Hi, I can't seem to get Deezer to play at anything other than 128kbps on my Yamaha music cast r-n800A. I've tried changing the settings in the main Deezer app as well as in the music cast so, but nothing seems to fix it. Is this a known issue?
My account is listed as a free account but i just paid for premium July 17. Been a subscription member since 2020.
Hi All, Sorry if this has already been mentioned somewhere, but couldn’t find the topic before. I’m moving to Deezer from Spotify, where I have an absolute unit of a playlist (2.5k songs or so), which is very dear to me, and I want to take it with me - I have this problem when trying to open the playlist sharing functionality, the redirect window is constantly loading, and nothing happens. The time to pay for the Spotify comes near and I’d very much like to make it happen before it xDD I tried to use Tune my Music directly on their site, but I’m asked to pay, since the total number of songs I want to “relocate” exceeds their no-fee limit. May I ask someone to help me with how to proceed?
Hi Deezer Support, I've been paying my monthly subscription without any issues, including last month's payment. However, now I'm being asked to subscribe and pay again, and I can't listen to my music. I logged off and log again its keep saying subscribe again :( Can you please explain what's going on and help me resolve this issue? Thank you.
I am a new subscriber for a Duo account. I started today my one month trial period. Based on Deezer website, I understood that after this one month period I will be paying Eur 15,99 month. Now, in Deezer settings I am told that after this first month I will be paying Eur 18,99 month instead. How come? Sounds a bit like a crooked thing…
I noticed that gapless is a little bit bugged on my android device. I'm having an issue where the next song actually comes in a little bit too early? It's really noticeable for me on albums which are supposed to have seamless transitions and it can be quite annoying. And yes, I tried different audio qualities, but it happens on Standard, HQ and Hi Fi. The transitions are flawless on the website player. I'm wondering if this is a known bug.
After the latest update, there's constant crackling and disconnection when I try to listen to music with Bluetooth headphones. For the past week, I haven't been able to listen to music on Deezer. I've tried several Bluetooth headphones, and they're all the same. There's no problem when I listen with a cable. Other apps don't have this problem. The app version is 8.0.42.3.
I can’t replay an episode of Cafe da Manhã - a podcast in my list. It always go to another episode randomly and not the one I select.
Sorting by popularity on Android does not work. This can be verified by comparing the sort results between desktop/web and Android version.
There is still crappy support for Chromecast... First, it seems like the app disconnects from Chromecast when the screen is turned off.When I open the phone and change song, the Chromecast icon shows connected, but the new song I’m starting starts playing on my phone, while the other song is playing on my hifi system. Second, when I connect to Chromecast, and start a song, the song starts playing on my hifi system, but is not controllable from my phone. I’m not able to pause the song, switch song, or do anything else on my phone which have impact on the song playing on my hifi system, even thought the Chromecast connection shows connected. Whatever I do it’s only apply to my phone speakers. The only way so solve this is to disconnect and connect again to select a new song. Earlier it was possible to set the app on pause. Then restart the app and connect again, wait a few seconds after the app is connected to Chromecast and then start the song. Then it would work. Not anymore. Annoying!
Is there a chance or plan for deezer Philippines to lower back down or to have a equal subscription rate from spotify, apple music, and etc?
When i tried to log in ap on tv it tells me to scan QR code which takes me to Deezer website. Does not help me to log into ap on tv. Also tried four letter/digit code but no instructions where to put this code on website or ap. Tried code on ap where I thought it may go,but states it's invalid. Updated code and still does not work. Tv is new Samsung so software not outdated. At this stage have canceled subscription and looking at new streaming service

And yes, I know that it has to do with rights, distributors and so on. I did get the official answer by mail. But why do I still find them in my tidal and qobuz accounts and not on deezer. The latter are only used in my hifi room, deezer is used via my family account.The UI/UX is the one most liked by my family members… “ You’ll accomp’ny me ” is in several of my playlists, I do miss it when I’m in the car or jogging. And yes, I could use my tidal lists, but waze/googlemaps and tidal don’t seem to want to work together anymore, so that’s a no-go.
Hi, I have experienced an error in a couple of tracks. How and where do I report errors? The error in question is that the song jumps back to an earlier verse at a certain point of the track. Then, when there's 0:00 mins secs left of the track left it doesn't stop, but carries on playing until the song is over. It's been doing this for "Enemy Inside" by Dream Theater (studio album version) and "In the name of love" by U2 (the best of...-album)
