There is a song on your platform (aka a "track") called T.T.TM. If I search for "T.T.TM" with or without quotes your platform doesn't pull it up. You know what that reminds me of? Sp0tify. You know why? Because that's terrible. You're prioritizing popularity over accuracy. The song IS on your platform so why can't I FIND IT when I search for exactly the NAME of it and go to "track"?
Hi there, since a while even with an new updated deezer version my app is annoying big time. I open it start my selected.music and it either stops the play list to the previous one and or it just stops or skips songs at its will. I have a premium subscription and this is massively annoying when you have to reset everything when you want to listen to music. Even my over 1500 songs favortie songs play list just stops after an hours or two. Should play the entire list without stopping or any playlist at all.
So when I ask any of my Google Nest speakers to play any of my playlists, it doesn't, it just plays random music. Is there anyway I can get this to work, as it was perfect on Spotify, and if I can't play on my Google speakers via voice command Deezer is pointless for me
This afternoon I was at a public place searching for audiobooks (just for curiosity) on the Deezer app when, suddenly, the first suggestions at βaudioβ, and to be honest almost all of them that came up on my search results were pornographic/sex audios (labeled as podcasts). IT WAS PORN!! Literally boobs on my music app!! This is not right! And you canβt hide them because if you hide explicit content it also hides many songs I listen to that got swearing in them.. This is very very disappointing, that an high tier app like Deezer as such a huge blind spot. I want to have a simple, clean, mindful experience, listening to music, pleaseβ¦! What I suggest is, either rid Deezer of this type of content, find a way to filter porn (lol), or even, find a way, like a button, to hide/block podcasts all together (make it an option!), because some of us, like it to be purely music. Also there isnβt any buttons on the app to report anything.. Thereβs seldom a place online where weβre not shoved with p
Basically, as in the title, Iβm using Deezer through browser and my Flow button was usually between 1st and 3rd on the list and now is 15th! So now to start my main way to listen I have to scroll so much and I hate it every in inch of my body. Is there a way to change order? I tried to look to find customization option but couldnβt find any.
Artist: Dir en grey. I can see the songs from different albums, but I can not see the albums in the list. This kind of bug, is probably the reason that Deezer is not the main music app. It is an awful behavior.
I can't continue my subscription on the account can you please help me to continue with the subscription
Hello Deezer Team, I noticed that the album A Marcha Fúnebre Prossegue by Facção Central was available before but has been removed. This is my favorite album and it means a lot to me and to many fans of the group. Could you please bring it back to the platform if possible? Thank you very much
I need to be able to play these new tracks offline. Is there a way to do this? When I add new tracks they don't download and other than creating a new playlist I can't think of any other way to do this. Sorry but this is a deal breaker for me. I commute and need offline mode for my playlists and I'm always adding to them.

Why is it not possible to stream to Amazon echo or other speakers? Do you seriously think a product that only works with headsets/earbuds is a realistic proposition in 2023? Every single competitor is now able to do this. Tidal, Amazon music, pandora, Spotify, YouTube music. Pull your fingers out and fix this quickly. It's a basic requirement
Iβve been listening to other things recently, so maybe itβs not just gone, but today I thought Iβd listen to Flow andβ¦ itβs gone! I canβt see it either on Windows or Android β is this just me? Iβve discovered hundreds of great tracks through Flow over the years, so Iβm really not happy if itβs gone permanently (and I canβt think of a single good reason for doing it. Plenty of bad ones though).
Stats.fm is far superior to last.fm. Deezer is on their roadmap, but they currently only support Spotify and are working on Apple Music. As part of your new brand, work with the small guy and help them bring Deezer to the Stats.fm family faster. There are two hurdles keeping me from adopting Deezer over Spotify (I think Deezer is better). 1. is stats.fm. 2nd is a Mac os client that supports all the features of the service I pay forβ¦β¦β¦. I assume when Spotify finally releases Supremium it will plug the holes that I think makes Deezer better: I find Deezer better at recommendations and auto-playlists based on a song or artist. Flow is better than AI DJ. Deezer audio quality is noticeably better. Shaker is an amazing idea.
