Hi,

I saw another track that was fine in the past and is now cut off at the end, making it sound very odd when you listen to it.

I’ve tried to report it to the support, but as always, they don’t read the ticket and prove unwilling to address the issue. @Alfredo.Deezer, could you please forward that to the right person?

- URL: https://link.deezer.com/s/33iqUeObyezmEyuc27xgj
- Title: Break Well
- Artist: Mount Kimbie
- Album: unknown (the app doesn't the album in the queue—it's coming from "Mixes inspired by..."), if I click on the song, I see it’s an album “Cold Spring Fault Less Youth”, so maybe it’s that?
- Normal length: 3:42, corrupted track’s length: about 3:39-3:40.

Windows app version 7.1.200, though it's irrelevant since the problem is on your server (same issue with the browser and the Android app).

If that helps, I can put the track file I see in the cache in attachment, or just give its length, but you should see the same issue on your side. I’ve tested it on a new PC where I installed the app from scratch—same problem, 100% repeatable.

Hi @mischiew I have tested on our side and compared with all streaming services where the track is available and in all of them the songs ends at 3:39, so the problem is not on our end and it might be the case that is actually an intentional artistic choice by the band rather than a streaming glitch.
Thanks
