I have been going back and forward with Deezer for 3 weeks about my free trial I just wanted to try it out and they promised me it wouldn’t happen and i finally did and now i can’t get my money back this is what i feared it is so frustrating to be lied to after be reassure that it wouldn’t happen now im out 16.19 and apple saying that they ruling is final I had contacted my bank to do a dispute but to go through all the hassle after speaking with Deezer about this issue so many times

Apple won’t allow you a repeat free trial and that’s likely why Apple won’t refund your money.
YES I FINALLY DECIDED TO TRUST AND SUBMIT MY CARD FOR MY TRIAL AND TIME I DID THEY TOOK 16.19 OUT MY BANK ACCOUNT TIME IT HAPPEN I NOTIFY APPLE LESS THAN 30 SECONDS AND THEY SAY THEY WILL NOT REFUND MY MONEY AND TAKE IT UP WITH DEEZER I AM FRUSTRATED BUT IM NOT MAD BUT DISAPPOINTED BECAUSE THEY SHOULD HAVE GAVE ME BACK MY MONEY ESPECIALY SINCE I DID NOT AUTHORIZE THE PAYMENT THEY JUST STRONG ARM ME AND THERE IS NOTHING I CAN DO ABOUT IT THIS IS HOW THEY TREAT CUSTOMERS NOT FAIR
No need to yell. Your issue is with Apple, clearly. I always recommend booking with deezer directly.
And you could have simply added a comment to your previous post, a new post (especially one with a sensationalist and inaccurate title) is unnecessary.

EXCUSE ME I NEVER YELLED JUST WAS EXPRESSING MY ISSUE BECAUSE IT ASK ME TO REPLY AND I NEVER BLAMED ANYONE NO ONE FORCE ME TO DO ANYTHING I SHOULD HAVE LISTEN TO MY OWN THOUGHTS INSTEAD OF BELIEVING WHAT I BEEN TOLD BY DEEZER ITS OVER WITH NOW MY MONEY GONE AND CAN”T GET IT BACK THIS WAS MY FIRST TIME EVEN SIGNING UP JUST WANTED TO TRY SOMETHING DIFFERENT DIDNT SEE THE SCAM COMMING BUT YOU LEARN BY DOING IM JUST GLAD IT WAS ONLY 16.19 INSTEAD OF SOMETHING MORE LARGER BECAUSE BEING A SINGLE PARENT AND BEING SO CLOSE TO CHRISTMAS IT WOULD HAVE HURTED MORE THAN IT DID EVEN THOUGH IT STILL DID BUT THANK YOU BECAUSE THE WAY YOU RESPONDED TO ME SHOWS ME HOW THEY FEEL ABOUT THEY CUSTOMERS IM JUST ANOTHER SUCKER RIGHT THANK YOU VERY MUCH
We don’t have control over apple payments and you need to request a refund directly with them. But I can see you already did that.
