Random volume increase to maximum

For about two weeks, I have been having a problem with the music randomly turning up to maximum volume. I thought it was a problem with the old iPhone (XS), after several reinstallations of apps and updating the phone to iOS 18 the problem persisted. I replaced the phone and on the iPhone 15 the problem still occurs, but surprisingly at a lower frequency. Normalizing the sound in the app options did not help. Please help or I will have a heart attack. 😭

Require API Auth

I have changed phones and cannot log into my deezer premium account. It keeps displaying the error message Require API auth. I have tried reinstalling deezer but still getting the same message. I am using an android phone. Could you please help. Thanks Divya

Problem with instagram/snapchat story

When I play music on iphone 11 pro max on my bluetooth device and I want to record story on ig or snapchat, music stop for few seconds ( about 4-5 seconds) and then it play. What is reason? I try it on iphone x and there not have problem but on iphone 11 I have that problem. When i use other services ( tidal, spotify) it work without stoping music.

Deezer App disconnects from Google cast but music keeps playing

I am able to cast music successfully from my iPhone X Deezer app to my google cast device enabled speakers. I notice that if I swipe the app away and use my phone for other things and re-open the Deezer app, it forgets that it is still casting to my speakers. As such, I’m unable to skip tracks or adjust volume through the app unless I cast again - anyone else experienced this issue?

MS2004 error

I am getting MS2004 error all the time - I have seen posts that Deezer are aware of it and working on fixing the issues but it’s been going on for months!! Not to sound like a kid but… are we nearly there yet?! Driving me nuts!

Information about iOS requirements for Deezer app

I read it was possible to get Deezer from iOS 8 and up (https://www.deezer.com/us/devices/mobile), so I decided to buy an iPod 5 which supports iOS 9.3.5, but when I go to get the app from the appstore it says I need iOS10, which is a bummer. Did this change recently and the webpage is outdated? Or is there another way to install Deezer on iOS 9? Thanks in advance

Deezer volume goes to 50% when connected to car bluetooth

Hi, since few updates ago, when Deezer connects to my bluetooth car audio it automatically lowers the volume to 50%…no matter how I left it. It’s annoying Is this a bug or something to disable in the settings? Thanks.

How do I restart an inactive app?

I downloaded app today and have set some things to download. I’ve gone off and left it to its own devices and now it’s saying my app is inactive and I need to restart it to continue with the download. Any help would be appreciated

No Longer Able To Browse Playlists When in CarPlay

Anyone else have or had this problem? Since the last app update, i have noticed that i can no longer browse a playlist or download folder when in carplay mode. When i select a playlist or downloads from the favourites, it just plays the first track in the list. I cant view the playlist and select a track. I now have to hit the next button to move tracks and that only works sequentially. I have deleted and reinstalled Deezer and also reset CarPlay and still got the same issue.

deezer hifi and airplay?

Hello, if I use my iPhone to play music from Deezer app and a hifi subscription, and redirect the music (normally FAC format) via airplay to my audio system (old system, with an airplay receiver), is the sound will be degradated ? Or is it a valid option ? Is Deezer hifi (launched on my iPhone) is compatible with airplay ? i really try to find a wireless solution with good quality, and by using my existing audio system… thank you for your help

I can't play songs from My MP3 on playlists, (Error: MS0675)

When I'm listening to a playlist I can no longer play added tracks from My MP3s anymore. When I play those tracks on my cell phone, the error code it tells me is "Error: MS0675" The little I've tried on the computer hasn't given me any problems. I have a paid Deezer subscription and deleting the application or the cache has not worked.

Deezer crashes on Apple Watch 10

Recently I bought an Apple Watch series 10 and when I want to go to my favourite playlist it crashes. Even when I want to go to downloads, it crashes. Has Anyone got the same problem? And how do I fix this?

No display on lock screen (iphone)

Hi. I have lost the display of music playing when my phone (iPhone 11) is locked. I have done the turn on off and delete the app. When downloading the app again, my Lock Screen will display they song been played. But as soon as I close the app down and go to re use it, it will not display. Any ideas?

