Toutes les semaines depuis des années je fais "ne pas recommandé l'artiste" pour le même artiste. Je fais un bras de fer avec l'appli autour de Nekfeu, Deezer le met tout le temps dans mon flow et je veux vraiment pas l'écouter

Ive had deezer a few years now and the shuffle isn't working. Ive cleared my cache.ive uninstalled app and re downloaded it . Ive cleared alot of songs that I dont listen to but its still not working it plays one song thats it ive got the shuffle on but I get nothing any ideas that ive missed I have emailed deezer but havent answered I will cancel my subscription if I cant get it back 🤔

I saw a thread on this from 5 years ago - it’s ridiculous that Deezer still hasn’t implemented this feature, especially as it’s already on the iOS and Android apps. It would be much more convenient to add an entire album to a playlist (including the ‘Favourite tracks’ playlist) all at once rather than having to add one track at a time.

there is now no way to find an album, playlist or artist you recently listened to other than to go through a lot of clicking and scrolling to get to the Just Heard song list (which is hidden in playlists and you can’t even pin to the top of that category) and scrioll through EVERY SONG that has played until you get to what you want, then I guess click through to that song to get to the link for its album or srtist… if it was a playlist you were listening to you’re just out of luck, it’s gone That category was at the top of the homepage for a reason it’s VERY USEFUL AND NECESSARY I’m literally thinking of trying to find another spotify alternative without this, it’s crippling to my user experience

What is the difference between Flow and Shuffle My Music (SMM)? They seem very similar to me in concept. They both seem to be a shuffle/mix of favorites and non-favorites but executed quite differently. Here are the differences I have noticed: Flow plays less favorites, even if I’ve toggled on the “More favorites” option on mobile. SMM plays more favorites. (Winner: SMM) SMM has an “Automated recommendations” toggle and Flow does not. I’m still not sure how this affects SMM but I assume it makes SMM play more non-favorites if on vs off?? (Winner: unknown) Flow only considers favorite songs and playlists but not albums or artists. SMM considers favorite songs, playlists, and albums, but still not artists. I almost never hear from favorited artists using either Flow or SMM unless I also favorite at least one song or album. (Winner: SMM but wish I would hear non-favorited songs/albums from favorited artists) Flow follows my “exclusions” list but SM

Hiya! I’ve seen others put this feedback up here, but I’d really, really like to be able to favourite or bookmark live radio stations I use often! It gets frustrating over time to not be able to access them easily, and it makes me forget Deezer has actually the ability to stream live radio, a feature I pay for monthly, which gets me thinking of switching platforms or simply searching for the specific radio stations’ website/app. I really would love to have this good reason to stay with Deezer as I overall love the other aspects of your platform!

When using Deezer on Android Auto i cannot fast forwed or rewind by eg 20s or 30s. This is standard in other apps. Why is this still not available of Deezer? Really quite frustrating that such basics are not core to the experience. When will this be available?

I’ve been using Deezer for quite a while (surely 7+ years), and have never posted here before. Today I wanted to create a post to express gratitude for the Quick access feature - I really wanted a way to save albums and playlists that I want to listen to later. Marking these albums / playlists as Favorites defeats the purpose, because they just get mixed with albums / playlists that I’ve already listened to. So I’m a happier user now. The next step - as I see others have expressed in their posts - would be to add a Folders feature, where each folder would function just like Quick access does (although the folders would be accessed in a separate tab, I guess). Thank you, Deezer team!

Hello, I left Spotify to subscribe to Deezer, wishing to support a french company (as a French person), but, you apparently made the choice not to allow users to organize their music with folders, people who listens to a lot of music and hundreds of albums have the need to arrange them by topic. How can one find an album listened several years ago if one cannot put it in a well arranged folder on the shelf? I'm going to have to go back to Spotify, are you aware that by refusing this basic function, you're probably losing hundreds of thousands of customers? I imagine that in one way or another it must suits your business model, but... it's embarrassing. I'm writing you this message to find out if you agree that it's not possible to organize your music using folders, thank you in advance for your reply and have a nice day.

So I know users can't add lyrics to songs that are on Deezer already since the lyrics are added from a lyrics database. But I think it would be pretty cool to add our own lyrics to our mp3 tracks.

I transferred all my music from Spotify and I wish they didn't have the recently added sort going only one way. All my old songs are at the top and my new ones are at the bottom. Default kinda fixes it unless I add a new song to the Playlist. Is there a way to change the direction of recently added goes?

What's happened to the Goth genre please? I used to be able to select it on flow and discovery. Now it's gone from there and I get an error message when I try to launch it from the search page.

