Hello, I'm trying to use the transfer tool and even though it says everything transferred, it has not. How do I get this to work? I want to transfer my family to Deezer but it will depend on this working.

On my iPad. Since the new layout was introduced I have noticed that when you type an artists in the search bar sort of ‘freezes’ and will not let you retype to search again. Have to completely come out of the iPad and start agin. Assume this a bug that will hopefully be fixed soon.

I recently moved to Spotify and underestimated how many playlists I had saved. I transfered some... Some being 2000. I don't want any of these, will I really have to delete them 1 by 1? 😭💔

I am just trying Deezer after cancelling Spotify and I am disappointed I cannot control Sonos speakers straight from Deezer ap. I think it is annoying enough for me to go back to Spotify. When I move from bedroom to outside then living room I have to switch aps instead of using only Deezer. Not good enough I am afraid.

Hi just started a free trial and have downloaded Deezer on Sonos. when I go to play music On Deezer I click on audio then devises but it's only showing my iPad to play on not Sonos. I have deleted Deezer on Sonos rebooted and reinput Deezer again on Sonos still have the same problem. Deezer is not recognising Sonos. please advice.

How can I log a decent complaint with deezer? I have a premium account, now I moved to odido and get family from them. For some reason I cannot utilise this. Odido points me to deezer and from deezer I get no feedback whatsoever, despite the fact tjat I have a ticket number. I realise now that I am paying double, something I did not notice until deezer did not reply and I was looking into this more deeply. I would like a refund and be able to use family via odido Where do I need to be?

Hi, I would like to create a Deezer app for SailfishOS. Plan 1 (native, better mobile power management, preffered) It used to be that you offered an NDK, compiled for armv7hl (32-bit) but now the OS is mostly migrated to 64-bit only, so that would not help today. Is there an aarch64 NDK release? Plan 2 (Javascript, faster development time, speedy) I’ve read the Javascript SDK docs and hosted a page on my domain, with a channel.html and all. The URL it tries to load (https://www.deezer.com/plugins/player.php?channel=http://MY_DOMAIN/channel.html&app_id=MY_APP_ID&width=800&height=300) does not exist anymore (MY_ vars are correct). Basically player.php is 404. Plan 3: (Use the JSON API + Widget player, unsupported?) I don’t see this documented anywhere. Basically you can request user’s playlists like https://developers.deezer.com/api/user/playlists and with the results, instantiate a widget like <iframe title="deezer-widget" src="https://widget.deezer.com/widget/dark/playlist/1479458365"

Such as omitting & in song, album, and artist’s names. I specifically joined because scrobbling was available, but editing every single King Gizzard, Nick Cave & the Bad Seeds, Iron & Wine, Peaches & Herb, Mama’s & Papa’s song would be SUPER DISAPPOINTING.

So I am on iOS 18.6 with the latest Deezer App, but after a fresh App start it always defaults back to the standard audio quality. That same function works on Android very well. What am I doing wrong? (also tried the Beta, same behaviour)

Does anyone else have this problem since the update 7.0.130 of the Windows app? Before, when I launched Deezer, it remembered the last track I played, and the playlist. I could press “play” and continue. Since that update, it’s not possible any more. Even the web version doesn’t remember, though I don’t know if it ever did since I never used it. I’ve tried a few things, like checking the available disk space (more than 300 GB free, should be fine) deleting Windows’ temporary files uninstalling / reinstalling Deezer removing the cookies and logging in again (I wasn’t sure if the “app” wasn’t simply a browser in disguise, like many other apps; it does seem to rely on the browser to log back in) checking the app logs It’s not easy to test an older version because it updates straight away, and I don’t want to start using the firewall to block a possible update port and so on. Weird, and very annoying.

When I put Deezer into offline mode and use it through Android auto no playlists or albums are shown even though they are downloaded. This would really help in reducing data usage on a long drive. Also, when browsing albums in Android auto it would be great to find based on artist. My album list is quite long and when trying to find a new album when I can't remember the name is difficult. Hello! Hope you guys are doing well. I am working on a rhythm game similar to Guitar Hero and I wanted to know If i can use the 30s previews from Deezer as the music for it. The audio will not be modified, stored or downloaded. I will simply be streaming a track preview based on an artist search and the player will tap notes while it plays.
