Is there a time frame for Deezer HIFI Heos support?
For some reason the desktop app (OS 😵 doesn’t keep me logged in, so I periodically need to sign in again. Doing so requires spending 2-3 minutes clicking on pictures of traffic lights and fire hydrants. This is absolutely ludicrous behaviour for a *desktop* app. Honestly, the desktop app shouldn’t auto-logout at all. If you are so worried about robots, then switch to 2-factor authentication or something.
I've been a subscriber for around 12 months without any problems. Then from yesterday I've been unable to access the Deezer app on my Samsung 6 tv. I've deleted and re-installed it without any result apart from a message advising me to try again later. I can still access it on my desk top and iPad. Can anyone help.
Hi, I can't login to deezer via Samsung multiroom. It keeps advising the ID or password is wrong. I've re-entered multiple times, even changed the password a couple of times, logged in and out of deezer directly using the same credentials (to prove it is correct). Have reset the multiroom twice, uninstalled and reinstalled the app. Powered off and on my mobile twice. Still advises wrong ID or password? Is there a known problem currently occurring? Cheers
When playing a playlist or an album I would expect the next song to automatically start after the current song ends. The current behavior, however, stops the playback after one, or just a few songs. When this happens I cannot manually switch to a new song, all play/pause buttons control the song that just ended. So until I reload the page all I can do is listen to the same song over and over. I have a Samsung Galaxy Note 8 and i just purchased a Fitbit Versa 2. I have tried for 2 days straight to get Deezer to work on the watch with no luck.I get to the point twhere i type the activation code from the Deezer app onto my Versa and then it says “Link accounts” - every time i do this I get a message “Uh oh, unexpected error occurred”.Can someone please help!!
Hi ,The HiFi icon is visible otherwise, but it disappears all of a sudden when I start casting to my chromecast audio.Does this mean the audio isn't HiFi anymore while casting?I'm on deezer beta btw
Hi there My music is not playing on desktop. It plays one song and then stops. It won't go to the next song. I have cleared cache. Done all that. Please tell me how to fix this. I use the free account and I don't even hear the ads and I don't have an ad blocker.
Like the title says, shuffle icon disappears the moment you start casting.I wonder what possible reason you would have for this behaviour?
I am trying to cast to my Chromecast on Nvidia Shield. It starts up and then stops with a message that someone else must be listening. There is no one else. Why doesn't casting work?

Hello everyone.I have a Deezer family subscription, and in the Google Home app on Android, I cannot get Deezer to show up in the list of music services. Note that Spotify does show up in the list (see screenshot).Also, when I tap on “other music services”, nothing happens.I really would like to use this because I have a Google Home device and I cannot play music on it if Deezer is not added as a music service in Google Home. I can, of course, cast Deezer to my device (like I’m casting to a chromecast) but I cannot use the speech recognition of the google home device and tell google “play Michael Jackson on Deezer” because it is not in the list of music services.Thanks for any clue on this.
I've read many topics about the problems with Chromecast Audio and I'm suprised that the Deezer people doesn't do anything about it. Of course, we all had wanted that streaming to Chromecast Audio could be lossless but for the moment I could have lived with the current bitrate. But I can't live with the unstable connection to Chromecast Audio. Sometimes it works fine but most of the time when choosing a new track, the message "Reading data... almost finished bla bla bla" appears and it is never finished. If I turn off the Chromecast Audio, the track works fine. I'm in a trial period and if the Chromecast Audio connection isn't improved I have no need for Deezer. It's very sad, because I really like Deezer and was about to skip Spotify. Now, I have to get back to Spotify. Their Chromecast connection works fine. So, my question is: Why don't you Deezer folks do anything about it? /Alf
Me and several other users have trouble using their Deezer account with mysqueezebox.com Since two days it is not possible to login from mysqueezebox.com to Deezer. We talked to the developers of the Deezer plugin and they gave the following answer:"FWIW: I've reached out to Deezer about the failures we're currently seeing. I see in the log files that those auth calls time out. They're not refused, nor would we get any error back. They just do not react at all."As I understand you need to give a new configuration to the mysqueezebox.com configuration? Could you please give us this configuration or a direct technical email contact with a person who will respond? There are plenty Deezer X Squeezebox user having this issue. HiI simply want to stop deezer automatically playing new/random music when my track/album ends.Not interested in recommendations, I just want to control what I to listen to (at all times), not what some AI thinks I want.This is easy in spotify, but I can't find this simple setting in Deezer. I keep getting this error pop up, not sure how to fix it. I've tried a few things Remove SD card, uninstall Deezer, clean phone cache, restart phone, reinstall deezer. Same error pops up straight away again. I only started noticing this error recently. I have an Lg g6
Using Deezer on Android. When Chromecasting I cannot select 'play next' or 'add to queue' for songs. The options are greyed out. They work fine if I stop casting. I've seen similar posts going back months on here and can't believe this basic functionality hasn't been sorted out.
