Hi, Deezer wants me to pick 10 artists. I don’t want to do that and can not continue, sounds abnormal to me.?

Hello. I've been having problems with my queue list for three days now. If I start listening to something on the app, pause it, exit the app, and then come back, there's nothing there to continue listening to. It's as if my queue list is reset every time I exit the Deezer app. Because of this, the queue synchronization between my phone and my computer is obviously not working either. I've been using Deezer for over six years and have never had this problem before. I tried all the solutions I found online and none of them worked. I contacted support, they replied, I did what they told me to do, but the problem persisted. In the last email, they just told me that they would send my case to another team and that they'd get back to me after they got feedback from them. This is a bit frustrating. If anyone here has had the same problem as me and managed to solve it, I'm all ears. Thanks.

I have deezer family subscription, but when my family tries to hear music a message comes out, saying that someone Elsy must be listening to Music and Blocks them. Why?

There is a song on your platform (aka a "track") called T.T.TM. If I search for "T.T.TM" with or without quotes your platform doesn't pull it up. You know what that reminds me of? Sp0tify. You know why? Because that's terrible. You're prioritizing popularity over accuracy. The song IS on your platform so why can't I FIND IT when I search for exactly the NAME of it and go to "track"? 

There are 2 bands called the sound and they are mixed into one artist. This is a little frustrating when trying to look for one of them. One of them is an old band and the other one seems to be very recent. Is there any way to fix this or a place where i can report this? Thank you in advance.

I noticed there are quite some differences for different countries, but the price is the same, which is not fair, especially when competitors provide similar experience with lower price. Even plan options differs e.g. in my country there is no Duo plan selection and I cannot understand why. Why is that?

Heyy, I think it would be great if we could have diferent sections on a artist profile separating, studio album, singles, live album and compilation. It is a mess navigating artist like madonna who have huge discography. Please do something about this, you're the only streaming service who doesnt do that.

Even thought I connected last.fm to my freezer accounts my scrobbles neither appear not are counted. I tried disconnecting it then reconnecting it but the problem isn't fixed.

I noticed that none of the albums by The Glitch Mob are visible in their discography, even though the albums are available on the platform and they are assigned to the right band. I can find them through the top songs page. This is only a problem on the desktop app, on IOS it works fine. Is this a bug?

I quit Spotify because they kept hounding me with ads, or as they like to call it, “suggestions” for godawful retarded shit I don’t want to see. The ads on Spotify couldn’t be disabled and I obviously felt cheated as I paid for a premium subscription so I wouldn’t have to see ads as popups or banner ads etc.Now with Deezer Premium I randomly got a notification about some Disney (may a merciless God strike down everybody that works for that company) album that I have shown zero interest in and never heard of before.Is it possible to disable ads completely and permanently or should I just quit Deezer within my first week of using it and give another platform a try?Ad in question: 

I used to be able to copy a complete album into another album, but now I get errors? (something went wrong)  How can I fix that? Do I have to copy EVERY song one by one? 😱 (800) Thnxxxx

I’ve recently had this error on my android phone. Done everything suggested like restart phone, uninstall/ reinstall, change password etc to no avail. It’s only a problem on my android phone but not my Apple devices.  Can anyone help? I will discontinue Deezer usage if not sorted. Thanks x

Ok, we already know deezer’s disambiguation is lacking but this is another tier. Şam is an artist from Turkey. Most of his catalogue used to be in a page called “Sam” along with god knows how many artists, with a little of his work being in “Şam” which is the correct page. That changed. Now, there is no “Şam” page, there is only “Sam” and half of his works are missing. I can listen to them from my playlist but i cant find them on the artist page.p.s I checked the pc version of deezer, “Şam” page exists. There are probably around 20 different artists there because there is a ton of albums. “Sam” also exists with few of the artists songs. In the android version there i cant find “Şam”. Please do something about it cuz he is my fav artist and it would make me so happy.
