Good day, My husband and I have seperate profiles on one family account. Every time I log onto my deezer, the music playing is my husband's playlisr and vice versa. Why would this be happening? I have to search for my own playlists every time.
Hello, i can’t search for any song, album or author with Deezer due to an error : The page did not load, this content is currently unavailable due to a technical error or poor internet connection. It’s been over a week I have this issue I can however listen to my playlist even though not downloaded or access other contents such as explore for instance. i have tried with several WiFi or 5g connections, with any result Do you have any idea How to fix it? thx D.
Hi, I have never used Deezer Prime and my credit card has been charged twice and I want to stop this and check from the email if someone really has my card information and if they are using it to pay via Deezer or if there is a problem with my card.

There are specific artists that are in my Playlist that will not play (at all). There are songs that I want to delete from my Playlist. The option to delete the songs are not there. With the number of people that I have recommended to Deezer, and the number of your customers. I SHOULD NOT be contacting you with this minuscule problem. I cannot find any “recent” questions on this - only from 4 years ago. So trying a new thread. This has always worked 100% fine for me until maybe 2 weeks ago. No changes made. Ok, we already know deezer’s disambiguation is lacking but this is another tier. Şam is an artist from Turkey. Most of his catalogue used to be in a page called “Sam” along with god knows how many artists, with a little of his work being in “Şam” which is the correct page. That changed. Now, there is no “Şam” page, there is only “Sam” and half of his works are missing. I can listen to them from my playlist but i cant find them on the artist page. p.s I checked the pc version of deezer, “Şam” page exists. There are probably around 20 different artists there because there is a ton of albums. “Sam” also exists with few of the artists songs. In the android version there i cant find “Şam”. Please do something about it cuz he is my fav artist and it would make me so happy.
I hooked up a test subscription. I like the service, I wanted to connect to HiFi subscription from the second month, but it is not available in Ukraine. Why so? Why can't I listen to Flac? But for other countries it is available Maybe I'm doing something wrong? That's all that's available. But, if you log out of your account, you will have a choice between premium, family subscription and hifi version.If I select the hifi version and log in to my account, I get the message that it is not available to me. My Deezer won't let me log in keeps saying password is incorrect but it won't let me reset the password either. Still keeps saying incorrect even though I have made a new password. Please help

Device Information iOS Version: 15.3.1 Deezer Version: 9.6.0.3 iPhone Model: iPhone 13 Car Model: Hyundai Ioniq 2019 Limited. Issue at hand I’m deathly scared of replying to text messages while I’m driving using Deezer. Any time a function on CarPlay uses Siri for something, the music pauses. Unfortunately, after the prompt the music does not resume on CarPlay. To actually get the music to resume, I’m forced to open Deezer on my phone and press the play button. Now, after the Siri prompt, the play button is in the play position so I click it twice to reset it. The timeline isn’t actually changing on the app, but it states its playing. Hopefully that steers you all in the right direction for fixing this. It’s been an issue ever since I got my iPhone 13 when it released, otherwise I’m forced to cancel my Hifi subscription.

When I use Deezer on my cell phone (android), the heart button works fine. When I try to use the heart button in Android Auto, it doesn't seem to work. It doesn't show a change in status of the heart button. Any ideas?
Having this issue for 2 months now. Little background. Been using Deezer Premium (current prium subscriber) for little over 3 yrs now on am off. Mostly use Deezer on my android phone with Zero issues. But for the past 2 months Deezer refuses to play music or work properly on Google devices. We have few Lenovo Smart Clock around the house that have been connected to Deezer Premium and have worked flawlessly together for 2 or 3 years. Same with my Nest Hub. However as the past 2 months Deezer refuses to play song request on any of my devices other than phone when requesting a song on Deezer with voice command on Google devices like "hey google play Eminem" it will respond "sure playing emeinem on deezer" followed by a few seconds pause and then "sorry something went wrong" I have everything up to date including the Deezer app on my phone, subscription is active and valid. Again this is for all 4 Google devices at home that worked flawlessly before now Deezer refuses/is unable to play mus
How can I reset all my listening statistics so that the algorithm starts from scratch? For example, if I have a lot of songs that I used to listen to, but now I don't like them, and there are too many of them. (so it will be easier for me to reset all my preferences while keeping my account)
Favorite tracks don't play in correct order in the Android app. I've been battling with this issue for a while now and don't understand why it hasn't been fixed yet, especially since I've seen it mentioned previously by other users.. but hey, the world is still spinning.. unlike my properly ordered playlist🙄
Playing Deezer using the Bluos App. Heres whats been happening for the ladt 2 weeks. Stops playing after every 4 - 5 songs. An error message appears. Click OK. Error message disappears. Press play. Error message returns. Click OK. Error message disappears. Keep doing that until starts playing again. 4 - 5 songs later, it stops again. Here's the screen shot. Please fix.
Like is said in the title. If I add new songs to a playlist that is marked as download it wont download the songs, not in WLAN not with mobile data and not after clearing cache and going in and out of offline mode. I read a few topics here that the problem is know since more then 2 years and in work. How is it possible to not find a soluation for it in this long time?
