Troubleshooting steps:

  1. Restart your device: Turn your phone off and on, and close and reopen the Deezer app. 
  2. Clear cache: Delete the Deezer app, restart your device, and then reinstall the app. 
  3. Check internet connection: Ensure you have a stable internet connection, either through Wi-Fi or mobile data. 
  4. Log out and back in: Log out of your Deezer account and then log back in. 
  5. Update Deezer: Make sure you have the latest version of the Deezer app installed. 
  6. Contact Deezer support: If the problem persists, reach out to Deezer's Customer Support and provide details about your device, OS version, Deezer version, and steps you were taking when the error occurred.
