Favorite Artist Shuffle

I'm on my 30-day trial trial period. I signed up using the desktop app and proceeded to go to my favorite artists and shuffle them. From there, tracks from my favorite artists are played and suggestions are played. I have the option to remove the suggestions. On the Android app, I don't see these features available at all. Not even the option to shuffle my favorite artists. Am I missing something? How could Deezer make two completely different interfaces?  This would be a deal breaker.

can't download podcasts

I want to download podcast episodes, but it says that download is deactivated for this podcast with every podcast. I just have a new phone and on my last phone I was always able to download podcasts.

Change to the way the sort feature works

It is beyond mind-boggling that Deezer has changed the way the sort feature works when you create a playlist and on your active playlists.  You can no longer sort A to Z.  I have over 200 playlists with thousands of songs. How the hell am I supposed to find anything , many people like me want to look at a playlist alphabetically and then tap on the songs we want to hear as we're exercising etc .  You have to use the ridiculous default of listing by album in a world where nobody cares about albums anymore... Only someone who is a very basic music fan and doesn't create playlists of any depth would ever make a change like this. This is a music service for music fans. How can you think this kind of thing is okay?!! Change this back Deezer and I'll work as a consultant for free, because I actually use your app....a lot. My lord!

A-z gone

Noticed this morning the A-Z track has gone why have you done this now I can't find my tracks properly even when I try and play a track keeps saying error loading before everything was fine will you ever bring it back you could have asked other people's opinions on this we all pay a subscription each month I'm thinking about cancelling my subscription it's impossible now to try and find tracks because all mine ain't in order !!

Song was not added to Favorites

I added a song to Favorites and it is not there anymore. I also cannot find it in Recent searches. I would add it again, but I do not remember the song and band name.

wrong first top track title in my Deezer Year 2024

Hirecently receive my Deezer Year 2024, how is it possible that my first top track is a track I never listen to !??Change my password just in case but I'm pretty sure that's not the problem, as I've never seen this track in my history.The track is The Beat (feat. Peter Frampton) (Bottai Remix) and doesn't appear in any of my favorites and I don't even know the band in any way. Yet Deezer tells me I've listened to it 168 times!Any clue ?

downloaded music taking to much time to open

Why every time I open my downloaded music I jato wait it load?It’s really annoying. It got worst now with update 10.27.0I did the download to use it when and were I want and not when the app decide to allow me dou to a lack of capacity in saving my preferences

Deezer desktop app repeatedly giving me error "MS3000" when I try to play something from My MP3s through a playlist.

When I’m listening to my playlists, sometimes they will shuffle play to songs that I added from My MP3s. Quite often it’s been giving me an error message (MS3000) and refusing to play the song when this happens (or also when I select a My MP3s song from a playlist), but playing the song directly from My MP3s works fine, and seems to offer a few minutes where playing these songs through playlists works again.But, it always seems to break again sooner or later, and it’s really getting frustrating since a lot of my favourite songs (being songs that aren’t on Deezer) are on My MP3s. It would be really helpful if anyone could suggest a way for me to fix this. Thanks very much!

Confused about my flow maybe buggy?

Soo… Most of my music i hear is Metal / rock / gothic and sub genres EDM too and stuff. Most of my liked stuff too including artists. Yet my flow thinks “hey lets give the listener Trance / techno / pop 24/7”Youtube music really did a better “flow” with their mixes their flow being called “super mix” Somehow on deezer “change the style” doesnt change it either its even after 20x still trance techno…. i can skip and dislike as many songs as i can and yet flow thinks “yes more of that “ Meanwhile youtube music generates new recommendations after 1-3 skips and mixes actually more genres into your “flow” of your loved music but also new music. Why does flow work so much worse which is the main feature of deezer ? it Literally feels stuck and buggyweirdly if i tell flow to play “more favourites” it literally shows me all songs which arent favourites , and if i want to discover more it shows me basicly 1 favourite and 9 non favourites ( ofc both cases all Techno / trance ) Examplehttps://prn

Not able to add songs to playlists

Since yesterday I can't add new songs to my playlists. Neither in the app nor in the PC (web app). Is anyone else having this problem too?

