Hi. I have lost the display of music playing when my phone (iPhone 11) is locked. I have done the turn on off and delete the app. When downloading the app again, my Lock Screen will display they song been played. But as soon as I close the app down and go to re use it, it will not display. Any ideas?

We are investigating why this is happening.
In the meantime, this procedures worked for me so please try to see if they work for you as well:
-Open the app Deezer,
-Go to the setting of your phone, click on “Deezer” and after that “notification”
- Select “Lock Screen” and “Notification Center”.
-The “Announce Notification should be “On” and the “Show Previews” has to be “Always (Default)”.
Hi, thank you for your response. I have check all of the settings and found to be the same as you have described. I am also running on the latest software of 16.5.1 (c)
The Lock Screen function will only work when I either delete the app and reinstall or power off my phone and restart it. After I close the app and reopen it will not display on the Lock Screen.

We have a incident opened regarding this for free users.
So I will send you an email from our support system that will be linked to that incident so when the issue is solved, you will get a notification.
In the mean time, just for test purpose, I have made a change in your Deezer account to understand if problem still happens.

to avoid confusing readers, Android Auto and Android Automotive are two different things. Android Automotive Operating System (commonly referred to as AAOS) is what you are mentioning here.

In case the dev team doesn’t know this yet:
Closing any apps that have used the live audio feature on your Lock Screen (for me it’s YouTube and Reddit) before opening Deezer will avoid this issue.
