Download Music not loading in offline mode

So for a while now I've been have a problem with deezer and the offline modeThey advertise that you can download and listen to your music offline provided that you're a paid subscriber. So my question is why cant i listen to my downloaded music offline even my favorite list shows me an error when im in offline mode and I'm a paid subscriber can someone please give me an answer Because at this point I feel like deezer is a rip off coz you pay every month download your music with your data then still have to use your data to stream music even after it's been downloaded which is not okay its like paying a double subscription or even more

No gapless play on Hi-fi for Windows users

I pay for Hi-Fi and am using Windows 10. I can’t listen to a long piece of music without silence injected right in the middle of a song. That is a deal breaker for me, especially since I see that a year ago this question was addressed and dismissed as something being introduced slowly, first for iPhone users. A year later, and there is still no gapless play at your most expensive service. Windows users are 75% of the market. I can’t understand what you don’t understand about the business potential of your service. This service could be my go-to library for all listening in my house. It’s a thousands-album library that, if you could design it properly, be listened to in any way my imagination could devise.I could list a dozen problems with Deezer for Windows browser and desktop, but you’d have to pay me to be that useful to you. I’m out. I’ll check out Tidal, I guess. I think that’s the only other Hi-Fi service.Maybe, if this could get back to an administrator, they could put me on an e

Why is new release data so poor

Long term user of Deezer and big fan but one issue that really bothers me is how poor the app works with favourite artists and their new song releases. It seems to me it is alway slow of the mark in providing a notification if an artists that appears in favourites or as a saved album feature is not being pushed to customers. I find I actively have to search artists to see if new relates have been done rather then this application pushing that info or better yet promoting me weeks in advance of a potential new release.

Deezer app closes itself while music is playing

My mobile Deezer app closes after I receive a phone call. Whether I answer the phone call or not, after a couple of minutes the Deezer app will close by itself while music is playing. How can I stop this?

Hi there.  I am a subscriber of Deezer. Could you persuade artists to allow Deezer to add extended versions of radio versions and more remixes too? Many of them exist but not on Deezer because I have been downloading them. The problem is those artists don't receive any money and I must look for these extended versions on the web so I am losing time.

HiFi quality in Ukraine

Hello! I’ve just subscribed to Deezer Premium in Ukraine, but do not see the “HiFi” option available for me, neither in web version, win desktop application or iOS app. The only options available are “Standard” and “Better” on web and desktop and “Basic”, “Standard" and “HQ” in iOS. Devices are Win 10 PC with latest desktop app and latest Firefox, and iPhone 13 with latest iOS and latest app version, if that matters.Screenshots under spoiler just to make sure.  I don’t see any specific plans available to my that enable HiFi and it seems like it should be available for the regular Premium sub.One thing that may be affecting it, this account is quite old (maybe since 2015), I was using it on a free tier to blast something at the office, but a year or so ago I wanted to make you my primary streaming platform and got Premium. In a month I cancelled it because I was bummed by the lack of gapless playback (still none on windows app :( ), and yesterday subbed again because Spotify has turned

sonos deezer unable to browse music ?

Suddenly unable to access Deezer via Sonos. Error message says “Unable to browse music”. I’ve updated both apps, reauthorized Deezer to run in Sonos but still nothing.

lyrics arenot provided in deezer over Bluos app. Sportify provide the lyrics over the bluos app.Not for now

alexa plays 1 song only

When alexa is asked to play a deezer playlist it only plays one song before saying that is the end of the playlist. This began out of the blue a few weeks ago. How can I fix this?

Need solution to undesired "shuffle" functionality on Android app! How do I turn it OFF (permanently, forever ideally)?

I am a premium user and I have both the Android app and the Windows Desktop app. On the Windows Desktop app, there is an obvious ICON to turn off “shuffle” mode. It’s an icon at the bottom that allows you to toggle “shuffle” ON/OFF. This seems to be entirely MISSING from the Android app, and I get so extremely frustrated when I accidentally press the “Play” button (which can happen with my phone just in my pocket and completely incidentally) and it AUTOMATICALLY TURNS ON “shuffle” as there appears to be NO WAY to TURN IT BACK OFF in the Android app. To be clear: I do not want this feature AT ALL, EVER, and I specifically asked BEFORE SUBSCRIBING to be SURE I could play my music in my playlists IN ORDER, and this is making me quite angry that it isn’t a simple, easy-to-find OPTION in my SETTINGS to just DISABLE SHUFFLE ENTIRELY, FOREVER or my account or in the apps. At the VERY LEAST, there should be an EASY TO FIND icon in the Android app (and every other application), like there is in

Higher data usage when quality set to "Basic" than "Standard" or "HQ"

I recently tried reducing my mobile data usage by changing mobile data quality from “HQ” to “Basic”.But surprisingly my data usage actually increased (to about 500MB per hour) instead! I decided to research (*) this issue by starting “Flow” and skipping to the next song 4 times under different mobile data quality settings and measuring mobile data usage after each song skip.These are my findings:Basic: 27.5MB per song on average (38, 26, 21, 25)Standard: 5MB per song on average (8, 3, 2, 7)HQ: 12MB per song on average (15, 8, 17, 8)High Fidelity: 54.7MB per song on average (57, 61, 36, 65) It seems like “Basic” is actually “HQ”, “HQ” is actually “Standard” and “Standard” is actually “Basic”.And it seems to be a re-occurring issue because 3 other threads were created about similar issues before (but all 3 got closed without resolution so I created a new one instead) *) I re-installed the Deezer app and cleared the song cache before performing my test. The sound is distorted when using earbuds with webplayer on my computer

The sound is fine if I do not have my earbuds connected, the sound is also ok with my earbuds on a call but for some reason if I try to listen to Deezer with my earbuds the sound is awfully distorted like my earbuds are underwater.I tried clearing the cookies of Chrome it helped until I disconnected my earbuds and connected them back again.I tried using Edge same thing happen and the windows app keep giving me error messages MS0610 so I ended uninstalling in.I’ve been using Deezer for years and never had such issues before/What is the solution….?
