It won't let me play more than the thirty second preview fortracks

On the mobile app, in a country where the free plan is available. Whenever I try to play a track, all it gives me is a preview and a prompt to buy premium. All songs are greyed out as well, which I assume to be an indication that I can’t listen to them. It also doesn't allow me to listen playlists or to my favorites. I’ve tried clearing my cash, uninstalling and reinstalling the app,  and restarting my phone, but nothing works. I have no clue what to do, at this point.
