Deezer Just Rolled Out the World’s First AI Music Tagging System

Big news in the world of streaming: Deezer has become the first platform to clearly label albums that include fully AI-generated tracks. If you’ve been wondering how to tell the difference between human-created music and AI content, this is a game changer.We have recently launched a powerful AI detection tool, and the results are wild—about 18% of music uploaded each day (over 20,000 tracks!) is now fully AI-generated. While most of these tracks don’t go viral, Deezer found that around 70% of their streams are fake, often uploaded to exploit royalty systems. To fight back, we are taking a bold step:AI-generated tracks are now clearly tagged so listeners know what they’re hearing. These tracks won’t show up in editorial playlists or algorithm-based recommendations. And most importantly, fraudulent streams are being filtered out of royalty payments.   For now, AI-only songs make up just 0.5% of all streams on Deezer, but the trend is growing fast, and with this new tagging system, Deezer

How about a bands to check out list?New

Sometimes a friend recommends a band, other times a band gets mentioned briefly on a show, you might pick up a few songs of the supporting act, hear a new young band on the radio, .. And you go “I need to check them on Deezer” but you don’t have the time to listen right away. You don’t want to add this band to your favourites just yet, but you also don’t want to forget to check them out. Would anyone else really like the option to just save this band to a list so you can listen to them later?

Lyrics button disappeared

There have been lyrics on certain songs (Rammstein - Zeit, Sonne, Mutter, etc for example) but a few days ago the lyrics button disappeared from these songs. Rebooted the phone, changed the location to Germany, but nothing helped. Basically, no non-english songs have lyrics available (no microphone icon next to any non-English song, nor is there the lyrics button when the songs are playing)

Can you still add searched songs to the queue?

I’m pretty sure (more like 100%) I used to be able to look up a song, click the options on the side and play it next or add it to queue. Today this doesn’t work. What’s going on?

'Shuffle My Music' is now exclusively playing music NOT in my Favourites

A few days ago, I 'upgraded' (or so I thought) my plan with Deezer Premium from Month-to-Month to an Annual plan. The problems then began. Now, when I select 'Shuffle My Music' in the Favourites tab, whether on mobile (Pixel 7 Pro, Android) or desktop (Lenovo Chromebook, Chrome browser), for some reason, it only plays music that is very definitely NOT included in my Favourites. For an explanation, I exclusively listen to classical music, and I have some 400+ albums stored as Favourites. In the past, clicking on 'Shuffle My Music' would give me a random selection of tracks from those 400ish albums (plus the occasional unwanted recommendation from Deezer, which was annoying but not the end of the world). Since the 'upgrade' to Deezer Premium's Annual plan, pressing 'Shuffle My Music' only gives me very much undesired modern music and nothing at all from my Favourites albums. I would much rather listen to Mahler than to Manilow crooning on about the Copacabana. Please advise on fixing thi

As a guy who used deezer for years; why did I switch to spotify last year?

Hi there.I really appreciate some of the features Deezer implement. Such as tagging the AI generated content, being able to customize the favorites tab, monthly recap, etc. But, the things that I mentioned below made me give up on Deezer.Lyrics. God, this is probably the biggest issue for me. LyricFind doesn’t get the job done for me. And now, they are struggling with licensing issues and their capacity to provide lyrics is worse than ever. And Deezer doesn’t consider making an agreement with musixmatch, so
 I know musixmatch has a separate app and can be used that way, but it’s not efficient. I don’t like that way. This is probably gonna sound unimportant but anyways. The “most popular songs” section on the artists’ profile is completely irrelevant and wrong. And it changes everyday. Even worse, we can’t know how many streams the songs have, which leaves totally clueless about the artists’ songs’ popularities. I like to get to know new artists by looking at their most popular songs bu

   How the rock band ZZ Top got its name 👀 💡 Billy Gibbons had formed the band Moving Sidewalks in Houston in 1966 with Dan Mitchell on drums, Tom Moore on keyboards, and Don Summers on bass. The group earned Gibbons local recognition, with their single "99th Floor" becoming a hit in Houston. After opening for various popular groups such as the Doors, Jimi Hendrix, and the 13th Floor Elevators, Moving Sidewalks eventually released the album Flash (1969). đŸ€˜Found about an artist thanks to Deezer 💜

Streaming platforms have a lot advantages , one if them is the option to get to know new artists . Thanks to Deezer I got to know a few great artists but one of them is shining above the rest .Badflower is an alternative rock band from USA which I got to know thanks to Deezer after they released one of the singles taken from their not yet available back then first album Ok , I'm sick . The song is named Ghost  .I remember it was on 2018 . I was listening to FLOW and suddenly this song was playing . I was amazed by the tunes ad was a bit disappointed the band didn't put out any album yet. I waited for the album and man it was totally worth it . The cover is amazing and most of the songs are mouth dropping . The band has 3 albums to date . The latest one came out on Friday . I remember this song as a captivating song with the honest , deep lyrics and fantastic tunes .The entire album is truly fantastic and talks about life , relationships , struggles and more.You can check out Ghost belo

New music notification - Don't play same song on repeatNew

Hi, while I like the idea of new music notifications, it seems quite limited.  My complaint regarding the windows app is however that when I click a new song, it just plays this song on repeat.  This is highly unlikely that anyone really wants to do this.Rather start a track mix of new songs, or just play something else please.

Connect Deezer to TwitchTVNot for now

Spotify has links to Twitch directly and through bots, we need a way to link Deezer through these same methods! I use Nightbot and OBS and I'm desperate for a way to link Deezer to twitch! I'd love my viewers to be able to find out what song is playing through a simple command and even one day use song requests at the click of a button! Please implement this ASAP!

I’m on iOS. Since the recent update I can’t add songs I’ve searched for to the queue. It only works when I’ve opened a pIaylist or an album page before going on the three dots. Does anyone know why it’s like this or how I can fix it? It’s just kind of annoying to me.

cant connect deezer wear os from Iphone

Hi, I just bought a montblanc watch working on wear os, which is up to date, as well as my phone (iPhone 13), and can’t link my account (part of a Deezer family) to the watch. The only option proposed is « log in with phone » and when I click it I only get the message « hold your phone close to your watch to log in », and cancel or retry as only options. I’ve tried to delete and reinstall app, restarting both devices, installing deezer for the watch from the google play on my iPhone, but still nothing. Could you get me a solution for me to be able to use deezer on my watch ?

‘Play Next’ no longer an option on iphone

If there is a song already playing, and another song gets searched and I tap the three dots to open options, ‘play next’ no longer shows as the options. This wasn’t a problem until recently. About 2 weeks ago.This issue doesn’t affect the andriod app. Only on IPhone app. Pls resolve asap.
