▶ REPORT HERE: Error in a track/song/albumreport

Hi, I have experienced an error in a couple of tracks. How and where do I report errors? The error in question is that the song jumps back to an earlier verse at a certain point of the track. Then, when there's 0:00 mins secs left of the track left it doesn't stop, but carries on playing until the song is over. It's been doing this for "Enemy Inside" by Dream Theater (studio album version) and "In the name of love" by U2 (the best of...-album)

Make track mix non repetitve

I like the track mix feature when I want to play music with the same ‘feel’.After a while however it starts repeating tracks that were played in the same session. Today it even played a track twice in a row. I would like if tracks weren't repeated too quickly or, if possible, not at all in one session.This goes for recommended and flow too.

My artist account is merged with someone else

Hi, I'm a Christian singer and I found out my music is merged with another artist that happens to have the same name as mine. There's a way those profile can be separate by genre? Mine is Christian/Religious and the other guy is under Trance/Dance (He is a DJ). Spotify and iTunes already separate my music. Wondering if you can do that as well. Thank you so much! Albums with 2 versions of each song

I went to play some albums on Deezer as usual but I noticed that each track had 2 versions, one version had 2023 remaster, one version had album version after it. This is no good if you want to play the album in full, what is going on?one album was Wynton Marsalis - Black CodesI forget the other album.If you are going to do 2 versions on the same album, I suggest, you put one version first, ie whole album of 2023 remaster, then whole album of album version after it.

In 2013, she transitioned from using "Utada Hikaru" (the traditional Japanese order) to "Hikaru Utada" (Western-style). This wasn’t a change of her actual name but a shift to better align with her personal identity and international naming conventions.I’ve already contacted support, and they mentioned that the artist would need to reach out directly for this change. Discography issues - Albums on Deezer catalogue but hidden

I have two questions:1) Why has the "Featured in" section vanished from all artist pages in the web browser version while still available in the app version?2) Why do we have many albums that are not visible on their respective artist pages? They are on Deezer, if you search for them you will find them and can even listen to them, but these releases are no longer shown on their artists pages, as if they are hidden. I remember them being under the "More albums" sections, which never worked as they should have, because they made a real mess of Albums, EPs, Singles, etc. and never counted as their artists' latest release. Wrong/missing/incorrect lyrics on Deezer

Hi there, I hope this is the right place for this. The song “Fear of the dark” by “Graveworm” (Originally by Iron maiden), the lyrics shown are the lyrics of the version played by Iron maiden. Also, I read the related topic that the lyrics can’t be add or changed by users, but is it possible maybe to add more lyrics sources? Songs Cut off or broken | Arabic Catalog

Hello I have made a list of songs where the songs either end early, or are broken, or it sounds like its from a CD that was scratched and skips throughout the song. Please can we work to have these updated? 2 of my Playlists vanished from my account for no reason

2 of my best playlists which both contained 2000 tracks suddenly vanished. I did not delete the playlists as they were my most cherished that I had.I contacted Deezer support and they told me to click a link they sent me to retrieve the playlists but that did not work and the 2 playlists are still missing.Has anyone else experienced their playlists vanishing?Does anyone know if I can get these playlists back?

Duplicate artist accounts

Why are there more than one artist account, is it a typo or it was made by purpose (artist had another nickname)? For example, I found that J. Cole has two accounts: first of them has new music and it's called "J. Cole", and the second one has only his old music and it's called "J Cole" (without a dot) — is it a typo or was it made by purpose? And if it was a typo, how could I report it in the future?
