my old account is deleted

If your Deezer account was deleted or your favorites disappeared, it is usually because you are logged into a different account, your Family profile was removed, or your subscription was canceled.

Deezer does not randomly delete user profiles or favorites without cause.

Check your account settings . Review the connected email on your profile to ensure it matches your original account.

If your account is completely gone or you cannot recover your data, contact Deezer Support .
