Is it possible to log out of all devices? I think I have been hacked as im having songs added to my favorites list I have never listened to before. Cheers

I have opened and activated my Deezer account. Added favorite artists and songs. Uploaded my playlists from S Yet every day I keep getting an email from Deezer saying : Take this final step to unlock your account You already created your account, now pick a few of your favorite artists, and you can start streaming! The more you choose, the better your recommendations will be. Pick your artists     WTH?

Page didn't load. I don't know how to fix this. It's been this way for a bit. 

Using the free version, I generally play my own playlists - but it really annoys me that after three or four songs, Deezer starts playing “Recommended” tracks that are not in my playlist - and not just one, but four, five, six... The reason I have playlists is that I want to choose what I listen to, and these recommendations ruin it. I could maybe understand one, and then they could give me an advert if I click Next - but not so many that I run out of Nexts and have to switch to another playlist…

I have Deezer family and Alexa family but I can’t get the two to work together. As Alexa family always uses my Deezer profile as the default which means the Alexa family profiles can’t listen to there music.

Every month I pay a double subscription to Deezer via my credit card account. Kindly stop the 2nd payment and reimburse me for all the double payments. 

I can get deezer to play by using my voice on alexa, but Spotify and Amazon music allow you to use the phone apps to pick play lists, songs, and chose where to play the music. Ie play 9n denon receiver, kitchen group speakers, everywhere ....

Is it possible to play a genre with a specific mood? For example, i would like to listen to metal genre with focus mood. Is it possible? 

I want to get my account back please 

I have upgraded from Premium to Duo so that myself and my son can listen to our own music. How do we do this without our music still being interrupted when we both want to listen at the same time

Hi, guys!I’ve been experiencing a strange issue: the Roxette song “Do You Wanna Go The Whole Way?” from “Crash! Boom! Bang!” album always stops playing at 0:12 mark… That just happens while using the Chrome browser player for PC - for now.I’ve tried to find some help from the local (brazilian) Deezer support, but according to them I should try to uninstall the NOT-installed Windows app... 😆Do you guys have any advice on this (besides changing my current music streaming provider)?Thanks!

hi everyone,I'm a Deezer Premium member. I accidentally deleted Deezer data on my phone. Now, whenever I log in to Deezer on my phone, it shows me as a new member. I don't have any problems when I log in using browser. Do you have any suggestions?

When playing a playlist or an album I would expect the next song to automatically start after the current song ends. The current behavior, however, stops the playback after one, or just a few songs. When this happens I cannot manually switch to a new song, all play/pause buttons control the song that just ended. So until I reload the page all I can do is listen to the same song over and over. Hello,   I was wondering if it’s possible to include Rex Smith’s Forever and Let’s make a memory songs, I can see the album but is locked. Also Kenny Rankin”s Hiding inside myself song is playable before but was removed, hope This specific songs can be added if it’s possible. Thanks

The requested content is not loading. Error: MS1002I pay a family membership for deezer and I get logged out for suspicious activity so what’s the point in having a family membership if this isn’t working at all? There is no direct way to contact deezer support regarding this and since I can not play any music, isn’t this literally illigal in the EU? So what exactly is going on? 

Why is it not possible to stream to Amazon echo or other speakers? Do you seriously think a product that only works with headsets/earbuds is a realistic proposition in 2023? Every single competitor is now able to do this. Tidal, Amazon music, pandora, Spotify, YouTube music. Pull your fingers out and fix this quickly. It's a basic requirement 

All my playist turned grey

Playlists accessible but unusable. Every single song in every playlist is greyed out. If I tap on them, nothing happens. This has been happening for 2 weeks now and it's become annoying. Fees have been paid and it's a bit frustrating that I'm paying for premium service (because free is not available in my area) yet I am unable to play my lists. Please help. I have closed the app, restarted it, cleared cache and data, uninstalled and reinstalled the app, all to no avail. Would really appreciate if I could just get the lists that I worked many hours to build song by song to play soon.

I download most of my playlists, and it’s pretty annoying to have a duplicate of every playlist I have..is there a way to hide the downloaded playlists from the sidebar? I don’t even know what’s the point of it, the two playlists are literally the same, if I delete one, the duplicate also gets deleted..Please devs, make an option to hide downloaded playlists (duplicates) from the sidebar.. 

On android, it takes 25 (incredible) seconds for the app to play my liked songs. I'm on a stable connection (600mb) with a fair device (s22). Recently transfered from Spotify to Deezer using Tune my music. The home page says I have 49 playlists but can only view about 10 of them. Any suggestions how to get the rest of my playlists to transfer? 

On Windows 10 / Firefox my setting to use darkmode is ignored.

Why did you make it harder to switch the website light/dark mode? It was a simple toggle, but not you need to open a dialogue, change a setting, click save. Why make it three steps instead of one? No one asked for this. Please bring back the simple toggle. Or better, just make it automatic like every other website.
