cannot play music in flight mode despite downloaded

I have Deezer premium but I still can't play music off line or in flight mode. I've downloaded all my music but it still doesn't play. anyone know what to do? Also is there any customer service on this app? Can't even find an email or help line, hopefully I can get it working before going traveling 🤞🤞🤞☺️thanks

    I personally didn’t have any issues so far with play music offline . That being said it’s been a few months since I used it .I usually listen online .. Are  you using Apple/Android ? Stable or Beta version ?
