Is there a time frame for Deezer HIFI Heos support?

I am also happy that finally this got implemented after so many years!

Since today there is a HEOS update which integrates Deezer HiFi and Tidal Connect. First you need to update the HEOS App and afterwards run a firmware update to version 3.34.240. More here: https://support-uk.denon.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/3832/~/latest-heos-app-and-firmware-update-available

I can comment on your first paragraph. Sadly, there’s no Deezer connect in Heos. I have found with HEOS, you are better off building a queue, playing a full album, playing a Deezer playlist, randomizing an artist, or just playing your Flow. We do have lossless at last.

New here! Managed to connect Deezer hifi to my HEOS account and can play from heos, but i’m unable to change tracks on my browser or phone trough the Deezer app, like i could do on my Spotify account trough spotify connect before.

Don’t like the Heos app for playing, to many layers, not snappy, and unable to continue an album when selecting a song halfway the album. So prefer the online/app interface, but then i cannot connect to my receiver lossless. Am i missing something?

I have the exact same problem. It works with heos, but no option to select Denon receiver from the Deezer android app. I prefer to use this app because there are more features like mix on an artist. It is ala radio for each artist in Spotify. The radio feature in Deezer is not good. Wtf do you set a max skip on songs on radio?

Let us stream direct from Deezer android app to Denon receiver like both Tidal and Spotify support.

Same here, Can'play over HEOS app which is a little bit of mess but can't from DEEZER app directly. This is possible on Spotify, Tidal and others but not on DEEZER? Comone… and on DEEZER page it say it is possible:

How to use the remote control

On your mobile device, open the player
Select located in the bottom-left corner
Select Deezer Connect
Select a device
Your music will play from the selected device

Note: To discover another device, it must be connected with the same Deezer account, it must be connected to the internet, and the app must be open

Deezer connect through HEOS is not available. We faithful hope it will be someday, as that would make things more seamless. HEOS was updated this spring to allow more customization of the app home screen and to get you into Deezer a little faster. But the ideal would be to control HEOS through the Deezer app using Deezer connect.
