Hi,I'm new to Deezer. Fleeing from Spotify….I noticed that shuffle play is using a subset of my playlist. Is this triggered by background suggestions/top tracks/history?Is there a way to disable this (in my case) unwanted functionally?I don't any changes in my playlist(s) and I want a true shuffle playI'm really picky on which songs and which version I want to hear.

Hopefully someone from Deezer team would pass this feedback to the decision makers. I have a piece of feedback on how Deezer organizes the Home page - I feel that too much priority and screen space on my home page is given to your “curated” lists, instead of suggestions that apply to me specifically. See the screenshots for clearer picture:Now, not to dunk on the artists in those playlists, but I do not really care about the releases in your “Autumn album collection” or “Albums for the spooky season” that take two thirds of the top of my home page (and the rest is taken by an overblown “recently played” section). Nor do I care about that cringy metal playlist collection. But, I would very much rather see the “Rediscover my favorites” or “Mixes inspired by” or personal mixes, because those specifically address my listening habits and what I really follow, instead of a selection of commonly popular releases with some very vague vibes created by your curators. It kinda feels like a situat

It’s been 3 days and I can’t delete my accoount, smh. This is getting ridiculous

How can I add delay gaps to my playlists? I make partner dancing playlists and would like some space between tracks so there is a little time to thank the partner for the dance and find a new partner.

i recovered my playlist but now it wont show up

Hi, I’m deleting my account, but I’m wondering whether the comments I posted on forums will be deleted too?  Please can anyone advise me on what I should do to have my comments deleted?

Hi all,I really enjoy using the playlists in the app on my iPhone. I have different playlists, especially for working out. But the thing is, when I’m out jogging, for example, I don’t have a signal or mobile data, so I can’t open or listen to the playlists because it seems like that only works online. That’s a real shame, and I think there are a lot of users who have exactly the same problem. It’s great that favorite songs can be listened to offline, but you can’t sort them by genre or however you like (i.e., playlists). So, could you make playlists available offline as well? The songs in the playlists have already been downloaded as favorites, so that’s not the issue. That would be great!ThanksBernhard

Hi there, is it possible to delete an old (no longer needed) topic here (created by myself)? Tanks.

Deezer recently introduced  AI Music Detector with which you can find out how much AI-Generated Music is in your playlist. You get information about how much music there is, but you don't get information about exactly which song or album it is.   Deezer automatically scans and flags fully AI-generated tracks by placing a visible "AI-generated content" tag on albums and songs . TIP :  How to find AI-generated songs or albums on DeezerTo find AI-generated songs/albums on Deezer, you need to hunt for them.In other words - to find out if a track is AI-generated, look for an "AI - generated content" tag on the album or song page.  Good luck on your hunt ! see also https://support.deezer.com/hc/en-gb/articles/28222522835101-AI-Content-Tagging-on-Deezer#listening_ai

The whole premise of Flow is that it's an endless suggestion of songs, part from my favourites and part from the whole catalogue of likely songs that I might like. However, it's not endless, not even remotely and it turned into the feature I disliked in Spotify which made me choose Deezer over it in the first place, and that it has an end and basically turned into a playlist. I many times find myself having to force stop the app amd re-running flow, many times it starts playing new songs but I'm other times, it just start the "playlist" from the beginning and plays the same songs as the previous run in the same order and ends in the same place too. I'm that case, I need to delete the app's cache and data amd basically reset it so I could get a new flow.It wasn't like this 1 or 2 years ago and it really bugs me because this is the feature that really made me stay with Deezer and not choose Spotify.

All of a sudden Flow started injecting German music. I live in the Netherlands and although I am alright with our eastern neighbours I don’t like their language. Is there a way to exclude specific languages in flow? Or should I just don't-recommend-this-artist for every german speaking artist that pops up? My country is set to NL in my account.

Hi! I’ve read that the ability to pitch your music to official Deezer playlists will be available soon on Deezer For Creators. Is there a concrete timeline you can provide on when can we expect this feature? Weeks? Months? By the end of the year? Thanks You!

UPDATE: Deezer is back to normal, with Flow, all recommendation features, and Artist Top Tracks working again. Thanks for your Patience and Apologies for the inconvenience. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Flow and Top Tracks are currently experiencing technical issues and may not be functioning as expected. Our developers are aware of the problem and are actively investigating and working to restore full service as quickly as possible. We’ll continue to monitor the situation and share updates as soon as we have more information. We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience and thank you for your patience and understanding while we work on a fix. 💜

Bonjour, un appareil tiers refuse de se déconnecter de mon compte malgré le changement de mon mot de passe. Pouvez-vous forcer la déconnexion de toutes les sessions s'il vous plaît ?

I love deezer really do however I use it sometimes for sleeping music such as lofi or studying music. That takes over my yearly and monthly recaps badly. It was so bad I had to find another lofi app but I don't like it as much as my playlist. I don't want to do don't recommend this track or artist for my stuff either due to the fact I do enjoy lofi but I rather it not show a song I listened to while sleeping that I have no memory about when it comes to yearly or monthly recaps. Every post I see it seems as if a bot responds to it as so so I'm just bumping this again too show how I also wish for this to be a thing along side everyone else who has in hopes that deezer will listen.

What has happened to the play list - Brand New UK that was updated every Friday and the editor was Nina ??This seems to have disappeared????? any reason why? as this was really could for fresh new music??? and the fact it got updated every Friday was even better ? If its gone and the editor has left Deezer, will someone else take over ? or will there be a new playlist that people can follow ?????

My artist name is Sean Elliot and it seems as if there's another one across the country somewhere. this seems to be a pretty simple fix with Spotify and apple. This is The Profile:https://www.deezer.com/us/artist/10069632 These are the only ones that are actually me: https://deezer.page.link/6V215xkvDJXw7wRT7 https://deezer.page.link/oooW2PwA6PkytmWq5 https://deezer.page.link/9gZ4d6UZaVP6LUro9 https://deezer.page.link/H4o5vnKPHWx4iKe97 https://deezer.page.link/XJQ7kn4RxS6W4NKu8 https://deezer.page.link/mdmDKUcD8SKrjdDz7 https://deezer.page.link/h8rXg4nM29ev2KFZ9 https://deezer.page.link/PkyAw3DhaDDA1pdK8

Hi,Following a recent update on Deezer (desktop), the Listening History tab has disappeared. It used to be listed under Library on the left column. On the main screen, I see “Recently Played” but that only shows tracks listened to on the desktop app. I listen through Sonos a lot and that was always included in Listening History.Anyone else having this issue or has Listening History moved somewhere else? Thanks.

MochaXMochaX is a global girl group consisting of two members, Moon and Star. The group is currently preparing for its debut and working on its first original song, “Mochas.”The Beginning of MochaXThe idea for MochaX started while Moon and Star were skating together. Moon mentioned wanting to become an idol and realized that Star also wanted to become one. Moon then asked if they should create a group together and become members. They started spending more time together, talking about the group and developing ideas. Over time, they became close friends and eventually best friends.Developing the MochaX StyleAt first, Moon and Star were strongly inspired by K-pop groups such as BTS and BLACKPINK. As they developed MochaX, they realized that rap-heavy and deep-energy songs did not fit their personalities as well. They wanted something softer, energetic and dreamy, which led them toward a style inspired by groups such as ILLIT while still developing their own identity. The Name MochaXWhile
