Hey folks. I’m a new Deezer user and I can’t figure out an issue that I am seeing with albums being sorted Recently Added in Favorites. I added a few new albums that just came out to my favorites. However, they appear at the very bottom of my Albums in the Recently Added selection. I have hundreds of older albums that added a few days ago, but they are appearing first and my recently added albums appear at the very bottom. So basically long story short, the sort order is backwards where it’s showing older albums I added first. Has anyone else seen this?

I Just tried claiming my Deezer artist profile and while it was very fast and easy on most DSPs, I keep seing old topics on here and Reddit that it takes a long time, sometimes weeks or even months !That’s kinda scary, is it something that still happens nowadays or has it become faster ?

So its been a week and i cant add any songs to my favorites nor can i add them to my plyalists. Also my favorite songs are set at 2000 wherehas i normally have 2500. And in the "favorites" page i see the playlist from another account in my family on the first page but i didnt like them. Its so weird and annoying please help me

For a couple of days I have a problem with Deezer on my Apple Watch serie 7. In Offline mode when I choose a downloaded playlist only one song will be played instead of the whole playlist. Also on the icon for Pause/Play (the circle) you can’t see the time is left and that the song is playing. Manually you can go to the next song but this is not the intention when you have a workout. I uninstall / install the app on my watch but that doesn’t help. Has anyone an idea?

Hello, I have an Android phone, macbooks and Amazon Echo show 5 and echo dot. When im writing my reports or reading about science i love to listen to music. I realized when i used deezer on my alexa devices i cannot send music to it from my phone or from my macbook. Its a pitty because other providers have made this simple to use. There are so many good playlist on deezer what i want to listen and find new ideas and waves in music. Can you make it available to access my devices in a menu to “steam" the music and have control from my phone or computer on it? Best regards, Nándor

When launching Deezer (cold open) while the phone is in landscape mode, the app gets stuck on the purple heart splash screen and becomes completely unresponsive. The only workaround I’ve found is to force close the app, rotate the phone back to portrait mode, and then reopen it — which is quite frustrating. Is anyone else experiencing this? Would appreciate a fix — it’s been pretty annoying. Device: Xiaomi 14

whatever happened to the anchor that used to tell me the name of the artists and title of the song?

Anyway to make this more on par with what I listen? Or maybe not show it at all?All the playlists suggested HAS NOTHING to do with my musical taste.

I just started a premium Deezer account and tried to import ny playlists from spotify. The service noticed that there were som 12000 songs and 50 something playlists. The service said it was done but it was only my 625 favourite that actually made it into Deezer. I signed up for a premium but it was in fact free as try out period. Could that be the reason?

Hello. I've got problem with favorites. Song is grayed out in favorites, but available on album page. I've tried to unfollow and follow it, but it even changed cover after following. I can play this song only from album page but not from favorites. The song on first screenshot is played from album page. If I tap it again it stopes and plays next song in playlist

I’m online. I do run adblockers. Its running fine otherwise, but this message shows up constantly so feels like it might be do some detection with analytics perhaps. If that’s the case then this subdomain being requested might be the problem. edit 2: it’s still happening. trying other domains that come up, no results so far. Disabling adblock altogether to see. Not sure what the online/offline detection is based on, since I know it’s working otherwise.

Hi, I've just reinstalled the app but one really useful function seems to have been removed? It's the "create shortcut in home screen" when you are looking at albums. I used to be able to add those to the home screen and click to take me directly to the album and keep on top of music I want to listen to. Any ideas? Thanks, Andrew.

I am a new subscriber for a Duo account. I started today my one month trial period. Based on Deezer website, I understood that after this one month period I will be paying Eur 15,99 month. Now, in Deezer settings I am told that after this first month I will be paying Eur 18,99 month instead. How come? Sounds a bit like a crooked thing…

Hi Deezer Support, I've been paying my monthly subscription without any issues, including last month's payment. However, now I'm being asked to subscribe and pay again, and I can't listen to my music. I logged off and log again its keep saying subscribe again :( Can you please explain what's going on and help me resolve this issue? Thank you.

I've been paying monthly and then my app stopped working and said I need to subscribe. It took £107 out my account for a full tear when I selected monthly which is what I have been paying. Now I have the £10.99 per month and the £107 thats gone out my account. I want a refund for the £107 as you're still taking £10.99 out my account.

Instead of a Flow for Moods and One For Genres, can we select a flow that we can fine tune to our liking? Like an Equalizer for the Algorithm? Yeah I'm a bit melancholic, but not pop R&b or indie folk instrumental, I'm Outlaw Grunge Rap melancholic, so it would be nice to weight the selections in that direction so I don't find myself skipping several songs because they don't quite fit in. That's all, just a thought.

I am a new user, using the Android app at the free level. I can’t for the life of me find an option to just play my playlists or even to shuffle them without them playing as “a mix inspired by.” I don’t always want this feature on. How do I turn it off?

When i tried to log in ap on tv it tells me to scan QR code which takes me to Deezer website. Does not help me to log into ap on tv. Also tried four letter/digit code but no instructions where to put this code on website or ap. Tried code on ap where I thought it may go,but states it's invalid. Updated code and still does not work. Tv is new Samsung so software not outdated. At this stage have canceled subscription and looking at new streaming service

Hi, I can't seem to get Deezer to play at anything other than 128kbps on my Yamaha music cast r-n800A. I've tried changing the settings in the main Deezer app as well as in the music cast so, but nothing seems to fix it. Is this a known issue?

My account is listed as a free account but i just paid for premium July 17. Been a subscription member since 2020.

Crossfade is such a basic function. I would like to know when Deezer plans to roll it out for the Desktop app and why they haven't done so in all these years.
