Today I’ve problem with my Deezer app v 8.0.22.4 on a Pixel 8 with Android version 14.I’m located in Europe. The music loads very slowly and it plays choppy.I’ve tried to restart my phone, and re-install the app. But of no help. Desktop mode works. Any idea what to do?

Hello Deezer Community, I am writing to draw your attention to a persistent issue I have been experiencing with the Deezer plugin on my Alexa device. Every time I instruct Alexa to play my playlist on Deezer, it seems to play the songs in the exact same order. As a result, I am continually hearing the same songs in the same sequence each time I make a request. The lack of variety and randomness takes away from the listening experience and the joy of rediscovering songs in my playlist. I have confirmed that my Deezer settings are not set to play songs in the same sequence every time. As such, I suspect this could be a bug or a glitch in the integration between Deezer and Alexa. This problem persists even after restarting my Alexa device and updating it to the latest software version. Has anyone else encountered this issue, and if so, have you found a solution? Additionally, I would greatly appreciate if the Deezer tech support team could look into this problem and perhaps provide a fix
Hi Deezer, this has been going on for about 2 years now and I'm thisclose to unsubscrbing. I'm a paid user and have downloaded songs to my Fav list. It's been a nightmare getting songs to play offline. It was so easy before. I've seen multiple people complain about this and yet not fixed permanently. Yes I have rebooted my phone. Several times. Yes all the songs are downloaded. Yes I'm playing from my Favs list. I have had to use my data to play songs, and it's not right. Kindly give me a viable, timely solution otherwise I will have to conclude 1) Deezer isn't really invested in fixing this, 2) I'm being ripped off and will unsubscribe myself and advise others to do so as well. I have a Samsung S22, and Google Pixel 3a and same story on both phones. Thank you.
I've had Deezer Premium for over a year now and for the past 2 weeks, I've been getting adds every time I start listening to a podcast. What's the point of paying for a Premium subscription when I can't get rid of the adds 100%?

I have a quite a big problem on the Samsung TV app. When I choose one of the artists from my favourites I only see a very partial list of their discography… that doesn’t happen on the iphone app. Is it something known? Will it be fixed? Thanks
WHT IN 2022 don’t we have the option to play an album without interruption ?? why is this available on the iPhone and not on Mac ? if it’s an option how do we enable it ?
This is making me crazy and it is an absolute deal breaker. Without a solution to stop playing unwanted music after my selected track the service is just annoying. Why should I listen to something I don’t want (even if I paid)? Why someone/something has to choose my music instead of me? I wrote to the support but I was dismissed with something like: “sit and wait, maybe in the future someone will decide to implement such feature”. That’s very, very far from acceptable

Hi, I’ve been using Deezer with the Audiocast M5 for five years, but recently I’ve been experiencing an issue—when new songs start playing, they keep stopping and starting a few times. I’ve tried using different phones to control it, and the Audiocast signal shows 100%. Thank you in advance. Joe

Hello, I am evaluating Deezer as a replacement of Spotify. I'm kinda puzzled by the New Releases For You section, and wanted to know a bit more about it. I just imported my library from Spotify, and I started listening stuff (so "feeding the algorithm") just yesterday; I also imported my albums and my artists, however I find the suggestion in the New Releases For You not really tailored on the artists I follow, but look really generic. Is this because of I still didn't stream much from my favorite artists, or am I missing something else?
For some reason the desktop app (OS X) doesn’t keep me logged in, so I periodically need to sign in again. Doing so requires spending 2-3 minutes clicking on pictures of traffic lights and fire hydrants. This is absolutely ludicrous behaviour for a *desktop* app. Honestly, the desktop app shouldn’t auto-logout at all. If you are so worried about robots, then switch to 2-factor authentication or something.
I am a returning Deezer user who previously used the app quite a bit during 2024 with very few issues. It might randomly load or buffer but otherwise, especially with stable Wi-fi, it all worked well. After returning today I have tried to use the app to play music throughout the day on my phone (android) and it keeps stopping and either saying error loading playback failed, or just closing the app. I have tried the mentioned steps of restarting my phone, the app and clearing the data to try to fix the issue but still, it keeps stopping. It really is disappointing as I was looking forward to trying Deezer again as I like the UI and flow feature a lot. Please any help would be greatly appreciated.

After successfully logging in, I press "Open Deezer Music," but nothing happens. I’m currently paying for a subscription, but I’m unable to access the music I’ve paid for, which is frustrating and disappointing. I’m reconsidering my subscription because of this issue. Additionally, I don’t believe I should need to be online or use a browser to log into an app where I have downloaded music that I’ve already paid for. Hi, I'm a Christian singer and I found out my music is merged with another artist that happens to have the same name as mine. There's a way those profile can be separate by genre? Mine is Christian/Religious and the other guy is under Trance/Dance (He is a DJ). Spotify and iTunes already separate my music. Wondering if you can do that as well. Thank you so much! Hi, I just bought a montblanc watch working on wear os, which is up to date, as well as my phone (iPhone 13), and can’t link my account (part of a Deezer family) to the watch. The only option proposed is « log in with phone » and when I click it I only get the message « hold your phone close to your watch to log in », and cancel or retry as only options. I’ve tried to delete and reinstall app, restarting both devices, installing deezer for the watch from the google play on my iPhone, but still nothing. Could you get me a solution for me to be able to use deezer on my watch ?
I’m on iOS. Since the recent update I can’t add songs I’ve searched for to the queue. It only works when I’ve opened a pIaylist or an album page before going on the three dots. Does anyone know why it’s like this or how I can fix it? It’s just kind of annoying to me.
