2 of my Playlists vanished from my account for no reason

2 of my best playlists which both contained 2000 tracks suddenly vanished. 

I did not delete the playlists as they were my most cherished that I had.

I contacted Deezer support and they told me to click a link they sent me to retrieve the playlists but that did not work and the 2 playlists are still missing.

Has anyone else experienced their playlists vanishing?

Does anyone know if I can get these playlists back?

The Playlists were called Car radio and rare grooves.

I searched your Deezer account and was able to find both playlists, as you can see in the screenshots below.

Hi Leonidia,

Yes they have suddenly disappeared on their own because I did not delete them.

I was hoping they could be found and reinstated as they were 2 of my best playlists containing 2000 tracks each.

I have tried looking everywhere but can't find them.

I was really hoping your Deezer support team would be able to find them as they should not have disappeared like they did.

Is there any way your technical team could retrieve them?

Hi @Alan ADT, just like Nina and Leonídia I can find your 2 missing playlists.

I took a look at your account and found 124 playlists. And when searching for Car Radio and Rare Grooves, I’m able to find them.

Are you using the correct Deezer account?

Hi All,

It's just 2 specific playlists that disappeared from my Deezer playlists. (Not rare groove covers).

The following playlists both containing 2000 tracks vanished. I did not delete them.

1 Car radio

2 Rare grooves

Hi Nina, the car radio playlist just came back into my catalogue about 10 mins ago but I had to redownload it, so that's great.

The rare groove playlists is still missing.

(Rare groove covers is not the playlist that went missing,)

The still missing playlist is called "rare grooves'.

Are you sure that playlist which is missing was have title rare grooves !?

I can see only 4 playlists with groove !

Yes the missing playlist title is called "rare grooves".

And how strange that the other missing playlist car radio returned last night and I have no redownloaded it.

I'm missing the rare groove playlist very much.

Hi @Alan ADT, I checked your account again, but I didn't find any playlist named "rare grooves."

I also checked the deleted playlists, and there's no record of the "rare grooves" playlist being deleted.

Do you have another Deezer account where I can search for this playlist?

Hi @Alan ADT unfortunately their isn’t a playlist with this name “rare grooves” in the 130 playlist stored on our account.

Neither under deleted playlist, where I can only see these 3 playlist deleted:

 

I’ve tried to run a search in the web for this playlist but got over 300 results - https://www.deezer.com/search/%22rare%20grooves%22/playlist.

Maybe with some time you can try to find in the search engine if one of those playlist is the one you are looking for.
