My subscription plan on app indicates $11.99 but you take $13.99 payment out of my bank. How does that work

Why wait to upgrade to yearly premium

So, in app on android,I go to setting, account management, manage subscription.If I want to get premium annual it says the change will take effect 10/04/2024.So I have to wait almost 6 months for for this change? The previous page states that my next payment is due on 4/10/24 Those are exactly how he dates are written

payment upgrade fail

Hi Deezer Community, Last night I wanted to convert my premium individual account to Duo. To my surprise I had to pay the full amount instead of the additional costs.  Because of this I canceled the payment. What I find very strange is that the failed payment was listed as successful. How does the upgrade work?  Do I have to pay double?  because I have no intention of doing that. Kind regards, W

Tengo mis suscripción activa, de un año y ya me sacó, intento acceder a mí cuenta y me manda a qué pague los paquetes que ofrece Deezer cuando no debería ser así ya que cada mes estoy pagando el paquete de mercado libre que contiene Deezer por un año y me faltan 8 meses aún, no puedo hacer nada para entrar a mi cuenta de Deezer espero puedan ayudar con esto, de lo contrario cancelaré la suscripción

Unfair Pricing

I don't know what your marketing team was thinking but all I can tell is that they aren't good for business. Why did they scrap off the regional prices. You expect expect some one in Africa or Asia to pay the same money as someone from the USA yet there are other competitors (apple music, tidal and Spotify) that are way cheaper?!As in deezer premium is over 3 times the price of the other services in my area.

Why send me an offer then find out it's not what it seems

It really annoys me when companies offer you a discount and then when they’ve got your attention take it away.In an email today Deezer offered me 3 months for the price of 1 and when I clicked on the link it turns out you only get 1 month free. There is no excuse, they’ve sent the offer to an email I used to subscribe to Deezer a few years ago. Why send out false offers?

Price increase

Hi guys, I received information about price increase to 11,99€ (300 CZK).It means Deezer charges in my country almost twice more than green service (165 CZK). It’s even more than Netflix (259 CZK). If I pay one euro more, I’ll get whole Apple One.Deezer charge me the same price as users from e.g. France or Germany, but for worse service. There’s no local music editor, no radio stations or local favorite podcasts. It’s little bit unfair.Desktop app, main way how I consume your service is crappy with same issues for years (say hi minimalize to tray instead of close).I’m OK with pay more if someone from the company justify this huge price gap.

I need help because I had I used the wrong emails to setup my account. An email that isn't even mine. how can I retrieve and or correct my account when the option for Login with phone number isn't there?  how can I change the email on my account if I don't have access to it?
