bug: app fails to play downloaded music when offline

This was working for the last couple years and stopped a couple weeks ago. I deleted all 35GB of downloaded music and cleared all cache/data in the app, then re-downloaded it (which sucks because I’m on a metered internet connection). The bug is still present. Steps to reproduce:pay for premium account download playlists close app switch off internet connection (airplane mode + wifi off) open app open “downloaded music” (which correctly shows playlists as downloaded) click on a downloaded playlist app won’t load the playlist or play Among other issues, the app seems built to load static resources (album thumbnails, song titles, playlists, etc) from the internet every time we open a playlist, even downloaded playlists, instead of using a cached copy. Maybe that’s the root issue? It seems that’s why the app is so slow to load playlists of downloaded music when it’s ONLINE.

Sound getting choppy or blroken lately on PC

I pay for a monthly premium subscription, but all we get from the team is that the developers are aware of this problem, with no resolution.Thousands of users like myself have spent many years uploading MP3s, but for the past year we can’t get access to them. Downloaded music doesnt load when I have no service

Hi. So I have Deezer taking over 26gb of iPhone storage. All my “favourite” music I have allowed to download on the setting provided…thinking that I can listen to this when I don’t have internet or service. Numerous occasions I have been caught with no service (on plane, gym underground etc）How am I able to listen to downloaded music when I need internet to load all 3000 songs first. Am I doing something wrong or?

I mostly use Deezer via the Yamaha MusicCast app to play with lossless quality via my net streamer. MusicCast has its issues from time to time as Airable sometimes seems to suffer from latency and hang ups either on its own servers, or at either the Deezer or Yamaha ends, but for the most part these are swiftly resolved and aside from the awful GUI, its a good service. Partly due to the awful GUI, and partly as i’m typically too busy focusing on my day job to want to spend more than 30s figuring out what to listen to next, my go to feature on a several times a day basis, was ‘recommended artists’ and ‘recommended albums’. These would change weekly (usually just about enough time for me to have gotten through all of them) and appeared to be based on my recent listening preferences, which had the nice effect of allowing a certain degree of natural exploration as when an artist i wouldn't typically listen to was recommended and i’d had their tracks on a couple of times through the week,

Please leave browser tab titles alone.

Hello!I am accustomed to using many browser tabs. While using Deezer, I customarily open tabs for artists or albums which I might like to check out later in my browsing session. However, whenever I start play something, Deezer updates EVERY TAB’S TITLE to the title of what is currently playing. That would certainly make sense to do for the title of the tab which is ACTUALLY playing something, but for the remaining tabs this is a huge inconvenience, as it obliterates their meaningful titles, making them very tedious to navigate. This also screws up browser history entries. I can of course see the URLs I have visited, but those only contain numerical artist or album IDs and not any human-readable information. The human-readable titles are overwritten by whatever the last thing playing was, regardless of whether it has anything to do with the related URL. Finally, whenever I want to add a browser bookmark, I find myself having to type in the artist or album name manually for each one, rat

Playing the "favorite tracks" playlist is in the reverse order?

When I play my favourite tracks playlist, it always plays the same song. The first song I added. I have to start the playlist, then shuffle it, then go to the next track. This is particularly annoying on Android Auto, as there isn’t a clear way to descend into the playlist itself, presort it, and then play it. Not that doing that would be desirable, I’m busy piloting a four thousand pound land missile. The issue exists on Chrome as well. If I click into the playlist on Chrome, or even on Deezer mobile, the sort order is already set up to be by most recently added, as I would expect. The problem only exists if I try to play the playlist from anywhere that isn’t the playlist itself, such as from the home screen. For clarity, this play button on the home screen will always play the playlist in reverse order -- least recently added to most recently added: But if I click this listen button from within the playlist itself, it will play in the correct order: Here is the queue if I pl
