Subscription not working

I have had deezer premium for a very long time and usually have no issues but at the start of the month i was charged like always except my deezer is showing as the free version. I have attempted to restore purchases but am still being shown the same free version. This happened after i was randomly signed out at the start of the month. I haven’t had time up until now to contact you but it has been a major inconvenience and i am very upset that i have paid for a service i am not receiving. I hope this can be resolved quickly as i am travelling tomorrow and have severe anxiety which is only calmed by music when i am in public. Thank you

It might be the case that you are logged in to the wrong account.
However, if that’s not the case, please contact our Deezer Support Team and one of our agents will check your account in the system and be able to help.
