Hi, I have a UK account and have had one for awhile now but it's just logged me out and when logging back in it's no longer a premium account ( subscription renewal is 10th of February). I've looked at my Google play account and the email address is the same but the saved music is also different?

I don't understand why I've been logged out of an existing premium account before the renewal date? And why the saved music is different too?

From Deezer page :

 

"Are you logged in to the right account?"

You can create multiple Deezer accounts, each with its own subscription, saved music, and playlists. If you are using multiple devices, please make sure you have logged in to the correct account.

If you can't log in to your account for whatever reason, please see our Problems logging in page. If you're not sure whether you have a Deezer account, you can check if you have an account.
