I recently distributed two projects through bandlab as it was supposed to be my first two songs in a new profile but it was sent to a profile that doesn’t belong to me but it has the same name as me these are the songs:
Dark mode has recently gotten worse. It used to be that every screen except the album covers were dark. Now when I am playing an album, look at a playlist or the lyrics it appears in a background colour other than black. Makes it impossible to look at certain things in low light environments.Bring back total dark mode please.
I am trying to retrieve music from a certain decade to set up a fun quiz with my friends on Deezer. We have to match the song to the decade is the idea. Thanks
When I opened Deezer yesterday on my Samsung phone, I had to log-in again - suggesting that the geniuses at Deezer had again “upgraded” the app. Since the last “upgrade” playlists, albums and artists appear randomly (not alphabetically) making finding an item extremely difficult.After yesterday’s “upgrade” the “downloaded music” tab under “Favorites” is empty - showing only grey areas with no content.I’ve been a paying user since 2017 and yesterday opened a Tidal account. Obviously the app is different and I’m still learning it’s peculiarities. The music quality (bitrate?) however is FLAC & Dolby Atmos quality.I truly wish the Millennials & Gen Z’s at Deezer get their act together. I do not want to leave! Martin PotgieterSouth Africa
I can’t claim my artist profile because if won’t show up when I type my name in or even copy and paste my artist ID from the artist link. How can I access my account?
When I'm jus t listening to music I like to scroll through songs I like and queue them up to play. I can't work out how I do this, what am I missing? I'm using the Android version (v6.2.30.88)
This is a list of some obstacles preventing me from switching to Deezer. I am a longtime user of Tidal and Apple Music streaming services. Windows app doesn't close on the X button in the window title. This is a very, very longtime issue, and it is really annoying. There is no button to play all songs on an artist profile page. There is no option to set the default sorting of albums/singles to Release date or remember a changed sorting option on the artist page. There is no button in the sidebar to quickly go to the Favourite albums page (There are playlists even favourite tracks), but a link to albums is missing. Maybe offer the dropdown menu on the favourite icon in the sidebar with all tabs from the page Favourites? There is no dedicated page to list all new releases of my favourite artists. Is there any chance that at least some of the points will be resolved?

I can't change the country of the account from Turkey to Ukraine. I don't see the option to change the payment method. I wanted to add a credit card of the Ukrainian bank as a new payment method. This was possible before. Please explain the procedure. The subscription ends in February 2026.
It has been 4 years. Crossfade needs to exist on Android and desktop apps. Not a beta. A full feature. I am leaving Spotify. Trying this app. If this can't be figured out, I will move to another platform
I keep getting the annoying message ‘Your computer seems to be offline. We'll keep trying to connect.’ when I know 100% that my computer is not offline.
Has anyone all of a sudden had 2 payments come out & deezer said you've activated a second account that you had no knowlege of ????Not even received an email confirming a second account is active.When i've been in touch with them they say it's a hotmail account which is strange as microsoft changed to 1 drive several years ago and my hotmail account was deleted !!!!
Good day!I have a problem with playing music in the web version. The error Failed to play appeared. MS0610The most interesting thing is that if I turn on VPN, this error disappears. If I turn off VPN, the music does not play, but podcasts work. I restarted the router, looked at the site certificate, disabled and enabled DNS, QUIC, etc. Overall, a lot was done, but nothing helped.The only thing that confuses me is that with VPN the music starts working, but without VPN it gives an error, while podcasts are available. How does it work? What is the reason?
This is making me crazy and it is an absolute deal breaker. Without a solution to stop playing unwanted music after my selected track the service is just annoying. Why should I listen to something I don’t want (even if I paid)? Why someone/something has to choose my music instead of me? I wrote to the support but I was dismissed with something like: “sit and wait, maybe in the future someone will decide to implement such feature”. That’s very, very far from acceptable
I used to be able to sort my Playlist by artist, or alphabetically but all these options have disappeared. Please help?
Cannot accedd downloaded tracks and albums
I feel like Deezer doesn’t do a great job tagging songs that have longer than usual names, this especially is apparent in Classical music, but I wanted to see if there was any possibility to resize the way Deezer displays the list of songs from a playlist/album to something akin to how Apple Music handles it. Deezer UI - you notice a good portion of the song titles are simply cut off due to their length Apple Music UI, Even with the extended length of the track, the user is able to comfortably read the entire song name. This doesn’t seem to impact the web apps as much as the mobile ones. Hope this can be taken into consideration.
Dear Deezer, In my opinion you guys are kind of sleeping on the Discord Rich Presence Idea we the community have been requesting over the course of 2-3 years and the community has also included some great points into creating this feature possible! In my opinion you guys are really sleeping on this opportunity right now, Spotify has this feature, displaying the artist, the current song playing, how much time has elapsed etc. It would be really neat to have this with Deezer too! I don’t want to switch just because of a single feature Spotify and Discord have! You guys should try and do this and let the community know how it goes, keep us updated. So many platforms have joined the Rich Presence thing it’s ridiculous that Deezer is excluded! There’s such an opportunity! Hope I was informative. - A Deezer User.

Recently, I've been getting errors between songs on the web player that require me to refresh the page to continue playing.Just before, I also got one like that on my phone.This tends to happen after listening for quite a while and since I usually don't listen for hours on end, it only happens to me a few times a week. But it still seems like a pretty problematic development.
