Can you still add searched songs to the queue?

I’m pretty sure (more like 100%) I used to be able to look up a song, click the options on the side and play it next or add it to queue. Today this doesn’t work. What’s going on?

queue issue

I’m on iOS. Since the recent update I can’t add songs I’ve searched for to the queue. It only works when I’ve opened a pIaylist or an album page before going on the three dots. Does anyone know why it’s like this or how I can fix it? It’s just kind of annoying to me.

cant connect deezer wear os from Iphone

Hi, I just bought a montblanc watch working on wear os, which is up to date, as well as my phone (iPhone 13), and can’t link my account (part of a Deezer family) to the watch. The only option proposed is « log in with phone » and when I click it I only get the message « hold your phone close to your watch to log in », and cancel or retry as only options. I’ve tried to delete and reinstall app, restarting both devices, installing deezer for the watch from the google play on my iPhone, but still nothing. Could you get me a solution for me to be able to use deezer on my watch ?

‘Play Next’ no longer an option on iphone

If there is a song already playing, and another song gets searched and I tap the three dots to open options, ‘play next’ no longer shows as the options. This wasn’t a problem until recently. About 2 weeks ago.This issue doesn’t affect the andriod app. Only on IPhone app. Pls resolve asap.

why can’t i change the cover to my favorite tracks

I tried changing it, and I can change it in the edit page but when I save the cover I chose, it doesn’t change the cover from the favorite tracks. I don’t know why, and j tried many times. Is this normal, like something they did or not.

Dear Sir or Madam, I recently ordered a Deezer family account. I shared the link with my family. My brother had no problem opening it. My father has a problem. He received a message telling that he needs to be in the same country as mine. We both live in France and we can't find a solution to fix this problem.Can you help us with that please? Regards,

Audiocast M5 stopping-starting a few times when next song comes on

Hi, I’ve been using Deezer with the Audiocast M5 for five years, but recently I’ve been experiencing an issue—when new songs start playing, they keep stopping and starting a few times. I’ve tried using different phones to control it, and the Audiocast signal shows 100%.Thank you in advance.Joe

Can't remove albums from favorites – reading error

Hi, today, 3 of my daily playlist are identical (first 3) and last 2 are identical … is this weird? Yesterday 2 were identical, same images and same songs…

Please, let me disable mixes

Whenever I select a track from search, I got a bunch of recommendations automatically into my queue. I don't want that. I like to set my queue the way I want, with the songs I want. I've seen people ask the same thing on this forum as far back as 5 years ago, I can't believe nothing was done about it yet. I recently switched to deezer from Spotify, but I might actually need to go back there if I can't even chooss what I want to listen to.

Are audiobooks coming to the US?

Title is pretty self-explanatory. I’ve been wanting to get into audiobooks but don’t want to add a whole other subscription, nevermind give Amazon more money than I have to for an Audible subscription. I saw in other posts here from only a couple months ago that a couple european countries have access to audiobooks, but nowhere else does. Are there any plans to expand the list of countries where that’s available? And if so, is that a higher priority thing? Or is it on the backburner due to probably-ludicrous licensing shenanigans and, uh, economic nonsense going on over here? I understand if it’s not a priority or even not coming at all, but I’d really like to have everything all in to one stable place that doesn’t retroactively edit things out or wholesale ban authors with no warning like Amazon is known to do.

LG TV playlist crashes on tracks that got removed app fix?

So I’ve had a problem since I started using Deezer on my LG TV. I usually play music when I am working around the house and suddenly my playlist stops playing.I found out this happens on tracks that I put on my list a while ago, but have since been removed from my country (this track is not available in your country).It’s a bit annoying when I have to drop everything just to go to my living room and choose the next song.I also don’t want to remove these songs from my playlist in case the copyrights are ever changesd and these songs are “returned to me”.Would it be possible to fix this so it’s like on my pc app where it just skips those tracks instead of getting stuck on them and the music going silent? My Deezer app is up to date.Thanks and Cheers <3
