Hi ​@ohno it might be the case that your are logged in to a different account.
Could you please log out from the fire tablet and log in again with your email and password linked to your Deezer account and let me know if it works?

Hi ​@Jaime.Deezer , I know I'm in the right account because after login I see the correct profiles for my account. I tried that multiple times. Only after selecting a profile I'm forwarded to the "offers" page.

Must be something related to that specific browser only. Have you tried with a different browser on that same device?
