Redirected to offers after choosing profile on fire tablet

Could you please log out from the fire tablet and log in again with your email and password linked to your Deezer account and let me know if it works?

Hi ​@Jaime.Deezer , I know I'm in the right account because after login I see the correct profiles for my account. I tried that multiple times. Only after selecting a profile I'm forwarded to the "offers" page.

1 year later, and I ran into the same issue.

Neither Silk nor TV Bro, sideloaded onto my Amazon Fire TV, work correctly.

I’m stuck on the “offers” page and the “Open Player” button just leads back to the same page.

I think what’s happening here is that the Deezer website uses rather primitive user agent detection which treats every Android based device as an Android phone.

Interestingly, the same problem occurs when using Brave browser on my Samsung tablet which DOES have the Deezer Android App installed.

I am redirected to the “offer” page and the “Open Player” button does nothing besides leading back to `/` which then redirects straight back to `offer`.

At this point, I can’t even tell if the “Open Player” button actually has any logic attached to it. Maybe Deezer’s web developers intended to have it launch the app but never got around to it?

In any case, there doesn’t seem to be a way to get to the web based player as any request with an “Android” user agent seems to get routed to the “offer” page, no matter what.
