Deezer App won't work with Samsung Smart Hub

Hi there,

I have a Samsung Smart UHD LED TV UA75JU6400. I downloaded the Deezer app through Samsung Smart Hub and it comes up with "Deezer server is not responding. Please try again later. Press exit to exit the application"

I downloaded it yesterday and tried again today but no dice. Internet connection is working fine.
It doesn't even go to a login page. This is the first image that comes up when I click on the Deezer app.

Is there anything additional that I should be doing? Would appreciate some help.

Hey @Christian62 I don’t think so, please update it. Also the new app is only compatible for TVs from 2017! 

The TV does not update this version, althogh I have deinstalled it also TV UE43J5670SUXZG . 
It get no newer/current version … 
Can I download such version and load via USB-Stick ? Working ? 



So is the TV to OLD for the new version ? 1.0.25 was working before ! I read the version is 3.008 ??? 

Have I do buy a new TV??? 

I use insted now google chrome - this device works, but it would be great if the TV is working with DEEZER :-)  

 

Deezer say that a new application for samsung was released but its a lie.   still not working in samsung smart tv  7200

Deezer have always worked on my Android TV but recently it freezes all my Apps on my Android TV. Only unplugging and then reconnecting back the power on my Android box (MiBox 4) allows me back in to all the other loaded Apps. I have also uninstalled the Deezer app en reinstalled it but it won't recognise my Signon and or password to reconnect it. Please help....

can you try to change the password of your deezer account, update the app again and log in?
