HiSome songs are playing the wrong language when the songs are placed in playlists or in favourite tracks. This happens for some korean songs. If i play them from my favourite tracks it will play the song in Japanese while im actually clicking on the korean version, but when i search the song and play it from the artist page it will play the correct (korean) version. One of the songs that have this issue is “As if it's your last” by “Blackpink”. There were way more songs with this issue, but after i updated the app some songs started playing the correct version again. Before updating the app songs like “Boombayah” by “Blackpink” and “Batter up” by “Babymonster” were also playing in janpanese instead of korean, but “as if it's you last” and some other songs are still bugged in the latest version.It's a little weird because if actually add both the korean and japanese version of the songs in my favourite tracks, it will both play in japanese. Does anyone know why tracks that work perfectly fine on the desktop and web versions of Deezer, seem to be unavailable (greyed out) on the mobile app?What I’ve also noticed is that, when I replace (truly) unavailable tracks, the change doesn't seem to reflect in the Android app.Looking forward to your replies.
after several updates i see not fixed bugall my mp3 files uploaded via browser have cover images, and they shown in browser correctly both in “my mp3” category and in favorites. on android device (Huawei p60pro) covers show only in “my mp3” but all songs added to favorites are w\out covers...how i can fix it? today i updated an app to last 8.0.30.5 but this issue is still exist
For a couple of days I have a problem with Deezer on my Apple Watch serie 7.In Offline mode when I choose a downloaded playlist only one song will be played instead of the whole playlist. Also on the icon for Pause/Play (the circle) you can’t see the time is left and that the song is playing.Manually you can go to the next song but this is not the intention when you have a workout.I uninstall / install the app on my watch but that doesn’t help.Has anyone an idea?
Hi AllWhen the Android Automotive Deezer first came along it had a HiFi option in setting, but this was removed about 12months ago. Why? And is there any plans for it to return?
Deezer tv apps are horrible. On Android tv and Apple tv. The discography section is all mixed up single ep's albums are mixed up. Artist is no selection A-Z. I can not use the tv apps it is not working for me.When I use chromecast on android tv, lyrics are displaying automatically I can not turn it off.Really time to improve tv experience!
I’m on ios 18.2.1 with Deezer premium and the app keeps reverting the audio quality to the preselected values when restarted. I tried reinstalling it but it didn’t help. No matter how many times I change the audio quality settings, if the app is closed, it goes back to standard quality for mobile data, high quality for wifi, and hifi for Google Cast. I’d like to add that I use Deezer on ipad os and over there the sound quality settings are working with no issues.The app version I’m on is 10.29.1 (10.29.1.1) and I haven’t exceeded the maximum number of devices.

why can’t I add the songs tagged as favorite to a new playlist? It keeps displaying an error that the songs have already been added. I used to be able to do this before. There are only 473 songs in my favorites list

I received the My Deezer Year ann I open it, but a black screen just shows up, how do I solve this?
Hi, Loads of songs are greyed out in favourite tracks and other playlists and sometimes even in artist pages. the only way to play them is by looking up the song and play it from the search page. the songs that are greyed out are always the same songs (for example “secret story of the swan” by “iz*one” or “whistle” by “blackpink”) even when logging in to a different account or using a different device. Some songs are playing the wrong version when i play them from my playlists. for example if i click on the korean version of “as if its your last” by “blackpink” it will actually play the japanese version intstead of the korean. the only way to play the correct version of all the songs that are playing in the wrong language is by going to the artist page and play it from the album the song is in. the weird thing is that is the exact same song as it will say that the song is in my favourites, but when i play it from the artist page the language will be correct. I use MusicCast for Deezer as my main listening method when I'm at home. I'll often listen to flow. However, it seems to get stuck in one genre for weeks on end, and I can't figure out how to change it. Right now Flow will only play hip hop. I'm now at the point where I would love to listen to something other than hip hop. Please help.
Japanese language search is broken in Android in at least two ways: You cannot type in Kanji (the Chinese characters), you can only type in hiragana (a phonetic alphabet). Normally using Gboard (the default android keyboard) you type something in phonetically in hiragana and Gboard presents options to change this word to Kanji but this is not happening with Deezer. Also, sometimes you need to add “voicing marks” to hiragana which would for example change a “ha” sound to a “pa” sound. This is also broken. Basically it looks like Deezer is processing each character as soon as it's entered, taking control away from Gboard before the user can finish entering the word. Search will not find a Japanese artist if you search for their name in Japanese. Even if you type an artist's name in a separate app to write out the kanji to get around issue #1 and copy and paste into Deezer it will not find the artist, even though the artist's name is written in the same Kanji when the app is set to Japane
Anyone else experiencing issues with BluOs and getting constant error messages about being unable to play or find content
Hi all, how are you? I am experiencing the issues as described below:Issue 1:Playing download content in off line mode doesn't work - it asks for connection to play downloaded content in off line mode.Issue 2:Playing content over mobile connection keeps loading forever with strong stable 5g network signal available. App preferences is set to allow unrestricted background data, and audio settings os set to stream in basic quality over mobile network. I have followed the instructions described by deezer support below:A)Set App Battery Usage to Unrestricted;B)Set App mobile network data usage to Unrestricted;C)Set app Audio quality download over mobile network to basic. I also have reinstalled the app several times, and redownloaded all content, but it didn´t solved the issues. Please, May someone help me to figure out how to fix it? the problem started about 3 weeks ago and still hasnt been fixed.in the past when I got into my car and my phone connected the touch screen of my car, android auto started automatically via wi-fi, left half of the screen showed “google map” right half used to show the last song I listened.now right half shows a black screen. passive “play and forward buttons” and writes Deezer,Touch to open.blue box must show the poster of the album. instead of “deezer, touch to open” I must see the name of the last song. buttons must be active in yellow box. when I touch, it goes to main page of deezer which looks like as if it is on my mobile phone. maybe the new gui makes that problem.check the main page of youtube music at Android auto on screen. in the past yt music and deezer main pages were similar. this is new gui of deezer on screen: when I have the blank-black screen, I open deezer from my mobile phone and last song info comes to the screen immdiately. so I can understand that either deezer d
Dear Deezer Developers,I recently noticed an issue with the new audio preview links provided by the Deezer API.Unlike the previous implementation, these new links no longer include the Access-Control-Allow-Origin: * header.This change is causing CORS issues, making it impossible to use the preview links in web applications.
In the iOS app, when I move one or more tracks in my Favourites playlist and press done, it doesn’t keep them. I tried going into my library through an internet browser and it seems like it’s like it’s supposed to be there, so it probably is an app issue.
