I've just moved some music over from my old deezer account to my new one. When I try to add these playlists into my favourites by pressing the purple heart, it days it has been moved to my favourites, but when I look in my favourites, no tracks are there
Hello, I see that some of the English in the app is American. My country is set to Canada already, and my phone language is in English Canada and French Canada. But there are items like "Favorite tracks". When I click on it, it becomes "Favourite". It is irritating as we are trying to get rid of American stuff. Please change these to Favourite, and any other American English words to Canadian or British English. Thank you

I’ve been Deezer premium customer for 8 years and still can’t find a way get help? I’ll try here. I'm confused I thought I was on premium and see I’m on trio, have no idea difference’s is I want the best quality…I thought premium was. Deezer is not working on my Sonos…….atm…….I just noticed Sonos say you must use premium on there system for it to operate. is there problem Deezer and Sonos atm? Surely there can’t be I’d get a message service is down surely why am I transferred to trio ? I’ve been very happy Deezer over years kind regards Sully

I am disappointed that Deezer increases my subscription yet offer the same plan £3 a month cheaper in the internet. This is not how to treat loyal and longterm customer. There no real means to contact or have a discussion with anyone from Deezer. We have now cancelled our plan due to this unfair and disrespectful behaviour towards loyal customer.
My search function Deezer > Sonos stopped working. Deezer fails to connect to Sonos via the Sonos 'Add a service ' I've deleted Deezer and reinstalled to no avail. Just says Error connecting to app. Deezer works on my phone, Sonos works for radio etc. is it just me? Any others and advice, please .

Hi everyone,recently I’ve noticed that Flow only ever plays songs from my favourites or songs I haven’t liked. I can switch between the two with the dislike button and choosing either the “I want to explore” or the “more favourites” option.However it seems that all songs then are only either favourites or not liked songs. Normally when I used Flow it was a mix of both with preference on either liked or not liked songs.Is this a known thing, a change to Flow or something I can fix?I’m on Desktop btw.
Does Deezer not employ anyone to sort out their catalogue? Now I like a 70s rock band called “Cactus” but under their band name are about 5 other artists/bands with the same name but different genres. This means you have a hard rock band, an Afghan folk band, a South American pipe band and a group from India (and I think a French band has popped up now). How do we get them all sorted into their own place? It’s not just these either it’s a real mess but nobody seems to do anything about it!
hello team, i have got a deezer family account. Everytime when I open deezer with my user account the queue list from another family member will show up in my account. he said he only uses his specific user. Could you please help ? Is there a bug or is it helpful to reinstall deezer apps on phones? moreover the wrong queue list will also be shown in chrome browser - it is not just on iphone- thanks best regards Henryk

This is making me crazy and it is an absolute deal breaker. Without a solution to stop playing unwanted music after my selected track the service is just annoying. Why should I listen to something I don’t want (even if I paid)? Why someone/something has to choose my music instead of me? I wrote to the support but I was dismissed with something like: “sit and wait, maybe in the future someone will decide to implement such feature”. That’s very, very far from acceptable
Multiple issues... When I cast to a Google device the music continues to play on my phone and on the device I'm casting to. I have to shut the phone down to get the music to quit playing on my phone. This occurs on both a pixel 6 and pixel 9. In addition if I use heos to stream it only gives me a limited number of skips per hour.
Deezer macOS desktop app does not login
When logging in to deezer using the Silk browser on a amazon fire tablet, after selecting the profile I’m redirected to an “offers” page. Same when I then try to open the player. All other devices work just fine.

One letter is written wronf and as a result i dont get any verification code, also i cant delete the account either. Is there any way to correct this mistake by keeping my account? If not, i would like to delete the account since i transferred all my playlists from another app and i dont want them to be in an account that i cant freely access to. thanks in advance, best