Deezer x Sonos

Hi, I recently cancelled my Spotify account and signed on to a Deezer Premium account due to their respective stances on AI generated contents. However, not being able to cast to Sonos, or not being able to play on Sonos whatsoever (due to known issues to Sonos with Deezer as added service) it will be difficult to keep using the service.

No way to start music from CarPlay screen/Music does not return after phone call

Here is a better explanation of the title. When I plug in my iPhone 13 Pro Max on software 15.3 Apple CarPlay starts. Selecting Deezer gives me no option to start playing music from the CarPlay screen. When using any music app in CarPlay one of two things should happen. Either your preferred music player should start playing automatically on connection or, you should see the Blue play button in the upper right corner of the CarPlay screen for you to actually start playing music. Deezer does neither of these two things. I have used about 5 different music streaming apps with CarPlay and all of them did one of the two options I gave above. Is there a setting I have missed somewhere that prevents Deezer from doing this? Every time I get in my Jeep I have to open the Deezer app and start the music on my phone first before I will be given the option to control the music from the CarPlay app. I don’t typically listen to the Flow feature in Deezer. Also, when I listen to an artist on my phone

Deezer Connect broken again

Using a Mac mini connected to my Hi-Fi system running Deezer 5.30.590 (5.3.590.173) and an iPad running Deezer 9.44.0 (9.44.0.3) to select songs using Deezer Connect. When I first set this all up it worked for several months. Then suddenly the iPad Deezer app could no longer find the Mac mini when I would activate Deezer connect. I reinstalled and updated many times and a few weeks ago it started working again. Occasionally I would lose the connection and have to uninstall the iPad app and reinstall just to find the Mac mini. But this time even that is not working. I think this needs to be a priority for Deezer because users are inclined to want HD and that requires a direct connection between a streaming pc and the Hi-Fi system, and obviously users will want to be able to control that streaming pc from the listening position. Is there any work on this or time available to take a look at it?

Can't play downloaded music when offline

Hi all, After several years of using Deezer, I am about to give it up and move to another platform. The issue with downloaded music has been going on for years, and recently on a long flight I reached breaking point. I have over 1600 tracks (saved as favourites) downloaded on my iPhone in high quality audio. I would have hoped that I could listen to these DOWNLOADED tracks whenever I want. This it the whole point of downloading them. But say you are on a plane, with no internet signal, you open Deezer, and the downloaded music has all disappeared, and magically reappears as soon as you land and once more have a signal. I think I’ve had enough. My daughter has the same problem, she only has limited data on her contract. She had a long road trip and decided to download lots of songs to her phone, only to find that unless she was connected to the internet (hard in the Scottish Highlands) she couldn’t listen to them. Is this issue every going to be resolved, or should I just give up and mo

playlist order has reversed after upgrading to Deezer HiFi

I have a ‘Favourite’ playlist to which I add songs that I want to listen to when not listening to albums. Recently I reloaded to app to get HiFi quality and my list order had reversed. I used to have it so that the latest song was on top and I could listen to all my songs starting with the latest. Since reloading the app the song on top is the oldest and I need to now scroll through hundreds of songs to get the latest sing which obviously is the one I want to play the most. Can the list be revered?

carplay - continue where i left off

Usually in the morning I’ll start an album via CarPlay . When I arrive at work it’s still playing. When I return home from work ik want to resume playback but it appears the app has lost all knowledge of what I played that morning. I need to select the artist and album again, go to the last song played (if I cared to remember) and that last song will then start over. Is there some way to continue playback? Am I missing a thing? Missing my old cassette tapes 😉

Shuffle and repeat issue in car

Just got Deezer a few days ago. I’ve been testing it out and it’s been great aside from a few quirks. One of which is when connected to my car via bluetooth, the app will automatically go on repeat and when I try to turn off repeat it glitches and puts on shuffle and repeat. Wondering if this is a known issue with a workaround because I couldn’t figure out how to get it to normal play mode consistently. Pressing the repeat icon should definitely not alter the shuffle mode state. iPhone 13 mini running newest Deezer on iOS 15.7.1 via Bluetooth in a 2017 Jetta SE