Auto start on login I’m on a Mac and recently I get a notification when I start the desktop app that it has added a setting and enabled that Deezer will auto-start every time I start my computer. If I set the Deezer in-app-setting to not auto-start and remove deezer from login items under Mac settings, it will just add it again and set the in-app setting to auto-start. I’d prefer to decide on my own that to start on not to start on my computer, what’s going on Deezer?

Hello, I recently switched from spotify to deezer and used a platform (tunemymusic) to transfer my playlistls.The problem being that the transfer app did not add it in the proper order, instead of doing a first in first out (the oldest musics are the first to get in the deezer playlist) they do a last in first out. Because of this i wanted to write a very simple python script to be able to sort everything properly (unliking everything and reliking everything but in the proper order) so that when i like new musics it gets after the latest musics i had. Now the problem is that from what i saw online deezer API is (?) no longer maintained and therefore it is (?) the reason that it is not possible to create an app anymore (which is necessarey to get Oauth & then be able to do actions on the playlist). So, my question is, is there a workaround to this or is the only way to build around deezer to scrap ?

This is making me crazy and it is an absolute deal breaker. Without a solution to stop playing unwanted music after my selected track the service is just annoying. Why should I listen to something I don’t want (even if I paid)? Why someone/something has to choose my music instead of me? I wrote to the support but I was dismissed with something like: “sit and wait, maybe in the future someone will decide to implement such feature”. That’s very, very far from acceptable

Why this feature is important Many users listen to long playlists — for example, 200–500 tracks.If the app is closed, restarted, or the user listens to something else, Deezer always returns to the first song in the playlist.This is very inconvenient. What the feature should do Deezer should remember which track the user last listened to in a playlist. Deezer should remember the exact playback position (time mark). When the playlist is opened again, playback should continue from that saved position — just like it already works in podcasts or audiobooks. The Deezer Android app recently updated so that the only sorting order for playlists when adding a song is “playlists that have been edited or added to most recently.” I'm not sure who asked for the removal of alphabetical sorting, but it's a huge step back for those of us with playlists that we listen to infrequently. Now, instead of simply scrolling down a list sorted by playlist name, now we have no idea where exactly a playlist is located in the list, erasing muscle memory. There's no user-friendly reason to remove an existing sorting option, so the sorting options from the normal playlist section need to be added. There's even a big space in the new menu for a sorting button to be added, as this image shows.

sorry for the word.. poster.. if it wrong when I chose songs and made a new playlist, max 4 pictures of the albums became together and created a poster for the playlist.. or if I chose one album of a band, the picture of the album became the poster of the new playlist.. For a few months when I want to make a new playlist, there is blank poster and deezer want me to customize the poster.. well I dont want to customize it, I want deezer to set a poster from the album pictures of the songs etc.. auto set picture was better.. I can drag it to a playlist but it automatically goes to the bottom. With a playlist as long as insane as mine, I want the capability to drag and drop wherever...especially as the first song. Is this possible? The UX is really lacking from Spotify and I worry why I made this switch.

How do i set to continue to play similar music once my playlist has run out? I find currently, that when my playlist is completed, ends, that the music stops.I also get to a point when I have started ‘Launch Track Mix’ that it will stop at some point. I never want that behavior, I would always want, no matter how I started, for Deezer to continue similar music, is this possible?

Hello, I have an Android phone, macbooks and Amazon Echo show 5 and echo dot. When im writing my reports or reading about science i love to listen to music. I realized when i used deezer on my alexa devices i cannot send music to it from my phone or from my macbook. Its a pitty because other providers have made this simple to use. There are so many good playlist on deezer what i want to listen and find new ideas and waves in music. Can you make it available to access my devices in a menu to “steam" the music and have control from my phone or computer on it? Best regards, Nándor

Is there any way to sort differently? I have close to 300 playlists and there is no way to sort other than by last updated. This has functionally made having any more than 5 to 10 playlists useless. This isn't the first time this feature removal has been pushed, but it was previously rolled back. Why have you done this again? Is there any way to circumvent this? Any setting i can change? The last thread on this topic over 15 days ago has had no answer from deezer support. Please, I have used and loved deezer for close to (more than?) a decade and had no intention of changing service, but i am going to be forced to if there is no solution. I have endured the long loading times, the offline playing bugs, the "error loading content" issues, and all the other problems with the app, and yet have so far remained a staunch supporter of deezer for all its qualities as a streaming service outweigh these issues, but this feature removal (not even a bug!) will be the end of
