A couple of days ago, I tried uploading a couple of mp3s of audio I’d taken from a BBC Live Lounge youtube video. Now, when I do this, I use mp3 tag to add tags and cover art. Never had any problems with it before. So they uploaded fine, but every time I tried to play them, deezer would say there was a problem and refuse to play them. I tried deleting and reuploading them, same problem.Oh no, I thought, uploaded mp3s are broken again. But to triple check, I uploaded a different mp3. That one worked. So I thought maybe something was wrong with the original mp3 files, so I redownloaded them and uploaded them - this time without bothering to add tags and art, because I wanted to make sure they worked first before wasting my time. And they worked, hurrah! But I don’t like having blank album art/artist/album, so I added those back and reuploaded one. Aaaaaand… deezer wouldn’t play it, said there was a problem. Again. Hi everyone, hope someone can assist with a weird issue I've been having for the past couple of weeks (which didn't before, on the same network and same setup). Recently, I've been experiencing audio cuts/drops when streaming deezer to my yamaha musiccast devices (RXV6A avr and a Musiccast 20). The odd thing is that it only happens around the same time everyday (can run all day with no issues whatsoever but will start glitching at around 7:30 in the evening). The network is solid (500 Mbps broadband, cast through a Netgear RAX20 router - WiFi 6 - and very good signal to both devices), and again no issues whatsoever at other time of day or any other devices. It feels like a cache issue as if I pause the playback for a bit it seems to be a bit better, it also helps when I skip the song somehow but I can't explain how it's flawless the rest of the day. Anyone experienced similar? Thanks

Update your browser or download our desktop app to keep enjoying your music. Firefox 138 was released 4 days ago. What version do you expect me to upgrade to? Have you dropped Firefox entirely and simply not bothered telling your paying customers?

Dear Deezer Teams, Des 100taines de message sur ces sujet… Impossible de chercher un tracks dans ses playlists et d’effacer ainsi facilement. Il y a donc globalement un usage que vous semblez ne pas prendre en compte : « ma musique » Je m’explique : vous êtes très bons pour nous proposer de la musique en Flow. Mais nous souhaitons parfois garder certains morceaux, dans des playlists donc. Et les re-écouter Et parfois les effacer. Mais pour ce faire c’est une galère absolue. On se traine des années des tracks que l’on ne veut plus entendre ! Pourquoi ? Pas d’option facile « supprimer ce track de la playlist » lors de l’écoute Pas d’option « je recherche ce track dans mes playlists » J’ajoute qu’il n’y a pas de fonction : « je veux écouter toutes mes playlists en shuffle », il n’y a que Ecouter mes musiques téléchargées. Hi everyone, this is my first post here so sorry if there are any formatting or submission mistakes. I saw this post on the subreddit asking about new Flow genres that were showing up in the selection wheel but couldn't be manually selected by searching for them as was possible with the older ones. I'm also interested in this because Classic Rock showed up for me but has now disappeared after I stopped listening to it for a while and I can't return to it as it's not manually selectable. It's the same situation with the Anime genre. Thanks.
The playlist that Deezer loads by default when opening the web interface is terrible—none of the songs reflect my taste. I’ve been using Deezer for over 10 years, and it's frustrating to be served music from genres I strongly dislike and have never listened to, not even by accident. There really should be an option to filter out genres you don’t enjoy—not just those you’re indifferent to, but the ones you actively avoid because you find them unbearable.
So annoyed with With offline mode . What’s the point with paying for a subscription, every time I go to play offline to Liston to what I’ve downloaded when I know I won’t be in a area with wifi it wants me to logout and log back in to prove I have a subscription when I have no internet or wifi and to get help is very poor, I have wasted time and money on it his poor service . Some very important music is not displaying the lyrics option. Some music not appearing not available to be played example aritzia a veces me parece I love that song. I hate I pay monthly and I'm unable to listen to it
Hi, widget on android phone worked fine till I connected with android TV to stream some music. Together with that widget just disappeared from phone screen. I've tried to add it aganin but now I see only 2 available widgets: Playlists and Flow. Where is player widget?? Lock screen widget works fine. Thanks. Edit: I reset my phone and widget was back. I added it to phone screen, started streaming to TV and widget disappeared in the same moment. Any idea?

Using Deezer on Android. When Chromecasting I cannot select 'play next' or 'add to queue' for songs. The options are greyed out. They work fine if I stop casting. I've seen similar posts going back months on here and can't believe this basic functionality hasn't been sorted out.
I am able to cast music successfully from my iPhone X Deezer app to my google cast device enabled speakers. I notice that if I swipe the app away and use my phone for other things and re-open the Deezer app, it forgets that it is still casting to my speakers. As such, I’m unable to skip tracks or adjust volume through the app unless I cast again - anyone else experienced this issue?
