Is there a time frame for Deezer HIFI Heos support?
Does deezer support networking with a Denon higher end receiver AVR-X4400H and give me Hifi like Tidal can?

Love the portal but having spent a lot of $$ for a high end A/V system with the best SVS Ultra speakers, this makes it a deal breaker for me.... Am paying the $20 a month for the Deezer HiFi portal now and just fired up my A/V system, but can only connect to the Denon by the Deezer app on my smart phone and find it kinda kludgy...(((-
Hi, ive just come to learn that my Denon x2400h avr which runs on HEOS for music streaming does not support Deezer Hifi. Ive just upgraded to deezer hifi from premium but it looks like a wasted upgrade as I will not be able to utilise the FLAC playback. Will Deezer HiFi soon be available on HEOS? I understand I will not be refunded the difference if i downgrade back to. Premium?

Thanks!
HIFI isn’t supported on all devices however please have a look at which ones are, here: https://www.deezer.com/devices/. We do hope to support other devices in the future however for now it is supported by the devices shown in the link 🙂.

But I will pass on your suggestion to our development team in regards to Denon HEOS soundbars support. Hopefully we will be able to satisfy your request soon!
I upgraded to the Deezer HiFi so I can enjoy the music through my high end AV system at home.

The problem I am having is that the only way I can stream music is using the Smartphone app for HEOS and Deezer to access the Denon! But when I click on the info button, it is saying the signal is only MP3 with sounds tinny and raspy.... BUMMER

Is there a fix around this? Surely I cannot be the user having this issue. I have googled it and it appears both Denon and Deezer have joined forces....

Any help would be greatly appreciated as I really like Deezer..... Alberto
HI @Alberto Toledo please see above 😉
Hi there, this does not depend entirely on us. We do our best to bring Hifi to more devices. We are not able to give out any ETA I am afraid.

Hi!

And I would be very happy if Deezer developers will add FLAC support of Denon CEOL N10 Hi-Fi systems (or RCD-N10, RCD-N9) 😉
Hi there @Serg.Foger

Denon needs to give us a hand for that but feedback duly noted 😉
Hi Deezer folks, any update on this?

Competition is overtaking you !
Hey @HurdyGurdy1

I've moved your comment here. Thanks for the input! I'll come back here once we've got more updates.

The site sais it is supported now. The hifi mark is now visible at heos devices.

But when I test with my hifi account it still only plays 320 mp3.

So what am i missing??
Hi @Ielleke sorry about that, have you tried to reinstall the app and double checked if you are logged into the right account?

Yes, I did
Does it happen with every single track? I'm asking this because it's not all songs that are on flac quality, I believe it's about 80% of the content. Let me know!
Now you can use hi-fi for denon HEOS. I connected an account with a hi-fi subscription to the Denon AVR-X4400, but still stream 320 mp3. Why there is no flow Or explain which devices Denon Heos supports Hi-fi stream flac 16/44,1.

Yes. Every track.

Denon sais they do not support it yet.

You can better remove the hifi logo from heos on the site, because people now think it is supported.

Deezer put it there by accident I suppose.
No support for hi fi on heos. Deezer announced the support without thinking or even checking. The support team is absolutely not competent in their questions.
Unbelievable. Always the same answers. How difficult can it be to support this. Why doesn't deezer contact Denon and make it happen. I really don't understand......

Same here. I contacted Heos, but they still don't support Deezer HiFi.

Adding the HiFi logo to the site is false information. Probably added by accident.

Ok. Please tell me. Is Deezer Lying about this? Why saying Heos supports Hifi, while it doesn't. Sorry, but we call this lying in Holland. Of course if I connect a laptop to the aux port of a speaker. Then I can play Hifi. But then every speaker supports HiFi. This is not what HiFi support means. This means that Heos should play flac streaming, like Tidal does within the Heos app. Please fix of remove the Hifi logo and heos logo from this part of the site.
Hey, everyone

Firstly, thank you for your patience. We've looked into this and decided to report it to the right team at Deezer, so that we can get to the bottom of it. Thank you for your feedback and screenshots as well.

If the Denon HEOS range can't reproduce in HiFi quality, our website needs to reflect that. So please bear with us a bit longer, I'll get back here once I have an update.
Ive recently downgraded my deezer hifi subscription to deezer premium because there is no hifi support on the marantz heos systems. Is there any word on when functionality will be added
Hey @Justin Moore

We're still waiting for an update from the right team here. I've moved your comment here so that you can keep up with the news.