Family Mix not available

All my family members have their own favorite tracks, and yet, I still don”t see any Family Mix on my iPhone using the app. Why is it so tugged away? Family Mix is the main reason I chose Deezer over Apple Music. We want to use it while driving, hearing everyones favorite tracks.  The marketing states:”All Family members can launch the Family mix for a shuffled selection of favorite tracks from all Family members. Perfect for road trips.”

Is there some way to play music without selecting my favourite artists?

Y’see the awkward thing is, I kind of wanted to just listen to some music, not feed some stupid algorithm. This is a very offputting welcome experience, with no obvious way to skip it (on web, desktop app, or mobile).  I’ll be trying out the competition instead, in the hopes that they’ll allow me to try something as revolutionary as “sign up for an account and play a song”.

Why does Deezer keep putting Ryan Adams songs in my mix? And how can I tell it not to?

Whenever I hit “Shuffle my music” Deezer will play a mix of mostly songs I’ve favourited but also occasionally a new song I’ve never heard before. I like this feature (I’m assuming it’s intentional?), but about 50% of the new songs that come up are Ryan Adams songs. I don’t like them and skip them. Of the 800+ songs in my Favourites I only have 1 Ryan Adams song in there and don’t play it much.Why does Deezer insist on pushing this artist? And how can I tell it I don’t want to listen to them anymore?

removing deleted albums from favourites

I've been going through my favourite albums and trying to get rid of some, but when I click on one that no longer show on artists pages it just shows and error page even when I click on the three dots. Is there anyway I can remove them?

Collaborative playlist not working (Family account)

I’ve created a playlist and set it to “collaborative”. I sent the link to my sister, who has her own profile on the same family account as me. She favourited the playlist so she should now be able to add songs to the playlist, but she still doesn’t have the option. What am I missing? Can family accounts not use the Collaborative Playlist feature?

doesnt work on hisense tv

So, i have an Hisense Smart TV 32A4 series my TV has deezer installed so i tried to log in. But when i put the code  on my smartphone a screen appears on the tv that says to get deezer premium like i need premium to use it on TV.is it because i need premium to use it on the TV?

While reading monthly mail from deezer, I discovered that somebody else is using my account - there was so many tracks by artist Nidza Bleja listened by „me”, but I didn’t play it even once - I don’t even know this artist. I changed my password and it seems to be ok now, but my 2024 playlist and statistics are sick because of this artist. Can you please erase all his tracks from my history so I could listed to my real favorite 2024 songs? Thanks!

Besteik heb een suggestie voor de wachtrij. Elke keer als ik mijn playlisten wil openen, komt er in mijn wachtrij allemaal muziek in te staan die ik zelf niet heb aangevraagd. Als ik dan van mijn andere playlisten muziek wil luisteren en in de wachtrij wil zetten. Komen die helemaal onderaan te staan. Waarop ik dan uren op kan wachten tot ik dat nummer kan luisteren. Ook blijven de nummers die erin staan, staan. Waardoor je ze handmatig allemaal moet verwijderen (wat best veel werk is als 1 playlist 200 nummers heeft en deze allemaal ongevraagd in de wachtrij staan). Als ze in de wachtrij staan zouden deze ook automatisch verwijderd moeten worden, zodat jij als luisteraar onbezorgd kunt blijven genieten van jou zelf gekozen muziek die je zelf in de wachtlijst kunt zetten.   Dus maak de wachtrij alleen voor de muziek die jezelf erin zet  laat deze nummers ook automatisch weer verwijderen  kijk af naar Spotify die doen dat al wel (en is mega gemakkelijk) met vriendelijke groeten Jana
