When using the desktop app, all dates appear in american format, however I am not in America. How do I change the date format to dd/mm/yyyy?All I can find is a “Country Selector” which I have set to Australia, but this has not effect.Thank you!

Hello,I have this problem since few months actually. Sometimes, rarely but sometimes, when I play a song while still listening the previous, the volume of the previous song set to maximum during like 0.1 seconds. It’s very very annoying… It does that even if I pause the previous song before starting the next one. Does someone else have this issue ? thanks 🙌

Mydeezer year 2025 is bugging,at some point the screen turns grey and I can't pass the content anymore while the music is still playing. Same goes on on desktop, mobile and webapp. Other users of my account don't have this issue.

When I Alt+tab into Deezer (desktop application on Windows 10), spacebar doesn’t pause/resume music...unless I click on the application and then press spacebar (which defeats the entire purpose of a hotkey). I saw another thread from FIVE YEARS AGO bringing up similar concerns about spacebar not working at all.

I have one song in my top 10 that I've never heard of in my life, and I am a music junkie. It seems very strange. I also always have a song or two that is from my kids asking our Google home to play a song (which is connected to my account). My top song is the clean up song by coco melon. While true that it may have been played the most by my kids when they clean, it's not representative of my tastes. Is it possible to remove a song that isn't relevant?Also, I would very much like the one song "in a big country by big country" removed as I have never heard it before and I can't find it on any of my playlists, so I have no idea how it could have been played so many times over the course of a year. I have curated over 100 playlists and I pretty much exclusively listen to my own playlists, so it doesn't add up. I've seen that I am not the only one with random songs on their top 10, so this is clearly an issue across the board.I am aware I can edit the actual playlist, but I'm speaking mor

Some of my friends are struggling to join my shaker group and some are getting error messages - the page can not be found. Can anyone suggest anything to help?

My Deezer Year gets stuck at Episode 1 The Meet Cute, the track fades out and the page goes no further. I’ve deleted the cache, I’ve deleted and reinstalled I’ve logged out and back in but no luck. I’ve been streaming since August 2025 with 6775 minutes and in top 52% of users 

I installed Deezer recently and bought a subscription after a week. It was good, actually really exciting to have a Spotify alternative with features I love, until a few days ago when I tried to skip a podcast ad with my headphone buttons and it skipped the entire podcast instead of going forward 30 seconds. Weirdly, I had been able to do this for the first week of using Deezer but then the function just disappeared after I subscribed. My lock screen buttons also show just buttons to skip the entire episode now, not the 30 second forward & back buttons it used to have. I'm on Android, OnePlus Nord 5, OxygenOS 14.0. This is a complete deal breaker because I listen to podcasts while working and am not allowed to touch my phone. I can't pull it out, unlock it, pull up the podcast and tap my screen every time the ads come up. I paid money and am now forced to listen to ads or use another app. I have tried EVERYTHING trying to fix this. So I liked that Deezer had a themed icon, it fit perfectly on my themed homescreen. Now suddenly its gone. Is this a bug or a business decision? I assume the former in which case I wanted to bring it to attention! Let me know if I need to grab logs.

Hi,The Deezer Garmin app available on the Connect IQ store is currently not syncing. It took me a while to be able to login, since it wasn’t working at all a couple days ago. Now it seems okay. However, it’s impossible to add songs to the watch as it says “Some content could not be downloaded” after a couple of seconds of syncing. I tried on my Forerunner 965 and my old Forerunner 245 Music.A quick look at the reviews on Connect IQ indicates that most users have been experiencing this issue since June. Is this app abandoned? I cannot imagine why this issue would be ignored for so long otherwise.So, is there any fix coming or any workaround in the meantime?Thanks.

Hi! I’m trying to switch to Deezer and I can’t seem to get flow to work for more than 3-5 songs. I’m on iOS premium subscription trial period and not in power saver mode. I can’t see any battery or data saving settings in my Settings to turn off. Any idea how to fix this or should I go back to Spotify?

Hello, according to the transfer tool, all of my music is transferred from spotify to deezer. However in deezer only 12 playlists are shown. I tried this several times. 

Hi! on all pages of the iOS app, I can’t scroll all the way to the bottom, making it impossible to pick the last song or album…tried uninstalling and reinstalling. I’m on the latest iPadOS and the latest app version.is this a bug?

there is now no way to find an album, playlist or artist you recently listened to other than to go through a lot of clicking and scrolling to get to the Just Heard song list (which is hidden in playlists and you can’t even pin to the top of that category) and scrioll through EVERY SONG that has played until you get to what you want, then I guess click through to that song to get to the link for its album or srtist… if it was a playlist you were listening to you’re just out of luck, it’s goneThat category was at the top of the homepage for a reason it’s VERY USEFUL AND NECESSARY I’m literally thinking of trying to find another spotify alternative without this, it’s crippling to my user experience

What's happened to the Goth genre please?I used to be able to select it on flow and discovery. Now it's gone from there and I get an error message when I try to launch it from the search page.

As the title says, I'm wondering if there's a way to remove censored songs, or at least a way to filter them. I hate censorship, and experiencing it really ruins listening to a majority of my songs, especially the ones I regularly listen to. I haven't been able to listen to them and experience them because of the censorship on the lyrics.

I have tried to use the sort function to sort podcast episodes from oldest to newest and it just doesn’t work. I’m on the latest iOS update so it’s not that. Can you please check this bug?
