Hello, I have a family account that I revew every year with a gift card.
I wasn’t paying attention about the deadline and didn’t have a notification that the year was over and when I renewed it a few hours later I had “lost” all my family members and had to send them a new link for them to join my account.
I remember it was the same last year and they had trouble losing this link (didn’t remember their passwords, coudn’t find the link I had sent when they tried to use deezer….)
Would it be possible when I pay to get both my playlists and my “family” back?
