мой младший брат случайно оформил подписку прошу отменить подписку и вернуть деньги пожалуйста, это сообщение я вам уже писал в службу поддержки но вы таки не ответили мне прошу обратить на это внимание!!! premium deezer

Deezer can only issue refunds if you paid them directly. If you signed up through a third party, Deezer support cannot help you, and you must request the refund through that specific platform as Apple App Store, Google Play Store and Mobile Carrier / Partner .

If you paid Deezer directly via credit card or PayPal, standard email support can be slow.

Instead, use their real-time tools as Submit a request or Chat .
