I do not want my subscription you guys use my backup payment plan and I did not want this for the month I would like a refund and my services canceled today

I will not be using my subscription and I would like it canceled as you used my backup payment method and I did not want this for the month

When I click on a song, instead of playing it deezer either just goes through many songs very quickly and never stops or it plays a random track. I have a premium account!!!

Paid for the wrong account..need help switching over to main account with all my saved music

My Family Account which we have had since 2021 lapsed after some payment issues and now that the payment has been made the account is active again but only the admin profile has been restored. The other 3 profiles and the independent account set up by my husband all show plan options when you log in.How do we restore them?2 emails have been sent to the support team over the last week and the lovely AI Melodie simply assures me that an agent will  be in touch after 24 hours but nothing ever happens.Any advice??

I payed for premium but it puts me on another account named amudet but I want  to go on my main account named AudreyGaonach

I’m absolutely aghast at the announced price increase (again!). I’ve been paying 10.99 EUR for the family plan, using only 2 members as Deezer doesn’t have other options. You are now increasing it to 19.99 EUR?!?! That’s almost double the price for absolutely no change in features.  Let’s pretend you are not already significantly more expensive than the other popular streaming service which offers plans for 2 people, can you explain how you justify charging this much in countries like Croatia?

Cordialement.

I have paid for 1 month subscription and accept the payment on my band app . It is still writen that I did subscribe and I have not get any approval email. To confirm that .

Hi! I recently joined Deezer and so far it has been easy to navigate. My question is, the subscription fee says it is $11.99 but I am being charged $1.02 extra. Does anyone know why? Is this tax? Which I find it weird being that all my other apps stick to the price they advertise.  I am curious to know why it isn't the amount advertise. TIA

Ok so I signed up for a free trial of the premium deezer music app, and I used a prepaid card I knew was empty so that I wouldn't get recharged once the subscription was over (I do this bc Im not the best at remembering to cancel subscriptions), but this scam of an app went into my Google pay and accessed my debit card to pat the $122?!? Wth is up with this? And now they are refusing to refund me... like this has to be all sorts of illegal on deezer's part.

I am trying to sign up for the student subscription of deezer but the links to it bring me to the main subscription page and does not show me the student subscription is there a different page?

Hello! How can i change my country? I don't want see music that recommended for my country

I’ve been trying for three days to upgrade to Premium, but the website won’t accept my Visa. The PayPal link goes nowhere, and I don’t have American Express. Support was no help, saying I had to contact my bank. Bank confirmed there were no issues, and I made an online purchase last night. How are people paying for this?

This is the third time in a month I have been randomly logged out to find that my paid subscription has randomly been reset to the free version AGAIN, except this time I had to spend 20 minutes fighting the app to even let me log back in, and I can't find any restore purchase options. I already had to switch to paying through the website. I am not logged into the wrong account. There is no customer service. Fix it it give me back every cent you've gotten for the months of allegedly premium service that you refuse actually provide.

We changed country this summer.I was at some point made aware that I should change my account‘s country, but I forgot to watch for me renewal date, which was December 4th.It is a yearly subscription. From what I read: the procedure should be to cancel my current subscription, and create a new one.Is there a way to “transfer” the remaining 11 months to the new subscription?

I have already bought a subscription from Deezer and it is still asking me to buy a subscription and I have already purchased it
