My Deezer subscription bin stop because off the payment. I changed account number so they couldn’t take the payment off I had to subscribe again not to find out that Deezer is charging me more for the Deezer family. Why is that if bin with Deezer so long so why is it that they increased the amount.

You have changed your bankaccount, now the payment has failed and because of this you are on Deezer Free instead of Deezer Premium?
And you are wondering why Deezer has increased their price.
First:
I can understand that you want to know why Deezer has increased their prices. It doesn’t matter if you are a longtime subscriber or a new Deezer user. Everyone pays the same.
Second:
- You can go to the webbrowser and then to your account.
- Go to Manage my subscription (a new windows opens)
- Go to Payment type
- Here you can change you payment type or in your case your bank account numbers
You can also do this in the App.
