I have been getting a message to say Deezer is playing on another device. This cannot be cause this is the only phone being played from my account.

No widget for loved tracks

Some time ago I used widget for Loved songs but once after app update the widget disappeared. And there’s no option to add that widget again. Please fix this and give us back Loved tracks widget.

Price hike from 5.99€ to 10.99€ for personal acc

Hey, so fer as long as Ive known ive payed 4.99 or 5.99€ not sure, this month i get a charge from Deezer for 10.99€ .. I live in Europe - Slovenia.. Tbh I don't read a lot of mail because it's just too many. Has this happened to anyone else? Was there a warning? Whats the reason for 100% price increase? Someone from the admin team or at least someone in the know let me know please. I love Deezer, but considering this, I might change to another streaming service. Thanks

Annual family subscription?

I am choosing which hifi music apps to purchase for my family. Do you offer annual family plan with some discount?  To be honest, I would prefer other apps over deezer if you couldn’t provide good price for family. Thanks

Same song from favourite artist in the flow

Hi! I've been using Flow most of the time. I have some favourite artists, but what bothers me algorithm somehow offers me all the time same song or maybe only a few. I.e. favourite artist is Foo fighters and all what is suggested to me is one or two songs. All over again. And they have so many songs.Is there any way to improve this? And here is also a positive feedback. Since I'm listening Deezee, mainly Flow for years, I had opportunity to get many new artists. Thank you!

the app design has changed three times, which look will prevail?

 The position of "Mixes inspired by", "Made by you" and "Music quizzes" changes after a few days. 1. today the design of the application has changed as shown in the screenshot.   2. A few hours ago it looked different, as in the photo below.  3. Finally, the design of the application for about two weeks was as shown in the photo from the Play store Deezer app.("Mixes inspired by" was under "Flow ") why is this happening?Thanks in advance. ☺️

deezer not opening on fitbit app. says cannot verify subscription because wifi not connected

I have had Deezer for months and have had it paired to my Fitbit versa 3 for months. Yesterday it wouldn't let me open and told me could not verify subscription check WiFi connection. My connection is fine. I restarted . didn't work .I went so fast as to do a factory reset...still cannot get Deezer to work...I'm losing my mind!! HELP

I am trying to claim an artist, at Deezer for Creators, but it doesn't show in the results! It’s a new artist,however, I confirmed the artist, and his release shows on deezer.com at least 2 days now.

Hello,I am unable to re-subscribe to Premium plan as an existing user, since last week after signing a new contract with Yettel. The Android app won't accept new code for registration, as shown in the attachment.

I am about to cancel my subscription due to the endless FLOW Christmas !

Hi Deezer A few months ago I signed up hoping your service would be up-to-par by now after having tried it before. After adding loads of albums and artists to my selection the “ Flow” option became reasonably useful.At Christmas I have used the Flow Christmas Mood for 1 friggin day and now these Christmas songs are haunting me to death. Each and every time I try to use Flow it starts with Christmas.Guys I am DONE with Christmas...had enough….no more please.I cannot understand that playing a few songs during Christmas Dinner would wreck my built-up Flow completely to a situation where there is nothing left but Christmas, X-mas and Santa songs.So FIX THIS or I will cancel my subscription ! 😡Seeing the fair amounts of complaints in the community it is clear to me that I am not the only one having this issue.

Fail to load

Bonjour, après avoir fait la dernière MAJ de Deezer, j'ai eu depuis 2 jours une incapacité à écouter quoi que ça soit sur mon telephone. Ça me mettais le message "Requested content is not loading/fail to load".J'ai donc suivi les instructions sur deezer support : vider le cache, changer de connexion internet, redémarrer mon téléphone, réinstallé l'appli.Maintenant je n'ai plus le message d'erreur qui s'affiche de suite, mais un chargement de la musique qui n'aboutit jamais à sa lecture.Pouvez vous m'aider? Merci

Had the free trial (family), cancelled the free trial as i didn't want it to roll over, was just testing deezer to see if i like it. I do.  I want to keep the plan, but i an unable to manage the subscription. On the manage my subscription page it says "family plan ending on *date*)  but I cannot change anything and there's a little padlock in the top right corner. Have tried login to website and tried via app.  Cannot change it!

Don't want to pay higher price

Why am I now charged for €10? If you’re going to continue to do so, I have no reason to continue using Deezer as there are much cheaper platforms offering same. I’ve been Deezer user for years, but this is unacceptable! I also want to request a refund!!!

My account disappeard

My account disappeared, I couldn't log in, so I sent a "forgot my password" request and when I finally logged in, it was a new account and all my music and everything was gone. I've had a Premium account for a long time and it says I have a free account. Please help!!!
