Like the title says, shuffle icon disappears the moment you start casting.I wonder what possible reason you would have for this behaviour?
I am trying to cast to my Chromecast on Nvidia Shield. It starts up and then stops with a message that someone else must be listening. There is no one else. Why doesn't casting work?
HiI simply want to stop deezer automatically playing new/random music when my track/album ends.Not interested in recommendations, I just want to control what I to listen to (at all times), not what some AI thinks I want.This is easy in spotify, but I can't find this simple setting in Deezer. I keep getting this error pop up, not sure how to fix it. I've tried a few things Remove SD card, uninstall Deezer, clean phone cache, restart phone, reinstall deezer. Same error pops up straight away again. I only started noticing this error recently. I have an Lg g6
When closing the app down the music i am playing still plays in the background so i then have to open the app again, pause the song and then shut the app. It never used to do this...any ideas??
I am using a Moto z2 play Android phone. In the last 6 months I've started to notice my songs are skipping like a scratched cd and have been producing this popping noise. It started out on just one or two songs but not is like every 5th song. And it is always the same songs. I have I downloaded the playlists that seem to be affected and have uninstalled the Deezer app, restarted my phone and then reinstalled Deezer. It fixes it for a few weeks and then its back.
I'm using Android phone and Chromecast Audio to stream music to my home stereo. Chromecast support in Deezer is crappy and unreliable.Often the connection is a hit-and-miss, sometimes works and sometimes not, and often requires several tries to get the connection going. No error or anything, just spinning the progress circle with "Only a few seconds left". Also happens if I try to cast from Deezer web player to Chromecast. Lately I haven't been able to connect that at all. Needless to say it all works with Spotify and SoundCloud without any issues. And the Deezer desktop app would not open at all on M1 Macbook... I wish Deezer would work, but this is really annoying. If anyone from support reads this, I can send more details if that would help to solve these issues.
Not downloading* Hi all! I recently added a couple of tracks to favourites, but alas, they aren't downloading. Never happened before. Before you ask:- Yes, I am on, WiFi and it's working.- Yes, I have the download toggle switched to green.- It doesn't download on cellular either. - Yes, I have enough storage space on my device. - Smart cache is > than Deezer files size. I would rather refrain from cleaning the cache completely, as it will take me hours to download everything again. Thanks in advance for all your suggestions and workarounds, I really appreciate it!
Hello, today I noticed a Strange behavior at the Android App. If I click on random Playback at the download section, the app plays all my content not only the downloaded. If Offline Mode is selected everything is fine. Seems like the Button mapping is wrong
So for a while now I've been have a problem with deezer and the offline modeThey advertise that you can download and listen to your music offline provided that you're a paid subscriber. So my question is why cant i listen to my downloaded music offline even my favorite list shows me an error when im in offline mode and I'm a paid subscriber can someone please give me an answer Because at this point I feel like deezer is a rip off coz you pay every month download your music with your data then still have to use your data to stream music even after it's been downloaded which is not okay its like paying a double subscription or even more
HiI have enjoyed Deezer for over 5 years and since recent updates, my favourite playlist seems to have a bug. Whenever i want songs to play in recently added order, it plays in default order instead. I have tried deleting app and re installing, i have tried logging in and out. I have tried logging onto my desktop and it is the same there too.How can this issue be fixed? I am not happy with my playlist as a result, so annoying :(
Hello! When i want to listen music it only shows this and it doesn't stop. Is there something wrong with my phone? Or is it something else?
Each time I lock my phone, the playlist I'm in (i.e., my favourites) refresh/ jumps to the top. This requires me to then, scroll down through roughly 2000 songs to get to the location I last stopped at before locking my screen. How can I fix this ???
Hi there, I have a Samsung Smart UHD LED TV UA75JU6400. I downloaded the Deezer app through Samsung Smart Hub and it comes up with "Deezer server is not responding. Please try again later. Press exit to exit the application" I downloaded it yesterday and tried again today but no dice. Internet connection is working fine. It doesn't even go to a login page. This is the first image that comes up when I click on the Deezer app. Is there anything additional that I should be doing? Would appreciate some help. Many thanks John
Hi all, I’ve got the app installed on my Samsung S20. When use the deezer connect option so I can use it to control either the browser tab in chrome, or the desktop app (both not open the same time), on my computer, it connects, but the screen flickers on the phone as it looks its trying to do some task over and over and at the same time crashing the browser tap or app. Unable to play a single thing.The error in the browser tap or the installed deezer app on the computer basically says “an error occurred, please try again later”. Have not been able to get this working. Any ideas?Computer runs Windows 11 64 bit and the browser is Chrome which is up to date. Desktop app I guess is the latest. It seems to update itself from time to time when I launch it. Any ideas to get this fixed is welcome.

I was in the middle of adding songs to my playlist when I automatically logged out of Deezer. I tried logging back in and it is saying "Require API auth". I already tried re-installing the app and it still does the same thing. Please help.
Deezer android 7.0.3.1, unable to view downloaded music page when offline (the whole point of downloading). It keeps saying unable to load page.This is really frustrating!
Hi! New to Deezer, just checking it out for the first time today after Spotify removed the Android widget feature. Unfortunately, I'm having a little trouble with Deezer's widget too. It starts out working as expected, I can start/stop, skip, etc... But then I open the app to Cast, and upon returning to the homescreen, the widget no longer displays playback controls, rather it just says "Open Deezer". This is not ideal, but fine.... Except that if I click the widget to open Deezer, Deezer does not open, rather the widget goes blank, and will no longer work until I uninstall and reinstall the whole app! I tried just removing and re-adding the widget, but unfortunately, after initiating a cast apparently, the 4x1 playback widget ceases to exist in the widget picker. Troubleshooting steps: I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app, this works until the next time a Cast is initiated.
