Did Deezer also change imported music?

All the music I painstakingly imported now have lost their covers. So this recent update has not only removed our capacity to sort music, but also limited imported music? Is there anything else that's been changed? I'm so disappointed.

Setting to prevent Deezer from repeating songs

It can be a bit irritating if Deezer keeps on repeating the same songs instead of digging deeper into your favorites/likes.Couldn’t a setting be added, something in the line of “Do not play a song if it was played in the last X days.”Potentially allowing the user to customize how many days. If I don’t want to hear the same song twice in a week, I can just set it to 7 days.

How can I sort my Downloaded Music on the iOS mobile app?

On my iPhone Deezer app, my Downloaded Music would sort alphabetically from A to Z by Artist and then by Album, but since the latest update, they are sorted by most recently downloaded, apparently, and I can’t figure out how to sort them any other way.  I don’t like the new sorting, and I would like to sort them as they were.  Anyone how to help me with this, or is this something I need to escalate to the Deezer powers that be?  Thanks!

better WiiM integration

Recently converted from Sonos to WiiM. Can Deezer please improve the functionality when using the WiiM app?  Only 1 option for FLOW, can’t choose party,  chill, etc…Also there is no access to the Daily Mixes, Discover Mix, or suggestions for song mixes. The “mixes” section is also odd and completely different from the app.  Please at least add the FLOW modes, that would’ve so helpful!!

again problem with music cast on yamaha device

After several Times i manage to login to my deezer account. Can play only radio station on music cast, when I try to listen to my fav trucks, artist etc. On deezer account I just cant. Truck is going about couple of seconds then jam/freeze. Again jam/freeze. 2 days ago everything was normal. Ive reset my router, yamaha Player etc.Whats going On? Again

"New releases for you" should function as a playlist

I use “New releases for you” a lot to find songs I like. However, it doesn’t function as a playlist - you click on one of the songs and it plays, then when the song has finished it starts playing other songs by the same artist. To progress to the next song on the list you have to click on to the next track. It would be nice if “New releases for you” could function as a playlist.

Flow - Limited genres

I was wondering if Flow could have more genres? It seems very limited to overarching types like “Rock”, “Rap”, etc. I mostly listen to garage punk, and it then says that I listen to “Rock” which then recommends terrible music. I’d appreacitate a more nuanced version of genres, similar to what Spotify has with they daylists (sp?).

The latest update made me leave Deezer after more than 10 years.

The latest "update" was a disaster. First of all, the sorting options was removed. Very bad!An yesterday I discovered that it's impossible to view my playlists. I tried on different phones, same result.So Deezer left me with one option, to cancel my subscription.Please Deezer, think before before you remove functions and options, maybe make a poll about it before pulling the plug. A quick search in this community proves that removal of the sorting options was a really bad decision and that you now lost quite a few paying customers who looked at other music streaming providers.I'm leaving you.

Track Mix - Lacking actual related songs

I’ve noticed that with a lot of music I listen to, launching the Track Mix will result in playing just the same artist or music completely unrelated or different from the original track. Are there any plans to improve this? Currently, when this happens, I gather the track playlist from Spotify and bring it over to Deezer. I feel like Deezer needs to do a better job with more obscure artists and songs. Discovery is a big part of why I choose the music streaming service that I use.

Downloads sorting change

So normally when I’m out and about I use the Deezer app (on Android), and just this morning I discovered a change to the Downloads section.Up until yesterday my Downloads section was sorted A-Z by Artist, then Album. As of today that has been changed, and the list is no longer sorted at all. I reached out to Deezer support on this issue and this is what they responded to me with.“ Deezer is always looking for ways to make your music experience better, faster and more seamless.To achieve this, with the launch of the most recent version for Android 8.0.27, we have made a technical change by removing the A-Z sorting feature.This decision was made to prioritize speed and improve how quickly your Playlists and Favourite tracks load. How can I get useful support from Deezer?

In an attempt to resolve the question that I posted here, I submitted a support request.  As a result, I repeatedly received e-mail messages with the text, “ I am not sure how to stop a playlist from repeating in the Android app. Would you like to connect with an agent for further assistance? ”, to which I repeatedly replied, “Yes, please.”Each response only triggered a duplicate of the e-mail message with the text, “ I am not sure how to stop a playlist from repeating in the Android app. Would you like to connect with an agent for further assistance? ”, so I gave up responding.Now I have received an e-mail message with the text, “Could you please tell us how was your support experience? How to stop playlist from repeating?

Out of frustration with the lack of basic features for queue management in the Android app (see forum posts going back 5 years) I have started using playlists instead.  However, I haven't found a way to make the list play *only* once, instead of looping continuously.  How can I do this?

Flow vs Shuffle my music

What is the difference between Flow and Shuffle My Music (SMM)? They seem very similar to me in concept. They both seem to be a shuffle/mix of favorites and non-favorites but executed quite differently. Here are the differences I have noticed:Flow plays less favorites, even if I’ve toggled on the “More favorites” option on mobile. SMM plays more favorites. (Winner: SMM) SMM has an “Automated recommendations” toggle and Flow does not. I’m still not sure how this affects SMM but I assume it makes SMM play more non-favorites if on vs off?? (Winner: unknown) Flow only considers favorite songs and playlists but not albums or artists. SMM considers favorite songs, playlists, and albums, but still not artists. I almost never hear from favorited artists using either Flow or SMM unless I also favorite at least one song or album. (Winner: SMM but wish I would hear non-favorited songs/albums from favorited artists) Flow follows my “exclusions” list but SMM does not. (Winner: Flow). Flow is more r

Being logged out of Desktop version every day.

The app keeps logging me out and I have to put up with an insane amount of Captchas, some that I can’t even finish because there are no identifiable images left to click! So I’m stuck in this loop when really I should already be listening to music. I will be switching to another service that isn’t Spotify if I have to keep doing this. Apple at least had me resetting my password via email which was quicker than this.

Option to save a queue (track mix) as playlist

Deal breaker.I just tried Deezer today on mobile. With my previous music app, I usually just search for a song and when I liked the queue, I usually save it as playlist. First time using Deezer, I searched for a song. I really loved the track mix, it matched the mood of the song I searched for. I was planning to create my first playlist on the app, but I just got heartbroken when I can't see the option to save the queue as a playlist. That's just sad.
