downloads not working

Can anyone help? The download function on the iPhone apple, is this because of the latest update?

I’m sorry to hear that it still isn’t working. I just can’t understand why I don’t have any issues with iOS with Deezer and the download and you have.

I just installed the latest Deezer for iOS and the download still works.

Can you try to download the beta?

Hi there, so up until a few weeks ago I could download albums/songs to listen to. Now the download option either isn’t working or I starts to download but doesn’t actually go into my download section. Also the favourite button has stopped for albums and artists. 
thank for replying and I’ll try anything you suggest.

Can you provide us with more information?

Which iOS and Deezer are you using? And did you try a reinstall?

I’ve tried it with my iPhone and I don’t experience any problems:

Deezer 10.1.0.3
iOS 17.1.2

    Okay so I’m using the latest iOS and the latest version of Deezer. I’ve just uninstalled and reinstalled and the download tab still isn’t working and I’ve lost all my previous downloads. 🤦🏻‍♂️
