change currency please

Hiwe recently move to France from the UKi changed by payment card (euro card) but it looks like I will still be charge in GBP, please can this be changed ?Thanks, Brian

40% off annual deal seems to have failed after accepting and being charged

I accepted a 40% off for annual subscription. I did not think of taking a screenshot of what it said the price but I believe it said $103.99 and next year I would be charged 133.99. I was charged $166.49. My receipt on deezer says $154.09 (133.99 plus $20 for VAT whatever that means). It says my next payment will be 133.99 on deezer. My apple says it renews for $149.99. My email from deezer says I paid 133.99 and it renews for $133.99. To find out what it says online it says the annual $143.88 but there was a 25% off deal showing $107.99 as the new price. All prices are in CAD.  I am confused with why everywhere says a different price. I’m mad at myself I didn’t screenshot before I hit accept. I am angry I’m paying so much cuz I would not have paid without the deal. Idk what to do or if I am missing something.

Unable to Search By Track

1) What's the issue? Unable to search tracks - search results only yield albums and playlists 2) When has the issue started (date)? July 2024 3) What's the brand and model of the affected device(s)? Google Pixel 8 4) What are the Deezer version and OS version? Deezer Version 8.0.19.4 , Android Version 14 I have been liaising with Deezer Support for a month now, specifically 2 persons- Giorgi and Azucena. I am unable to search by track name - I have a Family Premium Account.I have tried all the uninstall/reboot/wipe cache etc options - but none work. The Deezer Support Reps above take forever to respond. Mean time, I am still paying the full subscription fees for an incomplete app.

Paid Subscription Issue - Unable to Access Premium Features

Dear Deezer Support Team, I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to report an issue with my Deezer subscription. Despite my subscription being active, and the next payment scheduled for September 10th, I am currently unable to access any of the premium features. I am unsure why this is happening, as my payment details are up to date and there have been no interruptions in service until now. I have attached screenshots for your reference, which show my current subscription status and payment details. I have paid, logged out, and nothing is working

I have paid for my subscription, twice actually!! I have logged out of my account multiple times, I have deleted and redownloaded the app and nothing is working!! Either get my subscription back or refund me!!

£14.99 has some out for my Deezer subscriptionjust over a week ago but it's still not showing up on my account, now my account is showing up as on the free plan but I've already paid for this month,  can you sort it out ASAP please

My family members gone

My credit card was compromised around the time of.deezer plan renewal , so my account got suspended for couple of days till I got my new card Once activation again , family member was gone from list I can't rememebr how.it was created , by email or by usernameI want to make sure they get their favourite music back , can you assist and let me know what it was

I have subscribed to Deezer premium however it’s still saying I’m on the free version and keeps asking me to pay again yet when click to pay it says I already have premium. Have logged in and out twice and still saying same thing

i cancelled last week and still got charged

I canceled last week and still got charged and look at my account and it says I didn't so I had to recancel. Idk if the system glitched but I didn't want the free trial anymore so I canceled yet still charged

Local Currency payment method in Bangladesh.

There is no option of Bangladeshi local currency payment. If payment can be made in local currency, the matter would have been easier. I request to introduce payment method in local currency.

increase in subscription costs

To whom it may concern:The subscription costs on deezer have increased again. I got the mail that says "new prices and more benefits" but I want to know which are those " benefits" (if someone takes the trouble to answer this question, please leave aside the HiFi feature; that's been part of Deezer for a long time)... Through this forum and the playstore, we the users have asked for bug fixes and basic features that any music service has (e.g. crossfade) but so far there is no response.So:a) does the price increase include the addition of crossfade in the main android version? Also:b) can't move the songs in the play queue, the app crashes, and when it doesn't crash, the moved songs go back to their place ;c) when I have a queue of songs to play, and I select one of them to play next or add to the queue, the app has a bug and jumps back to the beginning of the play queue.d) when adding a song to play next, it does not appear for several seconds;e) when I try to change the picture/photo

Deezer has got really expensive for me

First time I jumped on Deezer was back in 2019 back then the subscription cost was $5.99 , fast forward to 2023 it’s almost double now at $10.99 I still paid it because I enjoy using Deezer and I’ve got so much music on my account and many playlist … March 2024 I saw another bump up to $11.99 at that point I couldn’t believe how expensive it’s gotten so I decided not to pay this month, mind you I use Deezer everyday so using YT and all was annoying… I decided to go on Deezer to see if I can renew my subscription and to my surprise the price has increased again to $14.99 that’s the Premium subscription (1 Account) I’m honestly done with Deezer I’m sorry but I’m moving to another streaming service y’all hiking price to fast … thought y’all were different that’s why everyone on Spotify, Apple Music and all I stayed true to Deezer but this to much I can’t even pay the $11.99 I just paid last month now it’s an extra $3 , might be nothing to you and to most people but to a lot of other users

I ordered deezer Family and sent the invitation link to my family. When they follow the invitation link, it says that they live in a different country than the admin, even though we live in the same place and that's why it doesn't work. For others, it just shows 'error' when they follow the link and log into their Deezer account.

International service charges

For those who come across this issue,  just put the bill on a CC or talk it out with your bank.  I assume this charge is based on my bank being local and a Credit Union. This is in Georgia.I saw this issue mentioned 2 years ago, and needed to bring it back up for a possible resolution.
