The King Crimson debut album In the Court of the Crimson King just vanished from the catalog, this used to be the link to the album: https://www.deezer.com/en/album/78808872
Now the link is dead and the album missing from the King Crimson discography.
Has Robert Fripp or someone else decided to withdraw the record from Deezer ?!
I’m a huge fan of the band, so this is really disappointing.

There is many others things which can decide about adding or removing music from some platform .
Music Rights Holder means any record label, music publisher, songwriter, artist, photographer, or any other holder of any rights in any sound recording, musical composition, artwork (including album art, liner notes, and other collateral works), chart, music database or other Copyright.
Deezer constantly updating and re-negotiating about agreements with artist and rights' holders ,and thousands of tracks are added to Deezer catalogue every single week.
I'm sure that any artist want their music on all music platform , but sometimes rights' holders can be reason why is can be so .

I just checked, and although there are other King Crimson albums there, “In the Court of the Crimson King” is not.
This is very strange, and to be honest the official response here is very unsatisfactory. A specific question was asked and a vague general response was provided.

There is no "official response" here. I'm just user like everybody else ,but a little more active here trying to help and answer on questions best as I can .
Answer is more than good and if this is not satisfactory response then I really don't know how that satisfactory response must look like !?

Really why are you even here
Damn, this sucks. Just as I was re-discovering them via their song “21st Century Schizoid Man”, and remembered “Hey, that’s a great song, let me check the rest of the album.” and poof, it wasn’t there. Let’s hope that it’ll be re-added soon, because Deezer is my favourite music streaming platform. But maybe I need to buy physical media too, just in case this happens.

Regarding the album I can see that we got a notification to remove the album couple weeks ago from the distributor.
