From Canada using Deezer when travelling to the USA

Question

I just registered for Deezer Family plan, we are from Canada and all live together.

Initially, I attempted to register my fam while we were vacationing in the USA, it was a disaster. All that is behind us and the registration while we were all together back in Canada went OK, however I was told by a Customer Service agent from Deezer that, as a Canadian family, if I were to travel to the USA, Deezer would outright stop working for us.

Is this true? does Deezer only work in the country you have been registered?

I am from Canada and have used Deezer around the world, including the USA with no issues.

That's what I imagined but a Customer Service rep from Deezer said otherwise... this is the third thing he says that is completely incorrect
