I made my artist profile, and I got one song from anotrher artist with the same name on my page. Please can you do something to separate our two accounts, or tell me how to proceed ?

Thank you very much, The wrong is not in my Artist page anymore. But still there when I go to deezer website. Maybe it will need some days to it to be confirmed.

Hello my artist profile is merged with a different artist with similar name and all my songs are added to their profile. Please help me separate our accounts as soon as possible, I just released my Debut EP and this is affecting my streams.
This is JMS. On my upcoming album, I want to sort out my artist pages, but everything is wrong on Deezer so i want to move all my older songs to a new profile,

my new Album "Distorted Moods" https://www.deezer.com/de/album/219556002 is published via CD-Baby on your Portal. Unfortunately the Artist-Assignment is wrong. You have linked my Album to a greek Band also called Foolstop, that no longer exists as far as I now. Would you be so kind and create a new Artist-Profile for Foolstop in my case. Thank you so much!
I’m a French 20yo singer and I uploaded my music with Distrokid to Deezer. Unfortunately another artist is called Séri and my songs (1 Ep + 1 single) were put under her name.
can you help me create my own artist page and put my songs under my own page ? (I haven’t had the problem with other plateforms like Spotify, Apple Music...).

There are a large handful of records associated to my artist profile that are not mine. Can someone please remove them from my profile?
I have recently been appointed the manager for an artist, Wyse.
She has tracks on Deezer.
We have today tried to Request Access to Backstage as Artist and as Manager.
However - we cannot locate her artist page or profile.
Indeed her tracks seem to be listed under a a male artist (who may be Japanese) called ‘wyse’ (lower case ‘w’) with artist profile rhttps://deezer.page.link/DJS36KuFUkvXuhhcA ]
So we can’t request access or do anything to access her artist profile or her songs, not that will be much by way of plays or data!
As Wyse has concentrated on writing she has paid no attention to streaming but things will be changing soon.
So we’d like to get this resolved.
(N.B. A similar, but not the same, problem exists on Amazon music - though not on Spotify or Apple Music)
What do we have to do to get HER songs detached from the artist profile for HIM ‘wyse’?
I’d be grateful if you could advise how the tracks can be separated under a new profile for Wyse using the EP sleeve/logo.

Hello, just wanted to give some feedback for IU’s profile.
She’s a highly influential artist in the Korean industry that’s missing a dedicated bio.
Her profile photo should match her official profile photo given by her label. (All the other streaming services respect this and matches it). Her official profile photo can be found here: 아티스트 채널>멜론 (melon.com) (Or by contacting her agency, EDAM ENTERTAINMENT)
Some songs in the IU Deezer catalogue are missing lyrics even when they are available in Deezer’s Lyric Provider (LyricFind)
