student login

After subscribing newly via verified student account, the app appears as if I dont have a premium account. It doesnt allow me to choose songs. And if I want to reverify my student account via the premium page, then the student offer is not there.

How shall I tackle this ?

If your subscribed Student plan prevents you from selecting specific songs, it is likely because the app is treating your profile as a Free user. This usually happens when you are logged into the wrong account or your student subscription payment failed to process properly.

Make sure you are logged into the exact same account that is tied to your Student subscription. 

 

 Check if your student plan is still active and if there are any declined payment notifications.

Go to Settings ➡ Account management ➡  Manage my subscription

 

 If your payment is active, log out of the Deezer app completely and log back in to force a sync with their servers.

 

Try clearing the app cache or updating the app to the latest version ➡ Reinstall the App


Did you subscribe directly through Deezer or a third party (like Apple or a telecom provider)?
