tell me to clear the cache or uninstall and reinstall or shuffle list from desktop app because I will instatenously combust with rage. Done all of that -not working. And it is not device related - I recently changed phones and same crap is happening to this phone. The only reason I'm still holding on to Deezer is the HF quality.
