I want a refund. I recently switched to duo . I was using the premium account and upgrade to family when i thought it was duo. Today i finally saw it. I was charged for the premium $13.55 on the 8th, then again charged $22.59 for family on the 11th. why am i not getting any of my money back?. Ive spent $36.14 on deezer in one week. No backpay transactions on my account.
