I am using mainly Deezer PC app. When you click play or when a track changes to the next it takes a while for the new track to come in, hindering the listening experience.Any way to do crossfade or gapless?

Such as omitting & in song, album, and artist’s names.I specifically joined because scrobbling was available, but editing every single King Gizzard, Nick Cave & the Bad Seeds, Iron & Wine, Peaches & Herb, Mama’s & Papa’s song would be SUPER DISAPPOINTING.

Hi,I would like to report a bug affecting the playback queue. There are two different options for adding tracks or albums to the current playback:Listen next (“Ascolta subito dopo” in Italian on my system) Add to queue (“Aggiungi alla coda di ascolto” in Italian on my system)Normally, these two options have different behaviors:Listen next adds the selected track or album immediately after the currently playing track. Add to queue adds the selected track or album at the end of the current playback queue. However, for the past few weeks, both options have been producing the same result: the selected track or album is always inserted immediately after the currently playing track.I have reproduced the issue on different platforms:Deezer desktop app for macOS: 7.1.340 Deezer app for iOS: 11.23.0.1 Deezer Web app using Microsoft Edge on macOSSince the same behavior occurs across different clients, it does not appear to be specific to a single app or platform. Thanks!

Hi, guys!I’ve been experiencing a strange issue, very similar with the one I experienced last year: the Roxette song “She Doesn't Live Here Anymore” from Roxette's “Don't Bore Us - Get to The Chorus!” album always stops playing at 1:01 mark… That just happens while using the Chrome browser player for PC - for now.Do you guys have any advice on this? Thanks!

I am currently unable to see the “Top Tracks” section on artist pages. The issue affects all artists I have tested, with artist IDs ranging from 1 up to 1711159.My Deezer region is Austria (AT).I can reproduce the issue: on the Deezer website in Google Chrome in an anonymous/incognito Chrome window without being logged in on iOS with a direct request using PowerShell For example, The Beatles (artist ID 1):https://www.deezer.com/de/artist/1The Top Tracks section is missing there as well. The Deezer API also returns an empty result for The Beatles:https://api.deezer.com/artist/1/topResponse:{"data":[],"total":0}So the problem does not seem to be related to my account, browser session, or iOS device.Could you please check if there is currently an issue with Top Tracks in the Austrian (AT) region?

For years I have used Deezer on my Alexa in the Netherlands. I go away for three weeks in 2024 and I come back and now it doesn't work. I get told that Deezer isn't supported in my location. But it was for years! What has changed? Why can I no longer use Deezer via my Alexa in the Netherlands? (Obviously I can use bluetooth but that isn't the point right now)

Hello, I’m using Deezer Desktop in Firefox. Recently the “add to queue” functionality started adding the track(s) to play after the current track rather than adding to the end of the queue as it used to. Did something change recently? I haven’t yet tried in Chrome to see if it’s browser specific.

Hello Philips doesn't use Google TV on all of his devices.. It's Titan OS now everywhere An Hifi compatibility like Google is coming in next months for deezer ?

I wonder why so many albums and tracks are listed with wrong timings.Check the following album, for example.  It is listed as having 7+ hours of music, but it is a 3cd release, with only 2h20m of music.  Individually, the songs themselves also have wrong timings listed. There are so many others that have this same problem.  I see those timings on PC and on Android.

Ex: None of the tracks from a fan album I enjoy uploadHello there, I’m a recent subscriber to Deezer and I was very much looking forward to using the MP3 uploading feature as I have a collection of fan albums and projects that aren’t on any major platforms. However, at the time of writing its been at least 5 hours of troubleshooting, and the uploads just stay greyed out and unable to be played no matter what, which is quite frustrating to say the least. And on browser I set for a separate set of tracks to upload and they don’t even show up on the desktop app. If there is any support or recommended course of action I could take I’d greatly appreciate it.

Had to make a new topic, I don’t have the permissions to reply to the ‘bug’ thread (?)As the title, I click the first track in my “in your library” tab to play all the tracks in my library, it plays the first “top track”. I click the second track in my “in your library” tab, it plays the second “top track”. PC app.

When I cast on my google speaker it doesn’t stay updated on my app. I can skip songs through the google home app but on the Deezer app it starts playing different songs through my phone speaker if I try and change the song. It doesn’t stay synced as the music plays. Is there a way to fix this?

I have multiple monitors (in-built laptop screen, one horizontal monitor and one vertical monitor) and I’m seeing an issue where the Deezer app crashes when I drag the Deezer window from one monitor to another. No error message is displayed, it just closes unexpectedly. Windows 11 Enterprise 22H2 build 22621.3155Deezer app 6.0.80

Deezer TV app on Samsung is double scrobbling the tracks. This needs to be fixed.

Hey, I noticed that the album “With Julia” is not showing in Kid Francescoli’s discography, even though it’s available in my country and I can play it. I found a similar bug report for glitch mob a year ago, so I guess it’s a data issue.

Hi,in the past days, while I am listening to Deezer on Windows App at one point the music stops and telling me:“An error occurred, please try again later”This has been happening the past days and I am a bit sick of not being able to listen to music anymore due to this.Unfortunately I will soon have to switch back to Spotify as Deezer seems super buggy and not reliable :( What a pity.

i saw answers from years ago saying that crossfade setting will be implemented “soon” or “in the coming year” (6 years ago) but PLEASE  can we know how soon ?honestly such a basic feature i don’t understand how it is not yet on the desktop app or web player …

I just downloaded the latest web app and the search field in the Albums section doesn’t work - it only returns results when you search for the album name, not the artist name.  For example, when I search for The Beths I get no results, when I search for their album by name, it shows up.  Please fix this.

The website won't open in my browser, while the mobile app works perfectly fine. The service originally worked without any issues in my country, but stopped working a few months ago. This isn't just an issue on my end—my friends can't access the site either, even though they use different ISPs. I reached out to support, but haven't received any concrete answers for two months now. My subscription payments go through and I can use the mobile app, so I don't understand why the website and the web player still won't load.P.S. I am currently using a VPN just to send this message.

Hi,The Deezer Garmin app available on the Connect IQ store is currently not syncing. It took me a while to be able to login, since it wasn’t working at all a couple days ago. Now it seems okay. However, it’s impossible to add songs to the watch as it says “Some content could not be downloaded” after a couple of seconds of syncing. I tried on my Forerunner 965 and my old Forerunner 245 Music.A quick look at the reviews on Connect IQ indicates that most users have been experiencing this issue since June. Is this app abandoned? I cannot imagine why this issue would be ignored for so long otherwise. So, is there any fix coming or any workaround in the meantime? Thanks.

i tried to upload an mp3 via deezer desktop today, and i couldn’t find the ‘my mp3s’ tab anywhere. i checked the favourites tab, my whole library, i even looked at the deezer app on my phone to see if it had moved there but i haven’t been able to find it. all of my mp3s that i previously uploaded are still available for me to listen to, but the dedicated mp3 section is, for some reason, completely gone from my desktop. is this some kind of bug or did deezer quietly remove the option?
